Logy Taipei 榮獲 2019 台北米其林一星肯定, 讓大安區美食餐廳 logy 台北網路訂位 更是難上加難, 我則是五月中訂到七月初的座位!
Logy Taipei is one of the Michelin One Star restaurants at Taipei City. It becomes quite difficult to reserve Logy Taipei seats via online.

2018 年新開幕 Logy Taipei 餐廳位於台北大安區國泰醫院附近, 從信義安和捷運站一號出口往仁愛國小方向走, 轉進安和路一段 109 巷弄內即可看到灰色牆壁與木門, 我用餐時間為中午 12 點, 店員親切地告知開始營業會將木門打開, 走進餐廳內, 先是看到休息的兩人沙發區, 餐廳內也有六人包廂, 隨後看到類似日本板前的 L 字型的寬敞舒適座位, 開放式廚房讓每一位顧客看到米其林一星的廚師團隊如何準備料理, 相當不錯.
2018 newly-opened Logy Taipei is located near Cathay General Hospital, which is near Xinyi Anhe MRT station. You would need to walk toward Ren-ai Elementary from exit one and turn into the lane. It is easy to recognize the gray wall and the wood color door. There are 6-people private dining room and L shape seating area. Customers can easily see how the Michelin level chef team works at the open kitchen.

About Logy Taipei

台北 Logy 和 日本米其林餐廳 Florilege 是姐妹店, 日籍主廚田原諒悟 Ryogo Tahara 坐鎮台北, 帶領著專業廚師團隊, 善用且不玩弄台灣在地食材, Logy Taipei 每兩個月換一次菜單, 而不是每季 ( 三個月), 因此線上訂位系統僅開放60天以內之預訂, 預留兩小時半用餐是最為恰當. 入座後, 店員開始介紹 Logy 和告知並沒有印菜單, 全程用口述講解料理與食材. 這次印象深刻的還有服務態度, Logy 服務生與文華飯店的 “Bencotto Taipei” 一樣親切.
Logy Taipei and Japan Florilege belongs to the same Restaurant Group. The executive chef Ryogo Tahara leads the chef team to use local ingredients to prepare cuisines. Logy Taipei changes menu once in two months instead of seasons. After seating, the staff starts to introduce Logy and inform that they do not print any menu. They will explain every detail of cuisine while serving. Logy Taipei staffs are also extremely friendly, just like at “Bencotto Taipei”.

玉米冰淇淋

由於是夏天菜單, 主廚選擇用冰品而非麵包或是湯品來揭開序幕. 鵝黃色玉米冰淇淋搭配甜玉米粒香甜風味十足, 視覺上也相當具有立體感,位於底層的是南瓜粉, 一旁的法國白乳酪 (?!) 並沒有想像中地濃郁, 但足以蓋過少許玉米香氣.
Because it is summer menu, the chef uses ice cream instead of bread or soup as a starter. Corn ice cream pairs with sweet corns brings out fair amount of sweet taste. The powder at the bottom is pumpkin powder. The French white cheese doesn’t have thick cheese flavor, but enough to cover small amount of corn flavor.

 

干貝

Scallop

Logy Taipei 店員先將一個完整貝殼端上桌, 店員隨後將貝殼掀開,生食級干貝呈現眼前, 夾帶著切片小黃瓜, 更加鮮脆清爽. 荔枝增加更多甜味, 粉紅色底層則是紅紫蘇. 整體先是有海鮮風味, 再來是荔枝果香, 結尾則是椰子風味, 可以說是有多層次風味! 我個人相當喜歡這道料理. 有更多細節在文末短秒影片.
There are cucumber slices In between the scallop.The pink layer would be the red shies. The first taste is crisp and refreshing at the same time. The lychee brings the sweet fruity flavor to the tastebuds. The coconut flavor appears at the end. I personally like this dish. There are more details at the video at the end of the article.

 

香魚與蔬食天婦羅

Sweet Fish and Mixed Vegetable Tempura

具有日本風格的蔬食 (毛豆) 與魚肉天婦羅推疊在一起, 酥脆口感討喜, 店家自製香魚肝慕斯醬有著西式視覺美感, 在這道菜餚, 我個人比較喜歡沾慕斯醬, 海鮮風味更加明顯, 山苦瓜藏在蔬食天婦羅裡, 並沒有太多苦味, 底層抹茶粉則是會帶給味蕾少許苦味.
The sweet fish and mixed vegetable tempura (Edamame)  are the main theme of this dish. The sweet fish liver mousse is more of the French cuisine concept. In this dish, I would like to dip the tempura into the sauce in order to enhance the seafood flavor. The bitter squats are hidden in between the tempura, which is not easy to detect. However, the green tea powder accidentally brings hints of bitter taste.

 

茶碗蒸

Steamed Egg with crab meats and consommé

這道茶碗蒸料理已顯然成為 Logy Taipei 的招牌料理 , 至今一直在菜單上. 服務生將牛澄清湯隨著碗緣緩緩地注入,避開蟹肉與綠色芹菜冰淇淋, 而非一股腦倒入, 單吃蒸蛋口感滑順帶有些許牛高湯肉香, 少少的當歸與枸杞帶給味蕾頗重的中藥風味衝擊, 基本上蓋過蟹肉風味, 獨一無二的菜餚設計與風味讓人有深刻印象.
This steamed egg dish is a signature dish of Logy Taipei. It has been on the menu since the beginning. The staff carefully pours consommé from the side of bowl in order to avoid the crab meat and celery ice cream. The steamed egg pairs surprisingly good with the beef consommé . However, small amount of angelica and Chinese Wolfberry brings the great herb flavor impact to the tastebuds. It overall covers the crab flavor. The special combination leaves a great impression to the customers.

 

淡菜與紅蔾

Mussels with Quinoa

我必須承認我看到這一道料理原本以為是清淡菜餚, 孰不知深橘淡菜肉切塊藏在金針花裡, 蛤蜊泡泡增加濃郁海鮮風味, 紅蔾顆粒口感讓這道料理不再平凡.
From its appearance, I would assume that it is a light DISH. However, the mussel meats are hidden in between Orange Daylily flower. The clam foam adds more seafood flavor to this dish. The dish becomes more outstanding while pairing with quinoa.

 

鯛魚

Snapper
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍

香煎鯛魚表層酥脆且肉嫩, 檳榔花有燒烤過, 酥脆口感不錯.
The appearance of the snapper is crispy and the fish meat is tender. The betelnut flower tastes also crispy.

 

台灣東寶豬大里肌

Pork Loin

Logy Taipei 店員先將一整塊表層油亮酥脆的豬肉放在客人面前, 就如日本料理先介紹今天的魚料一樣. Logy 採用台灣黑豬肉- 東寶豬, 而不是用常見的西班牙伊比利豬, 先是品嚐到微酥脆炙烤過的豬肉表層, 七天熟成的嫩度讚, 藏在黑豬肉後的竹筍也相當美味.
Logy Taipei staffs bring a massive pork loin in front of the customers, just like to introduce the daily fish for sashimi to the customers. Logy chef uses Taiwanese black pig instead of the common Spain Iberia Pork. At the beginning, you would taste the grilled pork and crispy appearance. The meat is extremely tender since it is aged for 7 days. The bamboo at the back of the pork is also delicious.

 

火龍果, 蒟蒻

Dragon Fruit, Konji
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍

即使這道甜點有著冰冷口感, 味蕾依舊可以品嚐到火龍果肉香甜, 蒟蒻存在感強.
Even though this dessert is freezing, the tastebuds can still taste the sweet fruity flavor from the dragon fruit.

 

椰子冰淇淋

Coconut Ice Cream with Mango

Logy Taipei 與 ”Stagiaire 實習生” 一樣有自己的甜點師傅, 椰子冰淇淋與芒果造就一道充滿南洋風味的甜點, 米餅有著不同脆口感, 比 同樣也是南洋風格的“168 牛排館” 甜點好吃.
Logy Taipei has its own dessert chef, just like at “Stagiaire“. The coconut ice cream and mango flavors strongly represents the South Eastern cuisine theme. The rice cake is crispy. It tastes better than “168 Steak House” similar dessert.

餐後茶

Tea

Logy Taipei 自製餐後茶是馬鞭草薄荷茶, 我反倒比較喜歡餐廳自製茶而非像 “T + T 餐酒館“的唐寧品牌茶.
Logy Taipei makes its own tea, which is the verbena mint tea. I prefer the restaurant makes their own tea instead of brand tea, like at “T+T Bistro”.

愛玉與椰果

Aiyu jelly & Coconut Jelly

原本以為餐後茶是最後一道, Logy Taipei 店員端上一整套甜點食材, 一整塊野生愛玉籽非常搶眼, 隨後在客人眼前推疊出台灣人熟悉的愛玉椰果甜點, 愛玉如預期有滑順口感, 最特別的是採用新鮮可可果汁, 也就是用可可果肉打的果汁, 我只在網路看過, 這是第一次喝到, 可可果汁帶有微酸蜂蜜檸檬風味, 搭配愛玉相當不錯.
I thought that the tea is the last dish. Shortly after, Logy Taipei staff brings a whole dessert preparing set to the table. A whole Aiyu seeds catch many people’s attention. The staff prepares the Aiyu jelly and coconut jelly dessert at the table side.  The Aiyu texture is smooth as expected. The most surprisingly part would be the Cocoa juice which is made with  cocoa pulp. It brings hints of acidity along with honey lemon flavor. It is great pairing with Aiyu.

Logy Taipei 有侍酒師, NTD $1750 共可搭五款酒, “和牛 47”的餐酒搭配則是 NTD $1500 搭三款酒.
Logy Taipei has its own Sommelier. NTD $1750 wine pairing has 5 types of alcohols. “Wagyu 47” is NTD $1500 wine pairing with 3 types of wines.
