在美國時, 我只吃”Yoplait” 品牌的希臘優格, 這是第一次我在台灣吃台灣製的優格-福樂優酪系列, 市場上可選擇的希臘優格並不多. 我只知道Costco有在販售Kirkland 希臘優格, 那普通優格跟希臘優格到底有何不同？
Back at US, I only eat Yoplait Brand Blueberry Greek Yogurt. This would be the first time I try yogurt at Taiwan. Sadly, you don’t see much brand of Greek Yogurt brands at the market (Well, I haven’t try the Kirkland Brand Greek Yogurt yet). There are several difference between Greek Yogurt and Regular Yogurt.
普通優格較稀釋, 希臘優格含水量較低, 整體口感變厚 甚至到硬的地步.希臘優格含有較多的蛋白質但較少的糖分.
Greek Yogurt is thicker and creamier than regular yogurt. The reason is that Greek Yogurt is more strained than regular yogurt. Greek Yogurt has more protein than regular yogurt. But Greek Yogurt has less sugar than regular yogurt.

“Yoplait” 品牌的藍莓優格是淡紫藍色, 福樂則是乳白色, 比較之下就能推測”Yoplait” 的優格可能有加一些天然色素 , 福樂包裝上註明無添加色素香料和動物膠, 所以其實吃不太出來藍莓的口味, 最特別的是…. 此款產品裡面有少許的小方塊果凍!!!
Yoplait Brand blueberry yogurt color is slightly purplish blue. However, Fresh Delight Bright brand yogurt color is creamy white!! The box description stated that it doesn’t have additional coloring, flavoring and gelatin. Yogurt itself is similar with liquid. Surprisely, the yogurt has jelly inside it. You can barely taste the blueberry flavors. Overall, the taste is above average.

此款優格本身是非常酸, 但是撕開小包裝緩緩地倒入濃厚的蜂蜜,攪拌後平衡出具有濃厚蜂蜜的香甜風味, 嚐一口後, 淡淡的蜂蜜會從口中散開. 不同於藍梅口味的優格, 此款並無小方塊果凍, 若兩者產品需擇一 我會選擇這款福樂Pure原味優格(蜂蜜)!
Without the honey, it is extremely sour just like the yogurt that I used to have. After pouring in the thick honey from the sachet, the flavor becomes more delightful with honey aroma. The package stated that the honey sachet is originally from Thailand. The difference is that Taiwan honey has more aroma but cost more. However, it doesn’t have any jelly inside like the blueberry one. But between both products, I would choose this one.
