其實已經光臨此家餐廳很多次, 最常吃的就是“松子年糕牛肉”這道菜, 因為它是一道不辣的料理. 深褐色的切丁牛肉搭配雪白寧波年糕, 再炒上米色松子成爲一道有視覺性的菜色. 咬了一口切丁牛肉, 熟悉的沙茶醬香將此道菜餚轉化成微鹹也微甜的風味. 跟韓國年糕一樣有嚼勁的寧波年糕搭配硬松子是個有趣且多層次的口感,
I have visited this restaurant for many times. My favorite dish would be Steak Cube & Rice Cake with Pine Nuts since it is not spicy. Dark brown diced steak pairs with white rice cake are cooked with beige pine nuts. You can taste the familiar Chinese BBQ Sauce (Satay Sauce), which has hints of sweet and salty flavor, while biting the steak cubes. The rice cake is easy to chew, just like Korean Topokki. The cooked pine nuts brings different texture to this delicious dish.

鐵鍋端上桌時, 整體鮮紅色菜餚讓不吃辣的人卻步, 鍋裡有台灣人最熟悉的大紅椒和燈籠椒, 臭豆腐並不是用炸的而是烹煮, 紮實豆腐裡的氣孔容易吸收鍋裡的辣汁, 建議先將豆腐放在飯裡, 咬一口時, 辣汁流到飯裡, 讓人忍不住一直搭配白飯吃下去, 軟嫩但有彈性的大腸頭更是此道料理的靈魂.
The sauce inside the iron hot pot is stunning bright red color. It has spicy bell pepper and red pepper. The preserved tofu, which is called as sticky tofu, is steamed instead of fried. The tofu absorbs fair amount of spicy sauce to make you want to eat more rice. The pork intestine is tender and also easy to absorb spicy sauce.
