Prologue 序言
每天逛大稻埕的台灣人與國外旅客很多. 很多人逛累了, 都會找咖啡店休息. 大稻埕咖啡店除了有老宅風格外, 也有不錯喝的咖啡與甜點. 因此我挑了這一家知名的幻猻家珈琲.
Dadaocheng is always full of both locals and international visitors. After hours of walking through the area, many people look for a café or coffee shop to take a break. Beyond their charming historic-house settings, Dadaocheng cafés also offer well-made coffee and desserts. That’s why I chose to feature the well-known Pallas Café & Roaster.

幻猻家珈琲可訂位
Pallas Cafe & Roaster Reservation
幻猻家珈琲地址是臺北市大同區迪化街一段14巷14號 , 離北門捷運站只需 5 ~ 10 分鐘. 幻猻家珈琲可以用 inline (link) 訂位 , 非常適合有計劃的人. 低消只需一杯飲料. 如果咖啡店客滿 , 限時 2 小時. 這裡有兩層樓, 二樓有 3 ~ 4 位座位區. 一樓則是有靠窗高腳椅與吧台座位.
Pallas Café & Roaster is located at No. 14, Lane 14, Section 1, Dihua Street, Datong District, Taipei. It is about a 5–10 minute walk from Beimen MRT Station. Reservations can be made via Inline (link), making it especially convenient for those who prefer to plan ahead. The minimum charge is one drink per person. If the café is full, seating is limited to two hours. They have 2 floors. The second floor offers tables for 3 ~ 4 people, while the first floor features window-side counter seating and counter seats.

台北一般的咖啡店都是濃縮咖啡為基底的系列 , 或是所謂的創意咖啡. 幻猻家珈琲菜單上則是有非常多的單品咖啡與手沖咖啡選擇. 也有茶與酒精飲料的選擇.
Most cafés in Taipei emphasize espresso-based drinks or creative coffee. In contrast, Pallas Café & Roaster offers an extensive selection of single-origin and pour-over coffees, along with tea and alcoholic drinks.

熱飲是 NTD $200 , 冷飲則是加價 NTD +20. “熱帶水果” 與 “冰糖” 的形容詞符合品嚐後的風味.
The hot version is NTD $200, with an additional NTD $20 for iced. Flavor notes such as “tropical fruit” and “sweet” accurately reflect the tasting experience.

幻猻家珈琲的甜點都是自己做的. 很多人都是點焦糖布丁, 我是點巴斯克乳酪蛋糕. 細膩滑順, 乳酪風味不會過重.
All desserts at Pallas Café & Roaster are made in-house. While many guests order the caramel pudding, I chose the Basque cheesecake.The texture is smooth and delicate, with a well-balanced cheese flavor that isn’t overly rich.
