T + T Restaurant is Taiwan Michelin One Star Restaurant. This is my 2nd visit to taste T+ T 2025 set menu. My friend and I both have a good review because the friendly price and delicious taste.

The interior design is modern, with a stylish high-stool seating area that’s great for photos. Whether you’re planning a romantic date or a gathering with friends, T+T Restaurant would be a great choice.

T+T Restaurant doesn’t have private dining room at my first visit. This second visit, the private dining room is designed and built. However, there are already customers in the private dining room during my 2nd visit. Therefore, the pictures of the private dining room are provided by the restaurant.

此道菜餚有法式料理的優雅設計 , 內有東南亞靈魂. 展現 T+T 餐廳一貫專注亞洲料理、尤其擅長詮釋東南亞風味的廚藝美學. 主廚 Bruce 固定飛往東南亞各地探索在地滋味. 這一道料理的靈感是來自馬來西亞檳城經典白咖哩麵. 他以創意重新詮釋這道經典,將其轉化為近似日本冷麵的形式,適合夏季品嚐. 椰漿與蛤蜊賦予濃稠湯底鮮味與椰果風味. 再加上蝦米辣油作為風味點綴. 將所有元素拌在一起入口, 美味至極. 這是當天我最喜歡的料理.
This dish combines the elegance of French plating with the soul of Southeast Asia. T+T Restaurant’s culinary identity, which centers on Asian cuisine with a particular finesse for Southeast Asian flavors.Chef Bruce regularly travels across Southeast Asia to explore local tastes. This dish creation draws inspiration from the iconic White Curry Noodles of Penang, Malaysia. He reimagines the classic with creative finesse, transforming it into a cold noodle dish reminiscent of Japanese cold noodle. The broth is rich and creamy, layered with the umami of clams and the tropical aroma of coconut milk. A finishing touch of shrimp chili oil adds depth and a hint of heat. Tossed together, every element harmonizes beautifully. This was my favorite dish of the day.

主餐二選一. 這次在 T+T 吃到的紐西蘭和羊的羊背部位. 帶皮羊鞍經過低溫油封與煎烤.外層微酥誘人. 油脂再伴隨著軟嫩口感的羊肉入口, 純粹的原味比預期地美味. 羊骨與孜然熬煮的醬汁是這一道靈魂, 賦予整體更豐富的辛香層次. 店家自製烤羊腸搭配鼠尾草與油醋點綴, 也不錯吃. 這道主菜風味成熟與技巧精緻, 是當日印象深刻的料理之一.
The customer would select one main course out of Two choices. One of the standout dishes at T+T during this visit was the New Zealand lamb saddle, a premium cut from the back of the lamb. Served with the skin on, the saddle was first confit at low temperature and then seared to a gently crisp finish. Its delicate crust giving way to tender, flavorful meat with just the right amount of lamb fat, delivering a depth of flavor that exceeded expectations.The true soul of the dish, however, lay in the sauce: a rich reduction made from lamb bones and cumin, infusing the plate with layered warmth and spice.A house-made grilled lamb sausage, paired with sage and a light vinaigrette, accompanied the dish. This main course was both mature in flavor and technically refined. It is unquestionably one of the most memorable dishes of the evening.

端上桌時, 餐廳店員特別交代芭蕉葉不能吃. 原以為只是單純致敬馬來西亞街頭小吃.沒想到主廚以台灣虱目魚融入乾炒南洋香料, 以直火炭烤, 搭配烤吐司呈現. 魚皮酥脆, 展現東南亞獨特的辣香. 這道美味的小 Size 開場菜, 完美呼應 T+T 的 Tapas & Taste 主題.
As the dish was brought to the table, the server reminded us that the banana leaf was not edible. What followed was a delightful surprise: Taiwanese milkfish, dry-fried with Southeast Asian spices, then grilled over open flames and served alongside toasted bread. The skin was crisp and carrying a bold, spicy aroma characteristic of the region. This flavorful, petite starter captured the essence of T+T’s Tapas & Taste concept.

很多年前初訪時, 這道牡蠣炸麵線還在菜單上. 這次 2025 年二訪 , 已成為是每桌招待的開場小點. 類似麻荖形狀的外表裹著一層麵線, 看似平凡卻有不凡的酥炸口感. 咬開瞬間便可嚐到來自日本廣島的牡蠣內餡. 搭配一旁的蒜味美乃滋,風味更為濃郁迷人.
Many years ago, during my first visit, this Deep-Fried Oyster Vermicelli Ball was listed as a menu item. Fast forward to 2025, and on my return visit, it has become a complimentary amuse-bouche served at every table.Shaped like a miniature málào (Taiwanese fried pastry), the exterior is coated in thin vermicelli noodles. The taste is remarkably crisp and satisfying upon the first bite. Inside, a plump oyster from Hiroshima, Japan, reveals itself in all its briny richness.Served with a side of garlicky mayonnaise, layers of flavors and textures are impressive.

主餐為二選一,若選擇和牛,需加價 NTD $600. 此道主餐發想於韓式燒烤與醬汁. 店員提到特製烤醬是以韓式大醬, 韓式辣椒與韓國醬油調製而成. 日本 A5 和牛刷上特製韓式燒烤醬, 炙烤至微焦. 釋放出的油脂讓牛肉更加嫩香. 舌尖也會感受到鹹香微辛香, 風味更加濃郁. 蔥醬汁中帶有蔥的清香,為整體風味建立起更立體的層次. 醃製水梨清爽解膩, 強化韓式風格的記憶點.
The main course offers a choice between two dishes—with a NTD $600 supplement if you select the Wagyu Beef. This dish draws inspiration from Korean BBQ and its signature sauces. According to the server, the house-made glaze is a blend of doenjang (Korean soybean paste), gochujang (Korean chili paste), and Korean soy sauce.Japanese A5 Wagyu is brushed with this savory-spicy sauce and grilled until lightly charred. It allows the marbled fat to render beautifully and enhance the beef’s tender richness. The flavor is bold yet balanced, with umami depth and a gentle kick of spice.
It’s served with a scallion dressing that adds freshness and dimension, while pickled Korean pear on the side provides a crisp, cleansing contrast—highlighting the dish’s Korean roots with elegance and restraint.
紅咖哩, 雞皮, 香茅
Red Curry / Chicken Skin / Lemongrass

儘管靈感來自馬來西亞的咖哩雞,這道料理的呈現卻完全不像馬來西亞家常菜. 盤裡的圓弧造型令人好奇. 主廚將雞肉打製成雞豆腐. 細緻且嫩滑的豆腐口感頗具 Fine Dining 標準. 酥脆的雞皮薄片撒上香料與咖哩粉, 釋放出微嗆的辛香, 平衡雞豆腐的純樸. 紅咖哩醬則以香茅提味,濃稠但不厚重.
Though inspired by Malaysian curry chicken, this dish style doesn’t look like homestyle cooking. Its elegant, curved plating immediately invites curiosity. The chef transforms chicken into a savory chicken tofu, achieving a delicate, silky texture that aligns more with fine dining standards than comfort food. A thin crispy chicken skin, dusted with spices and curry powder, adds a whisper of heat and aromatic depth which is perfectly balance the tofu’s gentle purity. The accompanying red curry sauce, infused with lemongrass, is rich yet refined. Overall, this dish is flavorful.
芒果 ,青木瓜 ,羅望子

這道料理以馬來西亞經典小吃「羅惹(Rojak)」為靈感,轉化為一道風味多層次的蔬果沙拉. 不僅有香甜的愛文芒果乾, 並巧妙融入羅旺子的酸甜滋味, 達到味覺上的平衡. 櫻花蝦與碎花生的香氣與口感不容忽視. 風味堆疊不違和 , 不錯吃.
This dish draws inspiration from the classic Malaysian street snack Rojak, reimagined as a vibrant, multi-layered fruit and vegetable salad. It features sweet dried Aiwen mango, balanced beautifully by the tangy-sweet notes of tamarind, creating a well-rounded flavor profile. The aroma and crunch of sakura shrimp and crushed peanuts add another dimension, enhancing both texture and taste. Each element integrates harmoniously. Complexity but yet delicious.

店員注入冬蔭湯的瞬間,空氣中隨即瀰漫出蝦湯與東南亞香料交織而成的鮮香氣息. 自製醃魚帶有適量鹹鮮風味, 很適合搭配類似糯米口感的原鴨米飯.
The moment the server poured in the Tom Yum broth, the air was instantly filled with the enticing aroma of shrimp stock mingling with Southeast Asian spices.The house-pickled fish delivered a well-balanced briny umami, pairing seamlessly with the Yuan-Ya Rice. A thoughtful harmony of bold flavors and comforting grains.
玫瑰鴨 , 松露 ,車輪餅

T+T 車輪餅是招牌料理之一. 內餡會依當季食材調整變化. 這次品嚐到的內餡是鴨腿肉切丁. 醇厚醬汁由鴨肉精華結合松露調製, 賦予菌菇香氣與肉香.
The Wheel Pie at T+T is one of the restaurant’s signature creations Its filling may vary according to seasonal ingredients.This time, the filling featured diced duck leg, enveloped in a rich, savory sauce made from duck jus and enhanced with truffle. The tastebuds can sense the earthy mushroom notes and meaty depth.
北寄貝 ,竹筍 , 柑橘

這道料理以北寄貝為主角,搭配季節限定的酥炸竹筍,鮮甜與爽脆交織出輕盈層次。底部澄清雞湯帶有細緻的柑橘香氣,為整體風味增添一抹明亮清新.
This dish stars surf clam as the main ingredient, paired with seasonal deep-fried bamboo shoots that offer a delightful contrast of sweetness and crunch. At the base, a clear chicken consommé subtly infused with citrus aroma adds a bright, refreshing note that lifts the entire flavor profile with elegance and lightness.

我很喜歡這一道的荔枝雪酪. 搭配椰糖與椰子脆片, 增添一抹濃郁甜香與椰子風味. 斑斕粉條口感柔滑,帶來東南亞甜品的獨特風味.
I really enjoyed this lychee sorbet, which was refreshing and aromatic. The pairing with palm sugar and crispy coconut flakes added a rich sweetness and pronounced coconut flavor.The pandan jelly noodles were silky and smooth, bringing a distinctly Southeast Asian character to the dessert.
