台北隱鍋林森店是雙連站火鍋餐廳之一, 也是華泰王子飯店附近的餐廳, 隱鍋最特別的是玲瑯滿目的15 種火鍋湯頭.
Taipei Yin Hot Pot Restaurant is one of the Zhongshan District Hot Pot Restaurants. Yin Hot Pot is also near Gloria Prince Hotel.

隱鍋火鍋餐廳最靠近雙連捷運站一號出口, 步行往華泰王子飯店與華泰瑞舍方向約 20 分鐘即可到達. 位於林森北路巷弄內的隱鍋外部裝潢低調, 與其他台北火鍋餐廳相比, 隱鍋餐廳佔地非常大,也有吧台單人高腳椅座位選擇. 隱鍋非常適合家庭聚會, 調味料則是與飲料放在同一區, 最受歡迎的三種店家自製醬料分別是 XO 沙茶醬, 柚香檸檬醬和風味腐乳醬. 品嚐了一口腐乳醬, 比平常在羊肉爐吃到的商業腐乳醬有更濃郁風味卻不會過鹹. 隱鍋 XO 沙茶醬多了些海鮮的鹹香. 飲料則是有古早味紅茶和檸檬水. 入座看菜單後發現原來隱鍋火鍋店提供單人鍋, 並不用約一群朋友來品嚐.
Yin Hot Pot is near Exit one of Shuanglain MRT station. It would take 20 minutes of walking from the exit to the Gloria Prince Hotel. The restaurant appearance is low profile and yet, the restaurant space is huge. Yin Hot Pot Restaurant is suitable for family gathering. The sauces and drinks are placed in the same area. Three most popular sauces are XO Satay Sauce, Grapefruit Lemon Sauce, Fermented Bean Paste Sauce. The fermented bean paste has thick flavor but not salty. The XO satay sauce has fair amount of salty seafood flavor. The restaurant offers black tea and lemon water. Surprisingly, the restaurant offers one-person hot pot instead of hot pot for people to share.

店員先將火鍋蔬食配料端上桌, 比較特別的有豬血糕, 炸豆皮, 香菇漿, 其它皆是常見的火鍋配料, 隱鍋冬粉是寬型而不是細型. 隨後店員將尚未加高湯的蒜香蛤蜊鍋端到桌上, 濃郁蒜頭風味撲鼻而來, 搭配類似熱炒爆香的聲響與如小丘般的蒜頭視覺感, 店員迅速地將高湯注入火鍋裡任由沸騰. 此款湯頭如預期地以蒜香為主導, 對平常較少吃蒜頭的人應該算是重口味, 蛤蜊的海鮮風味只有在品嚐飽滿蛤蜊會感受到. 我選的肉品是小肥牛, 很高興可以看到完整而不是支離破碎的肉片, 我可以接受此薄度. NTD $388 吃這款單人鍋我可以接受, 因為台北東區亞都小火鍋大概也是 NTD $250 ~ $300 左右, 而且我終於不用再吃所謂的原味火鍋了!
The Hot Pot side ingredients include the usual vegetables, black pudding/brown rice pudding, deep-fried Tofu Sheet and mushroom meat paste. Yin Hot Pot’s bean thread shape is in wide shape instead of thin. The staff pours the broth into the garlic broth with clams. The nose immediately senses the heavy garlic flavor. As expected, the garlic flavor dominates the tastebuds. The seafood flavor can only be sensed while eating the clams. I select the beef. I am glad to see the whole slice of beef instead of broken beef slice. As for the NTD $388, I can accept the price for one-person hot pot. The single hot pot price at Taipei District is about NTD $250 ~ NTD $300. After all, I don’t have to eat the so-called “original” flavor hot pot.

這款湯頭是我朋友點的, 品嚐的味道與想像中完全不一樣, 原本以為是昆布柴魚香為主, 但是味蕾太容易察覺到檸檬清香, 我相信若平常有吃泰國料理的人應該會覺得這款湯頭不錯喝. 隱鍋的雞腿肉有先煎過.
My friend ordered this broth. The flavor is different from expected. I thought the dominated flavor would be Dashi, which has seafood and seaweed flavor. However, the lemon refreshing flavor is way too obvious. I believe that if one who love to eat Thai food, he/she would like this broth. As for the chicken, it is pan-fried a bit before serving.
