魯肉飯是黃記魯肉飯餐廳的招牌菜餚, 菜單上也有平價魯肉飯便當. 飯與魯肉的比例完美, 整體不會過鹹. 魯肉有比較多油脂, 充滿膠質與鹹香, 非常推薦. 如果喜歡吃辣, 我會建議再加他們的辣椒醬.
Braised pork rice is the signature dish at Huang Chi Restaurant. They also offer affordable braised pork rice lunchboxes on their menu. The ratio of rice to braised pork is perfect. The dish is not overly salty. The braised pork has a good amount of fat, making it rich in collagen and flavors. Highly recommended ! If you enjoy spicy food, I suggest adding their chili sauce for an extra kick.

雖然我跟朋友點了魯肉飯, 依舊點了蹄膀肉. 油脂造就 Q 彈口感, 豬肉並不會因為長時間滷而失去嫩度. 如果 2 ~ 3 人一起用餐, 我個人會推薦點這一道大家分享.
Even though my friend and I ordered the braised pork rice, we couldn’t resist adding the braised pork Hock to our meal. The fat gives it a wonderfully tender and bouncy texture. The pork meat remains succulent despite the long braising time. If you’re dining with 2-3 people, I personally recommend ordering this dish to share.

我很喜歡吃竹筍類的菜餚, 例如 “鼎泰豐” 的冷筍沙拉 或是 “元味料理” 的炒劍筍.黃記魯肉飯的魯筍絲並沒有纖維感, 是我喜歡的酥脆感. 不會過鹹, 搭配白飯也是很好的選擇. 我自己可以吃一盤魯筍絲.
I always enjoy bamboo dishes, like the chilled bamboo salad at “Din Tai Fung” or the stir-fried bamboo shoots at “Yuan We Restaurant ”. The braised bamboo at Huang Ji Braised Pork Rice have a tender, crisp texture with no fibrousness—exactly the way I like it. They aren’t too salty and pair perfectly with the rice. I could easily finish a whole plate of these braised bamboo shoots on my own.

很少看到豆芽菜食材項目在小菜菜單裡 , 比較常看到豆芽菜出現在鐵板燒配菜. 黃記魯肉飯餐廳的燙豆芽菜蠻特別, 不僅有脆口感, 店家有淋一些滷肉汁與滷肉, 讓整道菜餚加分.
It is rare to see bean sprouts on a side dish menu, as they typically show up as a side in teppanyaki dishes. However, the bean sprouts dish at Huang Chi restaurant is quite special. They have a nice crunch texture., The restaurant adds some braised pork sauce and bits of braised pork on top, which elevates the dish.
