光復南路巷口早午餐美食非周家豆腐捲莫屬 , 這家店鋪是附近居民在國父紀念館運動完後常去買的早午餐之一.
One of the Guangfu South Road Brunch selections includes Chou’s Roasted Tofu Roll Shop. This store is located near SYS Memorial Hall MRT station.

 

以前小時候住在台北東區時, 居然不知道有光復市場, 後來聽朋友提到才知道原來光復市場裡有許多隱藏的銅板美食, 這次就先品嚐國際知名度高的周家豆腐捲. 走進開放式店家, 牆上掛著菜單, 來自中國黑龍江的老闆娘正忙著烙烤豆腐捲.
There are many food shops at Guangfu market. This time, I try out the well-known Chou’s Roasted Tofu Roll Shop, which is loved by tourists and locals.

 

招牌豆腐捲

由於抵達的時間已到上班族吃午餐時間, 老闆娘早已將烙烤好的豆腐捲放在一旁, 品嚐的時候已是溫熱, 外表看似韭菜盒子, 但卻不酥脆油膩, 原因為並沒有加油而是乾烙. 豆腐捲內的豆腐類似板豆腐, 並沒有四分五裂, 內餡有清脆的高麗菜與大白菜, 冬粉配料則是不會過於軟爛, 麵香跟豆腐香融入內餡中, 口感清爽極佳, 但是喜歡重口味的人可能會想多加些辣醬.
The roasted tofu rolls are already warm when I taste it. The appearance looks like Chinese pastry – Chives pockets. But it wasn’t crispy and oily. The reason is that this product is roasted without any oil. The tofu isn’t smashed, which surprises me. The filling also has crisp cabbage and lettuce. The vermicelli is also cooked perfectly. Generally speaking, it is a delicious food , which has soybean aroma, for breakfast and brunch.

 

 

豆腐菜肉包

台北東區一顆包子大約NTD $30 ~ $35, 周家豆腐捲的豆腐菜肉包價格便宜一半, 內餡飽滿且巴掌大的包子外皮不會乾裂, 內餡的豬肉並不會油膩, 搭配高麗菜後反而減低豆腐風味與肉香味.
The usual steamed bun sells about NTD$30~$35. Their steamed bun with tofu and pork only sells for half of the price. The appearance is not dry and the fillings are not oily as well. With crisp cabbages, it decreases the soybean flavor and pork flavor.

 

 

無糖冰豆漿

English Name: Iced Soybean Milk (No Sugar)
Price: NTD $ 10

店家告知每天現煮豆漿很新鮮, 冰豆漿則是固定沒有加糖, 喝一口時豆香味十足, 且冰得透澈!
The shop owner mentioned that they cook their soybean milk everyday. The iced soybean milk is always without sugar. The taste has fair amount of soybean flavor, which is sold for only NTD$10.
