SALON DE THE de Joël Robuchon Reservation
侯布雄法式茶點沙龍位於 Bellavita 3F, “米其林侯布雄餐廳”則是在 Bellavita 5F, 兩家的所在樓層不一樣, 不要搞錯. 進入茶點沙龍後, 即可看到有販售麵包與餅乾之類, 店員也陸續將馬卡龍與蛋糕類補滿放進冷藏展示櫃, 侯布雄法式茶點沙龍無法訂位, 只能 Walk-In, 我跟朋友是平日下午去, 座位並沒有坐滿 , 可是假日應該需要早點去, 以免客滿.
SALON DE THE de Joël Robuchon is located at Bellavita 3F. The “Michelin Starred Joël Robuchon restaurant” is located at Bellavita 5F. Two are at different locations. They offer various breads and cookies. The staffs placed the macaroon and cakes into the refrigerating show case. They do not accept reservation. You can only walk-in. During the weekend, I would suggest to arrive earlier to get the seats.

許多人在侯布雄法式茶點沙龍都是點 “雙人下午茶系列” – 三層甜點輕食塔, 我跟朋友只是要找地方聊天, 因此蛋糕部分我們各自點了兩片蛋糕
✅ 香草千層派 NTD $220
之前在台北吃千層派 ( Mille-Feuilles ) 是在 “Yu Chocolatier 畬室” 與 “Come Up Patisserie”, 侯布雄香草千層派的派皮偏硬, 口感則是微酥脆, 適量香草內餡則是有滑順香草奶油 (Custard) , 吃起來不錯, 只是我個人覺得侯布雄可以販售像 5F 餐廳有設計感的甜點, 才能讓人記憶深刻.

我朋友點的, 我沒有吃
Many people ordered “Afteroon Tea Set for 2 people – Three tiers “ at SALON DE THE de Joël Robuchon . However, my friend and I only need a place to chat. So, we order two separated cakes.
✅ Vanilla Mille-Feuilles NTD $220
I tasted Mille-Feuilles at “Yu Chocolatier” and “Come Up Patisserie”. The crust tastes only a bit of crispy, mostly the crust is a bit harder than expected. The fair amount of vanilla custard is creamy and tasty. However, if they offer the dessert with more displays/designs, it would leave better and surprising impression.
✅ Blood Orange Jasmin Mousse Cake NTD $220
My friend ordered it. I didnt taste.

Which Drink did we order at SALON DE THE de Joël Robuchon
侯布雄法式茶點沙龍飲料菜單比較特別的地方是有販售 “低咖啡因咖啡”, 也有熱茶, 我跟朋友分別點了 “拿鐵” 與 “卡布奇諾” , 我喝的是拿鐵, 並不會苦, 可是並沒有像 “ The Normal Coffee “ 會讓我為了咖啡而再訪.
Their drink menu has decaf coffee and hot tea. My friend and I ordered Latte and Cappuccino. I drink Latte and it is not bitter. However, it wasn’t like “The Normal Coffee” to make me want to re-visit again for the coffee.
