千暉鵝肉店是一家西門町鵝肉店, 可以稱作為西門捷運站附近的巷弄平價美食之一 .
Chi-Hui restaurant is the well-known goose shop at Xinmending, which is near Xinmen MRT station.

西門町對我來說可以說是一個很陌生的地方, 每次也只有在看電影的時候才會去, 這次朋友帶我去這一家千暉鵝肉店. 簡單裝潢就如其他家小吃店, 用餐時間人潮沒有間斷過. 除了鵝肉是主打外, 較為特別的是這家餐廳也有販售米苔目.
I am not familiar with Xinmending. I only go there if my friends and I go to watch movies. This time, my friend brings me to Chi-Hui restaurant which is hidden at the alley. The indoor design is similar with other small local restaurants. Customers never keep coming during dining time. Besides the goose meat, the restaurant also sells thick rice noodle, which mostly seen in Hakka cuisine.
米苔目 (乾)

因為一碗才販售NTD $35, 基本上是相當小碗. 純白色米苔目淋上少許肉燥與清脆豆芽, 條狀米苔目口感並不會過於軟爛, 伴隨著肉汁入口,並不會平淡無奇, 雖然沒有湯汁輔助, 整體並不會因為過膩.
The small bowl of thick rice noodle only sold for NTD $35. White thick rice noodle has fair amount of minced pork and sauce spreading on the top. The taste is cooked well, which is not soft. Along with the sauce, the flavor becomes meaty and better.

“雙連鵝家莊”煙燻鵝肉有著淺褐色澤,, 但當天的千暉鵝肉店帶骨鵝肉顏色偏白, 厚切肉質並不會乾澀, 反倒有點軟嫩和微甜,若是兩人以上, 我會建議點一盤分享, 若是一人用餐, 我會建議點鵝肉湯麵.
There is another shop at Shuang-Lian MRT station that also offers light brown color smoked goose meat. However, the goose meat at Chi-Hui restaurant is a bit paler than expected. Surprisingly, the thick sliced meats are moist and light sweetness. i would suggest to order the goose meat soup noodle if dine alone.

小菜都稍微油膩, 基本上若是一個人吃, 我不會建議點.
The appetizers are a bit on the oily side. I wouldn’t recommend it though.
