Gras 是台北法式餐酒館 , 並不是高級法式餐廳. 菜餚方面有法式菜餚也有歐式菜餚. Gras 菜單有套餐與單點, 而且是不定期更改. 這道經典油封鵝腿外層微焦脆. 油封後的鵝腿肉質柔嫩多汁, 頗為迷人. 最特別的是一旁的鵝油醬汁 , 讓整體菜餚增添更深層的鹹香與滑潤.

這一道菜餚是我朋友點的. 端上桌時, 整體觀感頗具法式鄉村風格. 朋友先翻開烘烤後的無花果葉片, 再切一塊豬嫩肩肉與我分享 .豬嫩肩肉口感與風味比預期地柔嫩與鹹香. 點綴的烤小番茄酸甜多汁, 讓料理顯得更為平衡.
This dish was ordered by my friend. When it was brought to the table, it had a distinctly French countryside presentation. My friend first unfolded the baked fig leaves, then cut a piece of pork shoulder to share with me. The pork shoulder was more tender and savory than I had expected. The roasted cherry tomatoes added a juicy, sweet-tart note, creating a well-balanced dish.
