南門市場: 交通與停車
How to get to Nanmen Market and Parking
台北南門市場地址是台北市中正區羅斯福路一段8號. 南門市場離中正紀念堂捷運站不到 1 分鐘的路程, 就在二號出口處旁邊. 至於停車場, 我是參考南門市場官方網站 ( Link) .B2F設有機車停車位、B3F~B5F 是汽車停車位車位。
The address of Taipei Nanmen Market is No. 8, Section 1, Roosevelt Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City. It’s less than a one-minute walk from MRT Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall Station, located right next to Exit 2.As for parking, according to the official Nanmen Market website (Link): B2F offers scooter parking. B3F to B5F provide car parking spaces

When is the best time visit Nanmen Market
南門市場官方網站註明星期一公休. 攤位的營運時間不一定.
我個人會建議
✅ 日期: 星期二 ~ 星期日 (週末人很多)
✅ 時間: 10am ~ 2pm ( 2F美食街 中午用餐時間人很多, 越早去越好 ).
Remark:
由於 2F 合歡刀削麵的美食攤位需要排隊, 我建議先去排 2F 餐廳. 吃完再到1F 與 B1 慢慢逛.
The official Nanmen Market website notes that the market is closed on Mondays, and individual stall hours may vary.
Here are my personal recommendations for visiting:
✅ Best Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Note: Weekends can get very crowded)
✅ Best Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (The 2F Food Court gets busy during lunchtime, so the earlier, the better)
Remark:
Since the popular Hehuan Knife-Cut Noodles n the 2nd floor often has long line waiting. I would suggest heading straight to the 2F food court first. Enjoy your meal, then take your time exploring the 1F and B1 levels afterward.

Nanmen Market: 2F Food Court
進入南門市場大樓 , 可搭手扶梯到2F 美食街. 南門市場美食街比許多百貨公司的美食街乾淨. 我最喜歡在窗邊的明亮位置 （圖二).
Once you enter the Nanmen Market building, you can take the escalator up to the 2nd floor food court. Compared to many department store food courts, Nanmen Market’s food court is noticeably cleaner. My favorite spot is by the window, where the natural light makes the dining experience even more enjoyable (see Photo 2).

需要排隊點菜.我點的是番茄煮牛肉麵 , 也有人點酸白菜煮牛肉麵. 他們也有賣滷味.
番茄煮牛肉麵評價:
一小碗份量不多. 刀削麵的扎實口感深得我心. 雖然沒有紅燒風味, 品嚐新鮮番茄賦予酸香與果香也不錯. 雖然只有 4 ~ 5 個牛肉片, 但是不會乾柴. 如果到南門市場購物 , 可以考慮到來這裡吃ㄧ次.
Line Up to to Order. I ordered the Tomato Beef Noodles (NTD $140), though Pickled Cabbage Beef Noodles is also a popular choice. They also serve braised items.
Tomato Beef Noodles Review: It’s a small bowl with fair amount portion size. The knife-cut noodles have a firm, satisfying bite. Though it lacks the richness of braised beef broth, the fresh tomato adds a pleasant tang and natural sweetness. You only get about 4–5 slices of beef, but they’re tender, not dry.

南門市場有許多知名的熟食與中式甜點攤位. 我只標註幾家我覺得可以停下腳步來欣賞的攤位.
Nanmen Market is famous for meals and traditional Chinese desserts. I’ve highlighted just a few select vendors.
合興糕糰店: 母子壽桃

合興糕糰店有許多少見的中式糕點, 例如八寶飯, 黑糖發糕, 桂花糖年糕.. etc. 最有名的是需提前預訂的母子壽桃. 1 個大壽桃裡有12 or 24 豆沙小壽桃.
Hoshing888 offers a wide variety of traditional Chinese pastries, including some that are rarely seen nowadays — such as Eight-Treasure Sticky Rice, Brown Sugar Prosperity Cakes (Fa Gao), and Osmanthus Rice Cake. Its most iconic item is the Longevity Peach Buns, which must be pre-ordered. One large Longevity Peach Bun opens to reveal 12 or 24 mini red bean-filled Longevity Peach Buns inside.
大連食品行: 廣東鵝肝腸

南門市場 1F 有許多“廣式臘味” 攤位 . “大連食品行”的攤位有最多不同種類的產品. 最特別的是廣東鵝肝腸.
On the 1st floor of Nanmen Market, you’ll find numerous stalls selling Cantonese preserved meats. Dalian Food Shop (大連食品行) stands out with the widest selection. One of their most unique offerings is the Cantonese Goose Liver Sausage, which is a delicacy rarely seen elsewhere, showcasing deep, rich flavors and traditional craftsmanship.
立家湖州粽: 粽子
ST Foods: Sticky Rice Dumpling (Zongzi )

立家湖州粽攤位有許多不同類型的粽子. 而且不用在端午節就可以買到. 很適合帶外國人來看台灣的北部粽與南部粽.
The Li Jia Huzhou Zongzi stall offers a wide variety of traditional Taiwanese sticky rice dumplings (zongzi), available year-round. You can purchase not just during the Dragon Boat Festival. It’s a great spot to introduce foreign visitors to the differences between northern-style and southern-style Taiwanese zongzi.
億長御坊: 熟食

億長御坊是非常有名的熟食攤位. 客人可以直接買想要的熟食, 打包後回家, 即可加熱馬上吃.
Yi Chang Yu Fang is one of the most renowned prepared food store at Nanmen Market. Customers can select from a wide variety of ready-to-eat traditional Chinese dishes, conveniently packaged to take home. Just reheat, and a delicious meal is ready in minutes.

內用與外帶是分兩個隊伍排隊 . 1F 的空位區幾乎都是餐廳人員工作的區域. 2F 座位區是走樓梯 , 請小心. QR Code 點餐, 吃完到一樓付錢.肉羹湯比魯肉飯優秀.
There are separate lines for dine-in and take-out. Most of the space on the 1st floor is occupied by staff preparing food.The dining area is on the 2nd floor and requires using the stairs. Orders are placed via QR code. Payment is made at the 1st floor after your meal. “Starch-Coated Pork Thick Soup” is better than “Braised Ground Pork with Rice”.
