There are three kinds of food that most Taiwanese eat – Rice, Noodle, and Dumplings. The fillings of dumpling has many options, such as scallop, shrimp…etc. Top two famous fillings are cabbage dumplings and chives dumpling.
松隆路分店只有高麗菜水餃和韭菜水餃 , 跟濟南路上的分店不一樣.
Unlike its branch store near Shandao Temple MRT station, this Song Long branch only has the top 2 dumplings and various soups.
Dumpling 高麗菜水餃 (招牌水餃)

Remark: Cabbage Dumpling contains Pork, Cabbage, small amount of yellow chives (google stated hotbed chives?) 內餡包括高麗菜 ,豬肉和少些韭黃
水餃飽滿的程度已經有點像是元寶, 每粒厚實的水餃都是辛苦用手工做出來, 每粒的摺紋都不太一樣, 當咬下第一口你就可以感受到高麗菜的脆度和新鮮度, 豬肉反而成了配角. 建議男生要點15顆水餃才能吃飽囉!
When the dumplings are served, you can tell that the appearance is well-stacked. It almost looks like Chinese Gold (Yuan-Bao). Each folding is unique because they use their own hands to fold it in the corner. When you taste the first bite, you just confirmed that the filling has more cabbages than porks (approx. 2:1) . But, it tasted better because you can actually taste the crisp and freshness of the cabbage. For guys, I would suggest you to order 15 pcs in order to fulfill your craving!
韭菜水餃
English Name: Chive Dumpling

Remark: Chives and small amount of Pork 韭菜和一些豬肉
水餃端上桌後,很清楚地分辨出來有綠色的內餡就是韭菜 , 韭菜辛香的味道完整覆蓋豬肉, 但是很多人點韭菜就是愛這味兒啊! 若是第一次拜訪巧之味, 建議點各半, 就可以知道你下一次想要吃哪種水餃.
You can clearly see the green color filling from the dumpling appearance. The ration of Chives and Porks are 4:1. The chives has the mixed aroma with onion and hints of garlic which covers the pork flavor completely. If you are a first timer, I would suggest you to order half cabbage dumplings and half chive dumplings. So, you can decide which one is your favorite.
酸辣湯
English Name: Spicy and Sour Soup
Price: NTD $50/each bowl

巧之味的酸辣湯有基本配備- 黑木耳 ,筍絲 ,胡蘿蔔絲 ,豆腐, 肉絲..etc, 重點是只賣$50, 吃到的料比其他家多, 不會發生料吃完, 湯還剩一半的狀況, 若是重口味的朋友們, 建議點韭菜水餃配酸辣湯!
It has the basics ingredients – black fungus, carrot, bamboo, tofu, pork…etc. Surprisingly, it has more quantities! The hot and sourness is perfect pairing with the Chives dumplings!
綜合丸子湯
English Name: Meatball Soup
Price: $50/each bowl

冬天最適合喝湯了, 不吃辣的朋友們可以點這碗搭配高麗菜水餃.
It was great drinking soup in the winter. As for the meatballs, you can see most of them in 7-11 (except fish meatballs).
