廚藏室 Storeroom 》非常低調的台北大安區餐酒館

2019 年開幕的 廚藏室 Storeroom 是大安捷運站美食餐廳之一, 也是我看過極少媒體曝光的台北大安區餐酒館.
2019 newly-opened Storeroom Restaurant is one of the restaurants near Da’an MRT station. This is probably the most low-profile bistro at Da’an District, Taipei City.

廚藏室 Storeroom 訂位與資訊
Storeroom Restaurant Reservation and Information
廚藏室 Storeroom 訂位可直接網路訂位 ( https://booking.menushop.tw/storeroom26 ), 頁面有公休日公告與菜單照片. 廚藏室 Storeroom 離大安捷運站 6 號出口比較近, 往仁愛路三段走大約 15 ~ 20 分鐘.廚藏室餐廳與 “L先生義法餐廳” 一樣對面即是停車場, 非常方便. 開放式廚房油煙控管不錯, 餐廳內有普通座椅 (餐廳人太多不方便照相) , 也有沙發座椅, 有種 Lounge 的感覺, 適合小酌聊天. 廚藏室整天營業, 有分午餐, 晚餐, 下午有開但沒有提供正餐, 廚藏室菜單並沒有分國界, 餐點量並不會像 “Luigi 路易奇洗衣公司”過於小份, 菜單也有雙人套餐, 我跟朋友則是吃單點晚餐菜單.
You can reserve seats on line ( https://booking.menushop.tw/storeroom26 ). The page has off days dates and menu picture. Storeroom restaurant is closed to Exit 6 of Da’an MRT station with 15 ~ 20 minutes toward Re’ai Road. Same as “Monsieur L Restaurant” , the parking lot is right across the restaurant. There are regular chairs and tables (There are too many people there for me to take pictures). There are sofa seats at Storeroom restaurant, which it feels like lounge. Storeroom restaurant operates all day, which has lunch, afternoon and dinner menu. The quantity of the dish is fair amount, unlike “Luigi Restaurant” . My friend and I order single dishes dinner menu.

NTD $480 是兩隻軟殼蟹的價格, 一隻完整的酥炸軟殼蟹平均 NTD $240. 我上次吃酥炸軟殼蟹切塊是在 “VG Seafood Bar Restaurant”. 我本身就很愛炸軟殼蟹, 就連上次在 “鴨皇閣”的星馬麥片軟殼蟹都還記在心裡. 廚藏室 Storeroom 的軟殼蟹酥脆不錯吃, 並沒有油耗味或是膩, 味蕾時不時會感受到柚子胡椒的短暫提味與清爽, 如果再去一次, 我應該還是會點軟殼蟹.
NTD $480 is two fried soft shell crabs. Each complete fried soft shell crab is average NTD $240. I still remembered that I ate fried soft crab at “VG Seafood Bar Restaurant” and “D’Palace“. The fried soft crab at Storeroom Restaurant is quite good without any oily aroma nor flavor. The texture is crispy as expected. The tastebuds would sense the refreshing along with hints of pepper flavor. If I visit again, I would probably still order the Fried Soft Shell Crab dish.

我最近蠻常吃到過貓, 之前在 “Chinois Taipei”吃的是過貓沙拉, 這次在廚藏室餐廳吃到的淋上大蒜奶油的過貓. 餐廳選擇去殼的蝦很貼心, Size 適中的蝦肉因為龍舌蘭提香讓海鮮風味比較明顯, 並沒有被濃郁大蒜奶油蓋過, 這道比較適合兩人分享, 因為只有六隻蝦.
I recently ate quite amount of Vegetable Fern. I ate Vegetable Fern salad at “Chinois Taipei”. This time, I ate Vegetable Ferm with garlic butter. The shrimps are without the shell, which is quite considerable. The size of the shrimp is average. The tequila makes the seafood flavor more obvious, which is not covered by the strong garlic butter flavor. This dish is suitable for 2 people since there are only 6 shrimps..

黑岩廣島炸牡蠣, 墨西哥辣椒, 山蘿蔔葉

不同於“勝政日式炸豬排店”的金黃色炸牡蠣, 廚藏室 Storeroom 的廣島炸牡蠣麵衣是黑色, 由於是號稱餐廳的秘密武器, 所以我沒有跟餐廳確認是不是麵衣使用添加墨魚粉末製作的麵包粉. 麵衣頗厚, 並沒有預期地酥脆, 雖然日本廣島牡蠣屬於中 Size, 有爆汁的海鮮風味. 最特別的是置放於上方的墨西哥辣椒, 可惜我是跳過因為我只吃小辣, 墨西哥辣椒是大辣.
Unlike “Katsumasa Tonkatsu restaurant” golden fried oyster, Storeroom restaurant’s oyster has the black cover. I didn’t confirm with the restaurant if the coating is with black squid powder since it might be their secret recipe. The coating is quite thick with only small amount of crispy. Even though the Japanese oyster size is average, it still tastes juicy with seafood flavor. The most special part would be Jalapeño Pepper on the top. Sadly, I don’t eat strong spicy ingredients.

八小時燉牛筋湯, 剝皮辣椒, 青蒜

菜單上寫 廚藏室 Storeroom 燉煮牛筋湯時間為八小時, 牛筋顏色並不是台灣人熟悉在”海真私房菜餐廳“的紅燒百花牛筋, 而是接近白色, 口感軟嫩, 湯看似輕薄清淡, 入喉則是有蔬菜牛肉湯風味.
The menu stated that the soup is stewed with 8 long hours. The tendon is not braised tendon at “Haizen Chinese Restaurant”. The color is a bit white with fair amount tender texture. The soup seemed to be light but in fact, the soup is quite flavorful.
