這次菜單上有紅蟳. 每次只要有「 龍蝦 」 與「 螃蟹 」, 閨蜜們都會很貼心地替我剝殼剔肉. 看到我正在專心拍照時, 她們也會喂我吃. 誰還需要男朋友?!
Checking the time, I murmured to myself, “Early again. Might as well head inside.”
My best friends were never late for gathering.Smiling faces appeared exactly as promised while entering the private dining room. Glancing at the time once more, I realized that everyone had arrived ahead of schedule.
Mud crab was featured on the menu this evening. Whenever lobster or crab is served, my bestie thoughtfully deshell and pull out the meat for me. Even as I focused on taking photos, they would reach over to feed me. In moments like these, one has to wonder: who needs a boyfriend?

Liang Xiang Hao Hong Kong Style Chicken Pot offers various options, with the Hong Kong Spicy Chicken Pot being the signature. We chose the limited-edition Mud Crab Chicken Pot, which requires a pre-order . Price may vary. The price is NTD $1,980 as of Jan 2026. Hong Kong-style chicken pot follows a “one pot, two ways” rule. First, simmer with the lid on for 3–4 minutes, then open and stir-fry it. During the stir-fry, you can smell the onions, garlic, and unique spicy aroma. The savory, slightly spicy chicken is more tender than expected. There isn’t much crab meat. However, the crabs are packed with roe, tasting savory and fresh. Halfway through, you can ask the staff to pour in “chicken broth” to turn it into a hotpot as the second way of eating.
✅ You can adjust the spicy level. We chose “mildly spicy”
✅ The chicken broth is refillable. It is recommended to keep it on low heat.
✅ You can choose two Hot Pot ingredients. I recommend lotus root and beancurd skin.

”避風塘“ 與 ”蘿蔔糕“ 是我喜歡的兩個飲食名詞. 而這一道料理也確實不負期待. 這一道值得推薦的理由是餐廳自製的蘿蔔糕, 以酥炸呈現 , 少油是關鍵, 且內餡有臘腸與金鉤蝦的點綴, 賦予鹹香且美味的元素. 蒜香與微辣的酥脆避風塘堆疊出不同層次與風味. 每一桌都應該要點這一道避風塘蘿蔔糕.
“Typhoon Shelter–style” and “radish cake” are two food terms I’ve always loved.What makes it worth recommending is the restaurant’s house-made radish cake, deep-fried to a crisp yet light, with minimal oil being the key. Chinese sausage and dried shrimp filling add savory depth. The garlic aroma and spicy, crispy Typhoon Shelter topping layer the dish with complexity flavor. Every table should order this dish!

麻辣蝦扯麵是每日限量供應. 麵皮包覆著自製蝦滑後, 再拉置成麵條狀. 外型像極紅油炒手. 內餡口感近似蝦丸, 不錯吃. 麻辣調味的點綴不可少. 這是少見創意且美味的菜餚.
The mala shrimp “pulled” noodles are available in limited quantities. The dough is wrapped around a house-made shrimp paste, then stretched into noodle shape strands. The appearance looks like chili oil wontons. The filling has a texture similar to shrimp meatballs and is quite delicious. The mala seasoning is an essential finishing touch. Overall, this is a creative and delicious dish.

香辣藤椒魚皮

我在台北品嚐過以藤椒作為調味的菜餚. 藤椒賦予麻且不厚重的風味 , 比例得宜. 再搭配鯛魚皮爽脆口感. 我個人推薦點.
I’ve previously tried dishes seasoned with teng jiao (Rattan Pepper) in Taipei. The rattan pepper is used in a great proportion. The overall taste offers a numbing sensation. Paired with the crisp texture of sea bream skin, the combination works very well. This is a dish I personally recommend ordering.

一份有三顆牛肉丸, 我個人推薦一人一顆. 在雞煲高湯第二吃的時候, 將牛肉丸撈起趁熱吃. 牛肉丸名副其實地爆汁且好吃.
One serving comes with three beef balls. I would recommend having one beef meatball per person. During the second stage of the chicken pot (the broth ) , it will be be better to scoop out the beef balls and eat them while they are hot. The beef meatball is bursting with juicy savory taste.
萵筍- 雞煲配料

萵筍是時價. 2026/1 月價格是 NTD $68. 每次我吃火鍋湯鍋時, 我不喜歡青菜葉類, 尤其是萵苣與A菜. 這次被說服品嚐沒吃過的 “萵筍” . 萵筍外型類似A菜心 , 並不是葉類. 我個人會建議將萵筍不要放進雞煲高湯太久, 微脆口感是特色.
Celtuce price may vary. It is NTD $68 at 2026/Jan. Whenever I eat hotpot, I don’t like to add leafy greens. This time, I was persuaded to try Celtuce for the first time. Celtuce looks similar to the stem of A-choy and is not a leafy vegetable. I personally suggest not leaving the celtuce in the chicken broth for too long. Its signature feature is its slightly crunchy texture.

鎮江拍黃瓜

這一道涼拌小黃瓜看似不起眼 , 卻是微辣愛好者的救贖. 口感爽脆是第一印象. 鎮江醋完整入味, 賦予酸香至味蕾. “脆、酸、辣” 是最佳形容詞.
This cold cucumber dish may look unremarkable, but it is a savior for mild spice lovers. The first impression is its refreshing and crisp texture. The Zhenjiang vinegar is thoroughly infused. It brings acidity flavor to the tastebuds. ‘Crunchy, sour, and spicy’ are the best adjectives to describe this dish.

鯰魚炸魚皮靈感來自新加坡零嘴 – 鹹蛋炸魚皮. 極薄的黃金脆衣裹附, 酥脆口感與微鹹風味很涮嘴. 才剛一上桌, 大家以極快速度吃完. 店員特別推薦『涮煮』吃法, 讓炸魚皮在湯頭中吸附精華, 呈現半酥半軟的口感.
The fried catfish skin is inspired by the popular Singaporean snack, which is salted egg fried fish skin. Coated in a thin golden batter, its crispy texture and slightly salty flavor are addictive. As soon as this dish was served, everyone finished it right away. The staff recommends the ‘dip’ method, allowing the fried fish skin to soak up the essence of the broth, creating a unique texture that is half-crispy and half-soft.

After deep-frying Taiwanese corn, it is paired with layers of ‘Typhoon Shelter’ style crispy garlic and spicy flavors. The orn remains sweet.

炸豬皮是東南亞國家常見的涮嘴零嘴,又稱做膨皮. 店員建議將其投入湯鍋涮煮. 吸滿湯汁後半酥半軟的質地, 如同油條遇上麻辣鍋的口感.
Fried pork skin is a common addictive snack in Southeast Asian countries, also known as Puff Skin. The staff recommends dipping it into the hot pot to simmer. Once it absorbs the broth, it takes on a half-crispy, half-soft texture, similar to the fried dough sticks in a mala spicy hotpot.

For the best texture, briefly blanch the beef in the hotpot until it turns a delicate pink. You can also dip in the spicy powder (NTD $30) and peanut powder for extra flavor.

Beef brisket fat is quite rare and the price may vary. 2026/Jan price is NTD $438/plate. It is composed of fat and dense connective tissue. It is recommended to blanch it in the pot for just a few seconds.

I originally thought it was a standard Taiwanese braised platter. In reality, it is an exquisite offal platter composed of braised duck liver, duck gizzard, and beef tripe.

I enjoy trying new dishes and drinks. The non-alcoholic ‘Sugar Cane and Imperatae Drink’ originates from Cantonese herbal tea traditions. The beverage is primarily made by simmering sugar cane and Imperata Root. This restaurant also adds carrots, which is a less common but more interesting. The overall taste is naturally sweet and harmonious; I recommend ordering a glass to share with friends.
