台北大安區越南河粉
DA’AN DISTRICT PHO
騷豆花敦南旗艦店
我必須說我很驚訝豆花店有賣越南河粉, 這家餐廳的招牌牛肉河粉 NTD $200 有找, 我是一個不排斥香菜的人, 但是這碗招牌牛肉河粉似乎香菜量過多, 我個人比較不習慣, 我會建議請廚房少加香菜.
Sao Dou Hua Cafe offers various Tofu Puddings and Vietnamese dishes with indoor seats. The Beef Pho price is under NTD $200.The final conclusion is that I am not used to have too much cilantros. I would suggest to place less cilantro into the soup prior serving.

Cyclo 洛城牛肉河粉餐廳
台北有 Cyclo 洛城牛肉粉仁愛店與 Cyclo 洛城牛肉粉忠孝店, 在台北東區美式越南河粉餐廳名單上算是長老級. 我喜歡CYCLO 洛城牛肉粉的湯頭, 可是我會建議選單一肉品河粉即可. 這間應該算是我大安區越南河粉的推薦.
Cyclo Pho Restaurant is one of the Pho restaurants at Taipei east district. There are Cyclo Pho Zhongxiao Branch and Cyclo Pho Renai branches at Taipei City. I like their broth, but I would suggest to order Pho with single type of meat. This is probably the pho that I recommend at Da’an District.

XINYI DISTRICT PHO
鼎越豐越南麵食館
餐廳全名其實是 “武鼎越豐越南麵食館”, 是台北市信義區平價排隊名店之一, 除了經典越南河粉外, 也有販售各種越南小菜. 鼎越豐越南麵食館屬於較重口味.
Ding-Yuan-Fong Vietnamese Pho Restaurant is one of the famous and price-friendly Vietnamese Pho restaurants at Taipei Xinyi District. Besides Pho, they also sell original vietnamese appetizers.

越粉舖
越粉舖位在台北市信義誠品的地下二樓, 可直接從市政府捷運穿過統一時代百貨到信義誠品書店. 之前到信義誠品都會想要去吃這家越南河粉, 可惜近期每況愈下, 價格漲了一些, 肉片卻減少且稍微難咬.
Vietnam Pho Shop is located at Eslite Bookstore B2. Because I go to the bookstore a lot. I always grab late lunch at this shop. I always go to this restaurant for Pho when I visit the bookstore. However, lately, the price is up and less beef slice and not easy to chew. It is difficult to admit that their Pho is not as good as before.
