Whittaker’s 尼爾森梨子及麥盧卡蜂蜜口味牛奶巧克力在全聯與家樂福買得到, 包裝為 100g 片裝巧克力磚, 價格為 NTD $169. 麥盧卡蜂蜜 ( Manuka Honey ) 在許多人的紐西蘭伴手禮名單. 紐西蘭不只有奇異果與蘋果名產, 梨子也是名產之一. 很好奇 33% 濃度的巧克力會不會蓋住梨子+蜂蜜組合, 品嚐第一口時, 凸顯清新梨子風味, 接下來的第二口與第三口巧克力, 味蕾可感受到蜂蜜風味與適量巧克力風味. 由於風味組合比較少見, 適合喜歡嘗試新口味的人.

With the New Zealand West Coast Buttermilk, this chocolate has lovely and extra milky flavor. Overall, this is the my favorite Whittaker’s Speciality Block Chocolates. If you are at Carrefour shopping, I would recommend you to purchase Whittaker’s West Coast Buttermilk Chocolate Block.

Whittaker’s 坎特伯雷榛果口味牛奶巧克力在家樂福買得到, 包裝為 100g 片裝巧克力磚, 價格為 NTD $169. 之前我只知道義大利皮蒙特 IGP認證榛果, 我必須承認我不知道紐西蘭本土也有產榛果. 這款有我喜歡的榛果顆粒口感, 紐西蘭牛奶巧克力基底為主角, 坎特伯雷榛果的果仁香被隱藏.
You can purchase Whittaker’s Canterbury Hazelnut Creamy Chocolate Block at Carrefour. The package is 100g/package and the price is NTD $169. I have to admit that I didnt know New Zealand has Hazelnut. I like the hazelnut texture. The New Zealand milk base chocolate is the main flavor. However, the Canterbury Hazelnut nutty flavor is a bit covered by the chocolate.

Whittaker’s 馬爾堡海鹽焦糖藏紅花口味黑巧克力在家樂福買得到, 包裝為 100g 片裝巧克力磚, 價格為 NTD $169,  四面環海的地理環境也讓海鹽食材受到矚目. WHITTAKER’S 採用紐西蘭特產的馬爾堡海鹽, 味蕾感受到主要是 62% 黑巧克力的濃度, 口感則是有微顆粒感, 隱約有海鹽的微鹹度,藏紅花並沒有太多的增加風味. 喜歡微鹹黑巧克力的人可以嘗試.

Since New Zealand is surrounded by the ocean, Marlborough Sea Salt ingredient is also mixed with the chocolate. The tastebud mostly sense the 62% dark chocolate with granule texture. The salty level is low though. The saffron doesn’t add much flavor. If you like dark chocolate with hints of saltiness, you can try this chocolate.

This chocolate has Fijian Ginger, which s a famous New Zealand ingredient. Even though it is 62% Dark chocolate, the Kerikeri Mandarin zesty flavor still remains and pleasant.
