干邑與台灣豬肉料理餐酒會 》Cognac Pairing with Taiwanese Pork Event

這場 “ 擒獸餐桌 ” 的活動主題是干邑白蘭地搭配台灣豬肉料理的餐酒會, 酒款由王鵬老師安排;徐仲老師設計菜單。而菜餚的呈現是由宋依珊主廚, 馬爹利品牌 (Martell ) 的干邑白蘭地也有入菜.
The event topic is Cognac pairing with Taiwanese pork. The Cognacs are selected by Mr. Paul Peng Wang. Mr. Zong Hsu designed the menu. Chef Song is responsible for the dish display. Martell Brand Cognac is also served as dish ingredient.

The article is mainly for event notes only. There aren’t much dish description or Cognac review. There isn’t any host nor chef’s introduction. After all, I didnt interview them. Picture one is provided by the event planner.

豬油香草醬佐麵餅與火腿
Pancake, Salami, Aged Ham
餐盤裡包括 豬油香草醬佐麵餅 / 台灣 Salami / 三年熟成火腿 , 麵餅有點類似我在 “CIMES 君尹 “ 吃到的蕎麥煎餅 ( Blini) . 比較讓我驚艷的是台灣白豬與黑豬做成的 Salami 與 熟成火腿, 完全不輸西班牙的伊比利火腿與塞拉諾火腿.
The dish includes Pancake , Taiwanese Salami, Three years Aged Ham. The pancake is similar with the Blini that I tasted at “CIMES”. The most surprising part would be the salami and hams that are made by Taiwanese white pig and black pig. It can be as good as the Iberico Ham and Serrano Ham from Spain.
