新開幕的請請義大利餐廳 ( Cin Cin Osteria ) 位於國父紀念館附近, 是少數大安區裡適合家庭聚會的親子餐廳.
Newly-opened Cin Cin Osteria Restaurant is near SYS Memorial Hall. It is one of the family-friendly restaurants at Da’an district.

這家餐廳其實是第二家分店, Cin Cin Osteria 本店位於南京復興捷運站附近. 逸仙分店餐廳位於 “神田日式燒肉丼”旁邊, 皆在安靜巷弄內. 陽光般橘色 Logo 給人相當溫暖的感覺, 室內寬敞有非常多座位,不僅適合大家庭, 也適合公司部門聚餐.
The restaurant (Yixian Branch) is actually the second restaurant. The first restaurant is located near Nanking Fuxing MRT station. Cin Cin Osteria Yixian Branch is right next to “Kandayaki Restaurant”. The orange logo gives people the warm feeling. There are many seats at the restaurant, which is suitable for family gather and office department gathering.

開放式廚房裡有一個窯烤爐, 廚師會在吧台旁的料理台做各式各樣的Pizza, 一個轉身再放進窯烤爐裡.菜單有相當多選項, , Cin Cin Osteria 的義大利麵系列也是很多人心目中的高CP值, 我後來決定點豪華的海鮮類Pizza.
There is large pizza oven at open kitchen. The chef would make various pizza near the counter. There are many pizza options and also pasta options as well. I ordered Seafood Pizza with Chimichurri Sauce.

如同其他西式料理, 一樣有初榨橄欖油 (EVOO) 和油醋醬 (Balsomic Sauce), 溫熱麵包稍微硬, 較為可惜的是初榨橄欖油並沒有任何香氣.
Same as other western cuisine, the bread pairs with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Sauce. The breads are warm, however, the EVOO doesn’t have much aroma though.

Cin Cin Osteria 販售的披薩跟 “Antico Forno 老烤箱義大利比披薩餐酒“都是10 吋Pizza , 分為六片, 男生吃大概會八分飽. Pizza 外層有相當多烤焦痕跡, 莫札瑞拉起司與帕馬森起司交錯為底層, 稍有失望因為沒有想像中非常牽絲, 適量小體型鮮蝦與透抽埋沒在起司裡, 用料實在.
Both Cin Cin Osteria and “Antico Forno Restaurant” offers 10 inch Pizza that cut into 6 pieces. On the pizza border, there are small amount of burns mark. There are two types of cheese, which are Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese, on the appearance. It is a bit disappointed that the pizza is not stringy. Surprisingly, there are fair amount of shrimps and squids hidden inside the cheese.
這道料理名稱裡有阿根廷, 並不是因為海鮮, 而是Pizza上層似曾相識的青醬. 青醬旋渦並不是用羅勒所製作的義大利青醬 (Pesto), 而是阿根廷人用巴西里所製成阿根廷綠醬(Chimichurri Sauce), 海鮮搭配蒜味相當速配, 讓我想起當初在 “La mole Taipei” 吃的那道炸軟殼蟹料理. 整體吃下來, 最可惜的Pizza口感過軟, 也許是海鮮水分較多, 導致吃起來並不是我所喜歡的酥脆口感. 因為價格較為便宜, 會推薦給喜歡吃較軟Pizza的人.
The dish name Chinese version includes “Argentina”. The reason is not the seafood. The reason is the Chimichurri Sauce, which is used in Argentina cuisine a lot. Argentinian uses parsley instead of basil to make the sauce. The seafood pairs well with the garlic flavor, just like the soft crab dish that I eat at “La Mole Taipei“. But, sadly, the pizza texture is too soft , which might be caused by the seafood. I prefer crispy texture instead of soft. But, since the price is budget-friendly, I would still recommend to people that like soft pizza.
鮮榨檸檬紅茶

因為套餐只能選 NTD $50 元的飲料, 決定補差價 (Extra + NTD $30),檸檬香甜融入紅茶裡, 喝起來並不會像立頓檸檬紅茶般澀或是銳利. 整體還算不錯.
The set only include NTD$50. Since I prefer the lemon juice with black tea, which might be added extra NTD$30. The sweet taste merged into the black tea. The taste is not bitter. It is overly tasty.
提拉米蘇

Cin Cin Osteria 將提拉米蘇裝進廣口瓶裡, 不僅創意十足, 也容易保存, 防止蛋糕體變乾或是巧克力粉受潮. 有濕潤口感的蛋糕體.難得的濃郁咖啡風味, 我蠻愛這款甜點.
Cin Cin Osteria placed the tiramisu in the bottle. It is creative way to store the tiramisu in its moist condition. Besides the moist body, it has thick coffee flavor. I strongly recommend this dessert.
