I’ve tried many Taiwanese dry noodles, but Tseng Noodles remains my top recommendation. Among all the flavors, my personal favorite is the Scallion Sichuan Pepper, followed closely by the Sesame Oil Sichuan Pepper.

曾拌麵有許多口味, 銷售通路也很多. 最有名的莫過於 Costco 的大包裝曾拌麵. 我則是到 MOMO 網站一次購買三個口味的曾拌麵. 通常是香蔥椒麻曾拌麵 x 2 袋, 麻油椒香口味 x 1 袋.
Tseng Noodles come in many flavors and are widely available. One of the most popular options is the value pack from Costco.Personally, I like to order mine from MOMO online shop. I usually get three packs at a time – two packs of Scallion Sichuan Pepper, and 1 pack of Sesame Oil Sichuan Pepper.

曾拌麵其實有許多款麵體, 我最喜歡日曬刀削麵 , 不會過硬且會有飽足感. 我很喜歡香蔥椒麻風味. 味蕾可感受到濃郁蔥香與微麻與微辣, 平常吃小辣的人可以接受.
This flavor uses Tseng Noodles’ signature sun-dried knife-cut noodles, which are chewy but not overly firm—very satisfying.The flavor is rich with fragrant scallion oil, mild Sichuan pepper numbing spice, and a gentle chili heat. If you usually enjoy light-to-medium spicy food, this one would be your best choice.

我最喜歡曾拌麵的“椒香”調味包, 搭配麻油或是香蔥醬我都喜歡. 我個人會建議買這兩種口味, 吃完一袋後就換另一款口味.
What I love most about Tseng Noodles is their signature “Sichuan pepper sauce pack”. It is a seasoning that pairs beautifully with either sesame oil or scallion oil. I usually alternate between these two flavors.
