蘭餐廳 離信義安和站 3 號與 2號 出口約 5 ~ 10 分鐘路程, 地址為台北市大安區安和路二段83號 , 餐廳的招牌改為 Orchid by Nobu Lee , 門口旁的典雅沙發休息區是不錯的設計, 我個人喜歡蘭餐廳的挑高舒適用餐環境, 蘭餐廳除了沙發座位外, 也可以組成大桌適合朋友們一起聚餐. Orchid by Nobu Lee 蘭餐廳訂位可透過 inline ( https://reurl.cc/Mba8nW ) .
Orchid Restaurant is about 5 ~ 10 minutes walking distance from Xinyi Anhe MRT station Exit 2 and Exit 3. The restaurant address is at No. 83, 2nd Section, Anhe Road, Da’an District, Taipei City. The restaurant sign changed to「Orchid by Nobu Lee」. The sofa resting area is quite a great design. I personally like Orchid Restaurant’s high ceiling design and comfortable dining environment. Bread & Butter
外酥內軟的酸種麵包搭配原味奶油不錯吃, 我個人依舊偏好 “Naked Bistro 裸餐酒“ 的煙燻風味奶油, 我建議不要續麵包, 因為整份套餐的份量會吃很飽.
The sour bread is crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. It pairs great with the butter. However, I still prefer the smoky flavor butter from “Naked Bistro”. I would suggest only eat one slice of bread since the whole set quantity will definitely fulfill your appetite.
Smoked Salmon | White Chocolate | Roe
我承認我看到名稱 – “白巧克力煙燻鮭魚” , 我以為會是純白色外型, 孰不知是以淺褐色焦糖白巧力為外層, 內層則是醃漬且煙燻的鮭魚, 透過舌尖先品嘗到從鮭魚卵釋放出海鮮風味, 接著焦糖風味覆蓋著煙燻鮭魚, 以 Finger Food Size , 也是可以感受到兩層截然不同的風味.
When I see “White Chocolate with Smoked Salmon” on the menu, I thought that the appearance is white. It turns out to be light brown caramel white chocolate as appearance. The filling is pickled and smoked salmon. At the first bite, the tastebuds can sense large amount of seafood flavor. However, at the second bite, the caramel flavor will cover the salmon flavor. As for Finger Food Size, your tastebuds can sense two different layers of flavors.
Parsnip & White Miso Velouté
當店員端上這一杯湯品, 我第一個反應是 “ 這看起來太像煉乳! ”, 這道防風根濃湯喝起來像絲綢般無雜質的馬鈴薯濃湯, 濃郁且有鹹度.
When the staff brings the soup, my first impression is that the texture looks like condensed milk. This parsnip & white miso velouté tastes quite like creamy potato broth along with fair amount of saltiness.
紅魽魚 | 米麴 | 水梨
Kingfish, Koji, Nashi Pear
紅魽魚是在高級餐廳常見到的魚類食材, 我在 “和蒔炭火割烹” 吃到的是炙燒紅魽魚肚, 之前在 “侯布雄” 則是吃到生食紅魽魚佐酪梨. 這次在蘭餐廳 ( Orchid by Nobu Lee ) 吃到則是截然不同且更好的版本. 這一道菜餚宣染出粉嫩色彩 ,淺粉色紅魽魚刀工細緻, 水梨切成小白花形狀入饌, 魚的鮮味與水梨的甜味各具風格且互相襯托, 珍珠洋蔥切絲提味, 這是一道美感與美味並存的 Fine Dining 菜餚.
Kingfish is a common fish ingredient in high-end restaurants. I had grilled kingfish at “Wamaki Taipei” and another kingfish dish at “L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Taipei”. This time at Orchid by Nobu Lee, I had a different and better version of Kingfish dish. The knife work of the kingfish is delicate. The pear is designed to be the little white flower that represents the Spring season. Both seafood flavor from the kingfish and the sweet flavor from the pear construct this delicious and beautiful dish.
干貝慕斯 | 旨味清湯
這一道菜餚設計帶有柔美風格, 先將干貝慕斯挖一小口來吃, 絲綢般口感令人驚艷, 如同細緻滑嫩的豆腐, 看似輕柔, 實際上干貝提升鮮味, 店員解釋高湯是用昆布與瑤柱熬煮而成, 整體美味程度高, 勾勒出蘭餐廳的日法融合最佳代表作.
This dish design is also quite beautiful. The silky texture from the scallop mousse is similar with silk tofu. The scallop enhances the seafood flavor. The staff mentioned the broth is stewed with kumbu and scallop. Overall, this dish is tasty. I would consider this dish is the best example of Japanese/French cuisine combination.
白蘆筍 | 鴨蛋 | 蒜苗
White Asparagus, Duck Egg , Leek
每逢春季, 台灣饕客最期待的高級食材就是白蘆筍,蘭餐廳 的 2022 年新菜單採用等級頗高的3A等級白蘆筍, 白蘆筍份量比預期地多, 多汁脆口, 連濃郁鴨蛋沾醬也覆蓋不住白蘆筍的清甜, 我喜歡這種簡單直球般展現出白蘆筍獨特風格的菜餚.
Many Taiwanese foodies expect white asparagus during spring season. Orchid by Nobu Lee uses high-quality 3A white asparagus on their 2022 Spring Menu. Honestly, I didn’t expect that much of white asparagus on the plate. The white asparagus texture is crispy and refreshing sweet, not even the duck egg sauce can cover it. I would definitely prefer this simply dish with best representation of white asparagus.

紅鹿塔塔 | 甜菜根 | 菊芋
Venison, Beetroot, Sunchoke
這一道鹿肉韃靼只有晚間套餐菜單有, 鹿肉料理在台灣不常見, 上次在 “LOPFAIT 樂斐” 有吃到的柴燒鹿肉, 蘭餐廳 ( Orchid by Nobu Lee ) 則是推出這一道鹿肉韃靼, 採用來自紐西蘭的鹿肉, 並沒有過多油脂, 而是屬於精瘦型肉品, 結合甜菜根醬, 讓鹿肉本身吃不出有原生野味的風味, 反而有種在吃軟嫩牛肉韃靼的錯覺, 菊芋脆片則是賦予脆香, 整體吃起來比預期地美味.
This venison tartare is only on the dinner set menu. Venison is not a common ingredient in Taiwan restaurants. Last time, I had grilled venison at “LOPFAIT”. In 2022 menu, Orchid restaurant presents this New Zealand venison tartare. There isn’t much fats in between. Combining with beetroot to decrease its classic gamey taste or hard texture. It would give you the impression of eating the beef tartar, which is quite tender. Overall, this dish is better than expected.
乳鴿 | 蘑菇 | 菊苣
Pigeon, Mushroom , Radicchio
這一道乳鴿只有晚間套餐菜單有, Orchid 蘭餐廳採用屏東乳鴿, 兩天熟成過程增加濃郁風味, 烘烤後的表皮薄脆響亮, 上色完美, 乳鴿肉質帶有些許咬勁, 菌菇風味間接覆蓋住肉香, 吃起來比預期地微苦, 整道菜餚頗具特色.
This pigeon dish only appears at dinner set menu. Orchid by Nobu Lee uses the pigeon from Pingtung, Taiwan. After aging for two days, the pigeon meat aroma becomes thicker and meat itself becomes a bit of firm. And after baking, the crispy texture of the pigeon skin is delightful. The mushroom flavor covers some of the meaty aroma. Also it tastes a bit bitter unexpectedly. However, overall, this dish is full of character.
主餐 Main Dish
近期許多台灣人對羊排的接受度有變高, 自從 Chef Nobu Lee 到位後, Orchid 蘭餐廳開始採用世界知名的紐西蘭 Lumina Lamb 羊里肌 ( 前身為 Te Mana ) , 頂級羊里肌肉品優質且有油花, 在煎煮的同時, 反覆淋上奶油, 伴隨油脂煎出肉香, 靜置後再烤, 切開羊里肌以迷人的粉色呈現. 這款羊排吃起來並沒有過多複雜調味也沒有羊羶味 (這個很重要), 正是我喜歡的原味 Style , 外層的焦香襯托出肉的嫩度, 嫩與細緻更是我吃完這款羊排的感想. 此外 , 這道也有很特別的食材配角- 牛蒡, 意想不到地脆爽. 這一道羊排是我當天最喜歡的菜餚. 許多饕客認為蘭餐廳的招牌主餐菜餚有兩款 – 羊里肌與威靈頓牛肉派. 如果你已經吃過蘭餐廳的威靈頓牛肉派, 我個人會推薦點這一道羊排.
More Taiwanese now can accept eating lambs in high-end Western cuisine restaurants. Chef Nobu Lee started using world-famous Lumina Lamb Loin (Previously, Te Mana) from New Zealand. The chef cooks/pan-fried the lamb with butter. Later on, the lamb is also baked in the oven. Overall, the lamb itself doesn’t have too much of extra seasoning. I personally prefer this kind of original and simply flavor. Surprisingly , the lamb texture is tender. There is also another surprisingly ingredient – Burdock, which tastes quite crisp. This lamb dish is actually my favorite dish of the day. Many foodies would consider the Lumina Lamb and Beef Wellington are both the signature dishes of Orchid restaurant. If you already tasted the Beef Wellington, I would recommend you to order this lamb dish.
Beef Wellington / Boeuf en Croute
菜單上註明威靈頓牛肉派必須是兩人點選同一主菜, 並沒有單點, 換句話說, 未切一整顆威靈頓牛肉派是給兩人分享, 店家會協助對切一人份 (圖一). Orchid 蘭餐廳的威靈頓牛肉派並不是只有菲力牛排 (Prime), 從切面看, 層層堆疊, 肉質豐潤搭配油脂豐富的肥美鴨肝, 味蕾很明顯感受到黑松露與蘑菇醬賦予的菌菇香氣, 加上具有濃郁奶油香氣的酥脆酥皮, 架構起這一道專屬蘭餐廳的威靈頓牛肉派, 即使吃過其他餐廳的威靈頓牛肉派, 我個人也會推薦點蘭餐廳 ( Orchid by Nobu Lee ) 的威靈頓牛肉派.
The menu stated Beef Wellington is meant to share with two people. One person portion is shown at Picture one. Orchid restaurant’s Beef Wellington has fillet steak, duck liver, truffle/mushroom sauces along with buttery puff pastry. The tastebuds would sense layers of flavors. Even you may try different Beef Wellington from other restaurants, I would still recommend to order Beef Wellington at Orchid by Nobu Lee.
草莓 | 紫蘇 | 檸檬
Strawberry, Shiso, Lemon
在吃完威靈頓牛肉派後, 最適合吃這道有檸檬風味且清爽的甜點, 再搭配草莓的甜美.
After eating the Beef Wellington, it is a great timing to eat this refreshing lemon dessert. It also pairs great with the sweetness of strawberry.
栗子 | 白芝麻 | 麵茶
Chestnut , Sesame, Toasted Wheat ( Miancha)
我在台北高級餐廳都有品嚐到麵茶元素 ( 例如 “Taïrroir 態芮”的麵茶塔甜點, “Will’s Teppanyaki“ 的麵茶沾醬 ), 這次在 Orchid 蘭餐廳吃到的麵茶則是主角, 一個大口的淺碗看起來樸實, 這道甜點就像在品嚐帶有堅果香氣的綿密冰淇淋.
I actually tasted Toasted Wheat/Miancha ingredients in several Taipei high-end restaurants. For example, I tasted miancha dessert at “Taïrroir” or miancha sauce at “Will’s Teppanyaki”. This time at Orchid by Nobu Lee, Miancha is the main character in this dessert. The dessert tastes like creamy ice cream with nutty flavor.
The appearance is quite elegant. There isn’t much pumpkin flavor though.
薄荷 / 菊花茶
Mint / Chrysanthemum Tea
很難想像能在任何台北市餐廳喝到現剪現沖的薄荷/菊花茶, 店員將盆栽推車推到客人面前, 直接 Step by Step 沖泡薄荷/菊花茶, 餐廳提到這兩盆是來自陽明山, 隔天會再換全新的盆栽, 清新程度與好喝程度是我意想不到.
It is hard to imagine to drink any fresh Mint/Chrysanthemum Tea in Taipei restaurant. The staff would bring the cart along with two potted plants. The staff would make the tea step by step in front of the customers. The refreshing and delicious level is unexpectedly remarkable.

✅ 蘭餐廳的威靈頓牛肉派與羊排都很好吃, 我其實喜歡羊排多過於威靈頓. 請注意威靈頓牛肉派裡有鴨肝, 而且要兩人點, 2022 春季菜單我也喜歡這季新菜單的干貝慕斯,紅魽魚與白蘆筍
✅ Orchid 蘭餐廳的套餐吃得飽也美味, 價格在許多 Fine Dining 餐廳頗具競爭力, 建議可再訪.
✅ 如果不太吃鹿肉或是乳鴿, 可考慮午間套餐, 晚間套餐有鹿肉與乳鴿.
After tasting Orchid by Nobu Lee restaurant, I sorted out a few conclusions for you guys.
✅ Orchid restaurant is suitable for dating. And it is also suitable for 4 people to share the main courses
✅ Beef Wellington and Lamb are both delicious. I actually prefer the lamb over Beef Wellington. Please note that Beef Wellington also has duck liver in between. And only two people can choose this dish. I also like the scallop mousse, kingfish, and white asparagus at new menu.
✅ Orchid restaurant quantity/price/delicious level is quite competitive in many Taipei fine dining restaurants. The quantity is large enough to fulfill the appetite. I would suggest to re-visit if you have the chance.
✅ If you don’t eat Venison or pigeon, you can consider lunch set menu. The dinner set menu has venison and pigeon.
