閤家小館是少數台北大安區信義安和捷運站附近平價且適合家庭聚餐的美食, 餐廳的位置位於利長春餐廳旁邊的巷子裡, 除了具備“油鹹酸香”的客家菜之外, 也可品嚐到廣受台灣人喜愛的四川菜餚.
Ho-Gia Hakka Restaurant is one of the price-friendly restaurants near Xinyi Anhe MRT station. It is fit for both family gathering or friends gathering just like Li-Zhang-Chun restaurant. Interesting enough, besides the classic Hakka cuisine (wiki link), they also have Sichuan Cuisine as well.
首先 請容忍我沒有拍菜單與價格, 因為菜單洋洋灑灑地有5~6頁, 也沒有照餐廳內部裝潢, 因為這家餐廳的重點是菜餚, 而不是裡面較為樸實的裝潢. 這家餐廳已是公認的巷內美食, 有時週末還需要事先訂位.
First of all, I apologize not to take the picture of the menu or price since there are 5 ~6 pages. I also didn’t take pictures of the interior design since in this kind of family restaurant, the dishes are more important.
English Name: Stir-Fried Clams with Chinese Basil
九層塔是羅勒的品種之一, 義大利青醬中使用的是甜羅勒, 九層塔則是台灣料理中常用的食材, 例如充滿味覺誘惑的鹽酥雞. 本以為是“乾炒”, 但這道菜餚竟然有微濃稠的湯汁! 品嚐一口湯汁, 滿滿的微鹹海鮮風味帶有濃烈九層塔香氣, 飽滿多汁的蛤蜊在微量米酒與適度翠綠色九層塔迷人香味加持下,讓人想要一粒接著一粒搭配白飯吃下.
Chinese Basil is different from the regular Basil at the pesto sauce since it has thicker herb aroma. In Taiwan, the most dish that we made from Chinese Basil would be “Herb Salted Chicken”. People might think that “Stir-fried” means dry. However, this dish has fair amount of juicy essence laying at the bottom of the plate. The tastebuds can feel fair amount of salty but fresh seafood flavor with strong herbs aroma. The clams are absolutely juicy and perfect for pairing with rice.
English Name: Classic Hakka Stir-Fried Dish
經典型“客家四炒”是指客家小炒、薑絲炒豬腸、豬肚炒韭菜、豬肺鳳梨炒木這四道菜. 閤家小館的客家小炒也是必點料理之一, 也符合經典的客家料理特色 – 鹹與香. 此道菜餚的特色則是頗有咬勁的魷魚, 可惜的是份量較少, 搭配多汁豆干與嫩肉絲則是帶來不同的口感.
This dish includes dried tofu, squid, pork and green onion. You can immediately smell the salty and meaty aroma while this dish presents. The small amount of squid is easy to chew. The tofu is juicy and pairs with tender pork. Different textures of food ingredients upgrades this dish to their No. 1 selling dish.
English Name: Intestine with Salt and Pepper
很明顯地, 這張照片不是我照的, 是Mr. J 照的. 咬下一小口大腸, 口感酥脆且充滿肉汁, 第二口則是可感受到青蔥的完美提味, 若再加上椒鹽更能凸顯肉香且減少油膩的口感, 也是一道非常適合白飯的料理.
Obviously, Mr. J took this picture instead of me. Taking one small bite at the intestine, the crispy and salty meat flavor appears immediately. The second bite can taste the green onion perfect merge. The salt and pepper can reduce the oily and strengthen the meaty flavor as well.
