這瓶肉桂高梁蒸餾酒是在展場台灣賀木堂攤位購買, 其公司特色即是採用台灣本土原物料, 最有名的莫過於“茶酒”, 經過長時間研發, 將茶與酒融合, 造就所謂的“茶酒”. 但這次選擇購買較特別的“台灣賀木堂最美人肉桂酒”.
This “Taiwan Gao-Liang With Cinnamon Flavor” was purchased at the “Hometown Liquor Corp” booth at the trade show. This company is famous for its R&D technique – which combines Taiwan originated raw material with Gao-Liang. Their most famous product would be Oolong Tea combines with Taiwan Gao-Liang. However, I purchased another interesting item – Taiwan Gao-liang with Cinnamon Flavor.

一打旋轉蓋時, 撲鼻而來的是比肉桂捲高上幾十倍的濃厚肉桂香氣, 本以為酒精味會高於肉桂香, 高粱的45%高酒精味卻幾乎完全被覆蓋住. 倒出後,則成爲有兩種主要風味, 雖然採用的台灣土肉桂, 可惜還是顯得有點格格不入.
When opening the cap, the overwhelmed cinnamon flavor appeared. The high alcohol (45%) flavor is completed covered by the cinnamon aroma. After pouring out, both flavors becomes primary. Even they use Taiwan originated cinnamon, both flavors don’t seem to fit with each other.

 

冷藏之後, 肉桂香氣會被壓抑, 但依舊風味過重, 不太適合搭配其他菜餚 , 較適合單喝. After refrigerated, the cinnamon aroma would be compressed. As for pairing, the flavors are too strong to pair any kind of food.
