康帕斯義麵屋 Compas Pasta House 離國父紀念館站 1號出口大約15分鐘路程, 需要過市民大道四段, 在轉角處可看到一家白色裝潢與綠色盆栽的餐廳, 餐廳裡面有溫室玻璃屋的室外座位, 有兩桌四人座位, 在炎熱夏天也是有冷氣可吹. 餐廳內部有兩人座位與長桌高腳椅座位, 有點類似 “Luigi 路易奇洗衣公司”. 康帕斯義麵屋訂位可直接打電話 02- 2570-0389 , 外送則是用 Cutaway ( https://www.cutaway.com.tw/makeOrder.php?sid=2101 ).
Compas Pasta House is about 15 minutes walking distance from Exit 1 of SYS Memorial Hall MRT station. The restaurant location is at Civil Blvd. There is a greenhouse seating area with 4-people seats. You can still have A/C during the hot summer. The indoor seating area is similar with “Luigi Bistro” with high chair seating area. You can reserve the seats by call 02- 2570-0389. Compas Pasta House Handmade Pasta
康帕斯義麵屋 Compas Pasta House 廚房為開放式, 除了可看到店家自製義大利麵與醬料外, 也可看到製麵機器. 這裡不收服務費, 菜單已放在桌上, 到櫃檯自行點菜先付費, 再自行拿水拿餐具之類. 店家會協助端來桌上.
Compas Pasta House has open kitchen. Besides the handmade pasta and sauce, you can also see the pasta making machine. They do not charge service fee. Th menu is already on the table. You would need to order at the counter and pay prior. You will need to get the utensils and water at the counter as well. The staff will assist bringing to the table.

店員提到康帕斯義麵屋的手工義大利麵條是用義大利杜蘭小麥粉與有機鴨蛋製作而成, 而且有做成市面上較少見的麵造型. 這款菜餚的肉醬是用美國牛頰肉, 醬的口感偏稀釋, 風味並沒有 “Parko Parco”拿坡里燉牛頰酸甜濃郁. 麵體不錯吃, 口感有 al dente. 份量女生大約7 份飽.
Compas Pasta House staff mentioned that the handmade pasta is made with Italian durum wheat flour and organic duck egg. The ragu sauce is made with USA Beef Cheek meat and cooked within 8 hours. However, the texture is a bit watery. The meaty flavor is not as strong as “Parko Parco”. The pasta itself is quite good and al dente. The quantity is suitable for 70% of appetite.

香烤松子羅勒青醬麵

當我點這道菜餚時, 店員有提到目前羅勒短缺, 這款青醬是以九層塔來製作, 如此誠實的店家已經不多. 松子烘烤後有我喜歡的堅果香氣, 這款義大利麵造型很少見, 中文名稱是百合麵 (campanelle) , 如同百合花朵有著長條造型, 跟水管麵一樣可吸收較多濃郁青醬. 我個人認為比信義區 ”Papi Pasta”青醬義大利麵好吃, 我個人覺得不錯.
Since the basil is in shortage now, the staff mentioned that the sauce is made with Chinese basil. They are definitely honest! I like the nutty flavor from baked pine nuts. This pasta shape is quite special, which is called campanelle. The shape is similar with lily. It can absorbs more of this particular thick pesto sauce and keep the sauce in between. I personally think that this pesto pasta is more delicious than “Papi Pasta”.

馬薩拉香料鮮奶茶 (冰)

我是點套餐 (+ NTD $120 ), 內容包括一份甜點與 NTD $90 飲料, 由於這款飲料單點是 NTD $140 抵 NTD $90 , 只需再多付 NTD $50. 馬薩拉香料是多款香料混合, 通常是有薑, 茴香籽與肉桂之類.這款馬薩拉香料鮮奶茶是康帕斯義麵屋招牌, 喝起來像印度奶茶, 香料十足, 以肉桂香為主導.
I order set (+ NTD $120). The set content includes one dessert and one NTD $90 drink. This drink is NTD $140 if ordering. Since this is set, I only need to pay extra NTD $50. Masala is mixed with various spices, such as ginger, cinnamon..etc. It overall tastes similar with Indian milk tea. The spice flavor is quite strong and dominated by cinnamon flavor.

這款單點價格是 NTD $120, 這次我直接點套餐, 所以這款甜點等於是佐餐甜點, 整體價格蠻划算. 黑糖風味很迷人, 也許是因為用燕麥奶, 口感偏Q有點像偏軟的Jelly. 我個人還是比較喜歡吃像 “草頭西”的鮮奶奶酪.
The price is NTD $120. But since I ordered set ( +NTD $120 ) , this dessert is basically free. The brown sugar is quite charming. Maybe because they use oat milk instead of milk, the taste is a bit like soft jelly. I would still prefer the milky creamy penna cotta at “Catouxi Bistro”
