(2025.1 Update ) Many readers always ask “ What is my Taipei Taiwanese Restaurant recommendation for foreigners?” . The other question would be which restaurant offers classic Taiwanese cuisine. This article is mostly for treating guests instead of night market recommendation.

每位台灣人都對台式餐廳定義有意見, 因此我直接列出我的定義. 請斟酌自行參考
♛ 我的台北台菜餐廳定義
1. 餐廳販售多款台式料理. 菜單至少要有過半的台式菜餚
2. 餐廳要有室內座位, 以聚餐或是宴客為主.
3. 讓外國人認為餐廳菜餚可代表台灣風格
4. 名單裡不會有 “台北三大私廚” , 元味 (熟客制)
Every Taiwanese has his/her opinion about Taiwanese Restaurant.Therefore, I list out my definition of Taiwanese Cuisine Restaurant. Please keep it as reference.
♛ My Taipei Taiwanese Restaurant Definition
1. The restaurant offers Taiwanese cuisines. (At least half of the menu )
2. The restaurant must have indoor seating area. The purpose is for group gathering and treating guests.
3. Let the foreigners consider the dishes can represents Taiwanese cuisine style.
4. The list will not include “Taipei Top 3 Private Kitchen Restaurant ” and “Yuan Restaurant (VIP guest only).

儂來有兩間 – 儂來會館與儂來餐廳, 我跟朋友們是吃台北儂來會館菜單的預訂臺菜料理. 白斬雞菜餚在台灣 500 盤名單裡.二樓可當大包廂
There are Nong Lai Restaurant – One is price-friendly Nong Lai Restaurant and the other one is more upscale. My friends and I went to the upscale Nong Lai Taipei. The 2nd floor can be arranged as a large private dining room.

葫蘆小郭鐵板燒
Hulu Xiao Guo Teppanyaki
這裡並不是高級鐵板燒, 而是能夠讓外國人感覺到台式鐵板燒的特殊風格. 我喜歡菲力多過於紐約客, 豪邁地加了蔥花, 夠台我愛! 蚵仔蛋非常美味. 只能現場排隊. 建議 2 ~ 3 人並肩坐.
This is not an high-end teppanyaki. This is a restaurant that foreigners can sense the unique food culture of Taiwanese Teppanyaki. The steak is delicious.I prefer the Fillet > Strip steak. They also adds lots of scallions. I love it! The oyster omelette is impressive
黃記魯肉飯
Huang Chi Lu Rou Fan
黃記魯肉飯 是台灣米其林必比登名單裡的美食, 也是台北晴光市場美食推薦. 桌子夠大可以坐 4 ~ 6 人.
Huang Chi Lu Rou Fan is one of the 2024 Taipei Bib Gourmand Guide Restaurants. It is also at Taipei Qingguang Market Restaurant recommendation list.

Bando Club
北投泉源閣餐廳不僅是台北台菜餐廳推薦, 也是適合宴客的北投美食推薦.泉源閣是晶華國際酒店集團所屬餐飲品牌之一, 位於北投晶泉丰旅飯店裡Bando Club Restaurant is one of the Beitou Restaurant recommendation, which offers delicious Taiwanese cuisine. Bano Club brand belongs to “Wellspring by Silks” and is located inside the Hotel.

Sheraton The Guest House
台北喜來登請客樓是 台北米其林ㄧ星餐廳美食, 也是善導寺站美食之一.文章裡有許多菜餚排行榜
The Guest House , which is located at Taipei Sheraton Hotel, is a Taipei Michelin One Star Restaurant. It is also one of the restaurants near Shandao Temple MRT Station.

Golden Formosa Restaurant is one of the 2022 Taipei Michelin One Star restaurants. This restaurant also becomes many foodies’ Tianmu recommended restaurant.
鼎泰豐
Din Tai Fung
鼎泰豐是 2024 米其林必比登推薦眾所皆知 , 我多次品嚐鼎泰豐菜單, 吃到已經自己有鼎泰豐美食推薦排名了! 需拿號碼排隊
The most famous restaurant at Taipei 101 would be Din Tai Fung. Same as the Yongkang Din Tai Fung, customers line up for their famous cuisine – Xiaolongbao (Soup Dumpling). You would need to get the number and wait for the seats.

花娘小館
Flower Restaurant
花娘小館是 輝達 NVIDIA 創辦人黃仁勳 安排公司聚餐的台北平價餐廳, 這次在包廂品嚐花娘小館桌菜 , 菜單除了蒼蠅頭 , 也有點其他菜餚.
NVIDIA founder Jensen Huang arranged a company dinner at Flower Restaurant, which is a Taipei price-friendly restaurant. We ordered various dishes, include Sautéed Minced Pork with Chive Flowers in Black Bean Sauce, in their menu.
酒菜市場
Drunk Food Restaurant
酒菜市場是台北中山區深夜食堂, 雙連站宵夜美食之一, 酒菜市場菜單 讓許多饕客們認為這家是台北餐酒館的懷舊台式風格代表.
Drunk Food Restaurant is Taipei Zhongshan District late-night restaurant. It is also one of the Taipei Bistro near Shuanglian MRT Station.
