Taipei Vermicelli 》面線町的海王子麵線系列不錯吃可ㄧ試

(2020.1 二訪更新) 2019 新開幕面線町 (麵線町) 是台北中山捷運站美食之一, 面線町招牌菜餚為海王子麵線系列, 讓許多饕客慕名而來.
Newly-Opened Vermicelli Shop (Mei-Xian-Ding) is located near Taipei Zhongshan MRT station. Most Foodies would visit to eat Its signature dish- vermicelli with squid series.
面線町介於中山捷運站4號出口和雙連捷運站1號出口, 我個人認為離雙連捷運站較近, 面線町與 “光の越後”皆是赤峰街美食, 店面設計如同日本屋台, 客人基本上是朝內坐戶外, 有騎樓可避雨, 文末影片有更多細節. 座位比 “盈 豚骨カレー咖哩飯專門” 少, 目前因為相當多媒體曝光, 預計會排隊. 需注意事項有三項, 第一, 雖然不是投幣式點餐, 但我會建議自備零錢, , 以免造成店家困擾. 第二, 店面從下午開始營業, 並不是中午開始營業, 建議先看 Facebook 粉絲頁店面有無營業. 第三, 每碗會有大蒜和香菜, 若是不要其中一樣或是要少量, 請自行告知老闆娘.我這次寫的方式比較特別, 文末有總結!!
Vermicelli Shop (Mei-Xian-Ding) location is in between Zhongshan MRT station Exit 4 and Shuanglian Exit 1. Both Mei-Xian-Ding and “Hikarunoechigo Japanese Restaurant” are located at Chifeng Street. The store design is a bit like traditional Japanese outdoor dining place. There are more details at the video at the end article. The seats are less than “Yin Curry Rice Restaurant“. There should be a line-up recently during dining time. There are three reminders. First, I would suggest to prepare the change/coins. Second, the store starts operating in the afternoon instead of noon. The customer would need to check Facebook to see if they are operating today. Third, each vermicelli would have garlic and cilantro. If you do not like both ingredients or less quantity, please tell the owner in advance. 每個人幾乎都是點面線町海王子愛3寶, 配料包括小卷,魚酥,蚵仔,滷大腸和雞肉花枝丸. 但是我是點海王子麵線 (中碗) , 裡面只有小卷與魚酥. 老闆娘說台灣澎湖小卷是現點現做, 並不是像市面上先煮好, 因此烹飪需要一些時間, 品嚐小卷時, 新鮮與脆是相當容易辨別. 至於魚酥, 吃起來並沒有所謂的油耗味, 而且視覺效果不錯, 若是帶外國人來吃面線町, 酥脆魚酥是個不錯的配料, 只是因為我住在淡水, 魚酥對我來說並沒有很大的吸引力. 麵線因為已是鍋底, 較為軟爛.
Most people would order Vermicelli with squid, fish cracker, oyster, intestine, and chicken squid meatball. However, I only order medium size of Vermicelli with Squid and Fish Cracker. The squid is from Taiwan Penghu. It tastes quite fresh since it is cooked upon the order. I would recommend this ingredient. As for Fish cracker, I would suggest if brining a foreigner friend, you can order this ingredients. However, I live in the area that offers various fish cracker. As for the vermicelli, it is a bit mushy.

這次的麵線是剛煮好, 我個人是比較喜歡剛煮好的偏脆口感, 而非過軟.面線町的滷大腸吃起來相當入味, 頗具餐廳等級, 口感也不錯, 我個人推薦滷大腸. 雖然蚵仔與信維市場“万家紅麵線”一樣來嘉義東石, 面線町鮮蚵 Size 偏小, 可惜並不是很飽滿.
The vermicelli is in perfect texture – a bit hard texture in the middle. Mea-Xian-Ding’s intestine is braised very well. It tastes delicious, just like a restaurant dish. I would definitely recommend the ingredient. However, the oyster size is not as large as “Wanjia Vermicelli Restaurant”.

通常每個人都會點海王子愛3寶,某個週末下午二訪面線町人多到排隊, 我直接點我喜歡的 “小卷”和“大腸“. 依舊不錯吃.
I often eat Lunch/Dinner around 4pm. However, not much restaurants are opened. When I don’t want to go to Food Court at Department Store, I search google map for restaurants. At this 2nd visit at Mei-Xian-Ding, I actually lined up waiting to eat. I ordered the squid and braised intestine. It tastes pretty good as before.
