(肉老大忠孝復興店已結束營業, 1+ 1 目前還在營業).這次跟朋友到 1+1 鍋物 與 肉老大頂級肉品涮涮鍋 都點單人花雕湯頭的火鍋, 乾脆寫一篇台北花雕火鍋推薦文章!
My friend and I ordered Shaoxing Wine Hot Pots at Meat Boss Hot Pot and 1+1 Hot Pot restaurant. So, I decide to write an article about both hot pot restaurant’s Shaoxing Wine Hot Pot reviews. Meat Boss Hot Pot is closed down. 1+1 Hot Pot still opened.

Price: NTD $298 + NTD $30 (花雕湯頭) = $328
花雕雞湯底加價 NTD $30, 有附火鍋用的花雕酒, 我總共付 NTD $328. 我會建議煮牛肉的時候再倒入酒, 酒香濃郁很迷人, 牛五花份量不多 ,12 顆 蛤蜊不錯頗飽滿. 配菜與其他火鍋店一樣多, 也有附米粉.
There will be extra NTD $30 for Shaoxing Wine. You can have the actual Shaoxing Wine, which is quite delicious mixing with the broth. There aren’t much beef quantity. 12 clams is decent. The side dishes and rice noodles are the same like other hot pot restaurants.

肉老大紹興雞醉鍋

Price: NTD $159 + NTD $295 = $454
這款鍋裡有醃過的脆皮雞肉,所以加價 NTD $159, 牛腹肉鍋 7oz則是NTD $295, 我總共付 NTD $454.雞肉不錯吃, 完全不會有煮太久的口感, 酒香在火鍋沸騰的時候最明顯, 肉老大牛肉份量比 1+1 鍋物牛肉多一些, 蔬菜盤配料感覺比較高級, 不是以青菜來填空間. 如果一個人想吃比較特別的火鍋, 肉老大的紹興雞醉鍋是不錯的選擇.
This hot pot has marinated chicken with crispy skin with extra NTD $159. The Beef 7oz hot pot is NTD $295. I paid total NTD $454. The chickens are quite delicious. The Shaoxing wine aroma is quite obvious during the boiling. This restaurant has more meats than 1+1 Hot Pot. The vegetable side dish looks more high scale. If you want to eat one-person hot pot with special broth. This hot pot is a good choice.

花雕湯頭的火鍋在 1+1 鍋物 與 肉老大頂級肉品涮涮鍋 皆有不同的組合. 我個人是比較喜歡肉老大頂級肉品涮涮鍋的花雕雞鍋+牛肉, 雖然價格較高 NTD $454, 鍋裡的雞肉不錯吃, 每口湯頭皆有豐富的紹興酒香, 牛肉有 7oz, 吃得也蠻過癮, 座位不是背對背, 用餐環境比較舒適!! 1+1鍋物的花雕鍋+牛+蛤蜊共付 NTD $328, 比便宜 NTD $126, 是要自己倒入一杯酒至火鍋裡, 沸騰後並不是每口都是紹興酒風味, 而且我沒吃飽, 也有可能是我個人比較喜歡肉, 而不是蛤蜊, 1+1 鍋物的座位頗擁擠, 用餐環境沒有預期地好.
Shaoxing Wine Hot Pot set is different at 1+1 Hot Pot and Meat Boss Hot Pot. I would prefer Meat Boss Hot Pot (Shaoxing Wine Chicken + Beef). The total price is NTD $454.The chicken in the hot pot is quite delicious. Each sip at the broth has full amount of Shaoxing Wine flavor.Also, the dining environment is better and more comfortable. 1+1 Hot Pot Shaoxing Wine + Beef + clams = NTD $328, which is cheaper by NTD $126 difference. You would need to pour in one small glass of Shaoxing Wine into the hot pot. However, after boiling, not every sip has wine aroma. I wasn’t full after eating. The main reason would be I prefer meats instead of calms. Also, 1+1 Hot Pot dining environment is quite crowded.
