客人可從馬辣麻辣鍋, 蔬菜鍋, 花雕雞鍋 , 膠原蛋白鍋, 東北酸菜鍋中選出兩種湯頭 , 個人推薦馬辣麻辣鍋湯頭和花雕雞鍋湯頭, 麻辣口味湯頭夠辣且麻, 至於花雕雞湯頭不太常在火鍋店看到, 最近也沒有打算要去專賣花雕雞的餐廳, 所以就點了花雕雞鍋, 雖然沒有紹興酒味, 但是湯頭水準為中上.
This restaurant offers 5 kinds of soup bases – Mala Signature, Vegetable, Shao Xing Wine Chicken, Collagen and Pickled Cabbage. I recommend Mala Signature and ShaoXing Wine Chicken Hot Pot. Mala Signature Soup Base includes Sichuan Peppercorns, Bell Pepper, and several spices (cardamon, ginger, garlic..etc). Comparing to other restaurants, Mala Signature soup base is spicy and with a hint of numb and delicious taste. As for Shao Xing Wine Chicken Soup Base, you don’t usually find this kind of soup base in a hot pot restaurant. It contains Shao Xing wine, and several traditional Chinese ingredients (such as astragalus, wolfberry and red dates). You can put the various vegetables in this soup base to absorb the soup essence.
台啤任你喝到飽 All-u-can-drink Taiwanese beers
通常火鍋店的酒類會額外收錢, 但是在這家餐廳則是一個台啤機器放在角落,讓客戶自己倒啤酒喝, 簡直對酒鬼來說是個天堂.
This is the only restaurant that I know has Taiwanese Beers for all-u-can-drink purpose. Usually for cutting down the cost, restaurants usually would charge money for the alcohol.
