La Farfalla 義式餐廳是寒舍艾麗酒店義大利餐廳, 近期 La Farfalla 從自助餐轉型成中高價單點模式, 成為台北信義區約會餐廳之一.
La Farfalla Italian Restaurant is located at the 6F of Humble House Taipei. Recently, this restaurant changes its Buffet to single dish and dining set.

About La Farfalla Restaurant
很多人到目前都不太清楚寒舍艾麗與寒舍艾美的入口位置, 若是要到 La Farfalla 義大利餐廳用餐, 直接從市政府捷運站三號出口往微風松高百貨公司方向走, 即可看到寒舍艾麗的一樓招牌 (圖一). La Farfalla 義式餐廳位於寒舍艾麗酒店六樓, 餐廳佔地頗大, 廚房為開放式廚房, 中島位置偶而會看到廚師團隊在工作, 可惜並沒有在中島位置看到新聞報導的 “四個展示區的迷你超市 (包括現流海鮮區, 義式冷肉起司區) ”, 也許是中午用餐並不會擺出來?!? 舒適座位與親切餐廳店員是飯店餐廳的必備條件. 與 “A.B House 義式私房料理” 比起來, La Farfalla 更適合約會, 走道寬敞, 也很適合家庭聚餐.
Many people still do not know the entrances of Humble House Taipei and Le Méridien Taipei. If you want to go to La Farfalla restaurant, you can walk from Exit 3 of City Hall MRT station toward Breeze SongGao department store. You can see Humble House Taipei sign clearly. The restaurant space is quite large. The customer can see the chefs working at the island kitchen. However, I didnt see the display of fresh seafood or Italian meat items during lunch time. Comparing with “A.B. House Italian Restaurant”, La Farfalla restaurant is more suitable for dating. Since the walking ale is quite wide, it is also suitable for family gathering.

La Farfalla 義式餐廳與台北文華飯店的 “Bencotto Taipei “一樣, 店員推來一車不同產區的義大利初榨橄欖油與陳年巴薩米克酒醋讓客人選擇, 老酵母製作而成的大型鄉村麵包吃起來外酥內蓬鬆, 且充滿麥香, 沾了橄欖油與酒醋更是美味.
Same as “Bencotto Taipei”, the staff would let the customer to pick the extra virigin olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the cart. The bread appearance texture is crispy and it tastes fluffy with great amount of wheat aroma. It is much more delicious dipping into the sauce.

湯品端上桌時即可看到蝦,淡菜,和蛤蜊, 依照慣例仔細看有無其他海鮮, 意外發現有透抽與魚切片, 海鮮豐富度高, 橘紅色湯品喝起來並沒有濃郁稠度,巴西里香料凸顯湯品裡的番茄酸香, 但並不會搶走海鮮的美味. 一旁的薩丁尼亞薄餅在台北義大利餐廳較不常見, 薩丁尼亞島位於義大利半島的西南方, 麵包是義大利薩丁尼亞最重要的糧食, 吃的方式是將乾燥蒜味薄餅沾些湯汁入口, 蒜香與酸香意外地搭配. 我個人很喜歡這款湯品.
The customer can see the shrimp, mussels and clams. Surprisingly, I also noticed the squid and slice of fish. There are more seafood than expected. The broth texture is not thick. With parsley, the tomato shows its unique acidity and fruity flavor. However, the tastebuds can still sense the fresh seafood flavor. The Sardinian Carasau Garlic Bread is thin and crispy. It tastes even better after dipping into the soup. I would definitely recommend this soup.

我點這道料理很明顯就是因為價格是 NTD $1000 以下, La Farfalla 義式餐廳與 “Salt & Stone” 一樣標榜手工製作的義大利麵. 這道料理的麵體是我上次在 “Pico Pico Taipei” 點的麻花捲麵, La Farfalla 絕對是自家製作而非商用包裝, 因為麵體長短不一. 單吃一口牛豬肉醬, 鹹度頗高, 建議搭配義大利麵入口,味蕾可感受到肉品與肉醬的適量鹹香.
The main reason that I order this dish is because of the price. This dining set is under NTD $1000. Same as “Salt & Stone”, their pasta is custom-made by the restaurant. This pasta type is the same one that I ate at “Pico Pico Taipei”. I am 100% sure that the pasta is custom-made instead of commercial pack since the length is different. The sauce solely is quite salty if not pairing with the pasta. I would suggest to pair with the pasta. You would taste the meaty and salty flavor at the same time.

對喜愛不同甜點的人, 甜點車是一個好消息. 色彩繽紛的馬卡龍不夠酥脆, 奶酪搭配新鮮水果吃起來不錯, 提拉米蘇並沒有 “Vicolo Trattoria 微巷義大利小餐館” 提拉米蘇的酒香. 但是其實我期望的是像 “HUGH LAB” 如同藝術品般的盤式甜點.
To people who like different type of desserts, the dessert cart is a great.Sadly, the macaron is not crispy enough. But, Panna Cotta pairs great with fresh fruit. The Tiramisu does not have alcohol flavor, unlike “Vicolo Trattoria Italian restaurant”. Actually, I was expected beautiful display dessert, which I ate at “HUGH LAB”.
