Prologue 序言

台灣人對某些食物很狂熱. 通常都不是買來自己吃 , 而是買來當作送人的禮物. 肉桂捲就是其中一款禮物選擇之一.
Taiwanese people can be very passionate about certain foods. Often, they don’t buy them just for themselves, but as gifts for others. Cinnamon rolls are one of those popular gift choices.

Fly’s Kitchen vs Fly Cafe

我很多年前有去過台北東區的 Fly’s Kitchen 吃過肉桂捲與喝冰西西里咖啡 (圖一與圖二) . 原本以為 Fly’s Kitchen 改名搬家. 沒想到是換成老闆的媽媽和哥哥經營. 老闆自己開始營業 Fly Cafe 敦北店與 Fly Cafe 信義安和店.
Many years ago, I visited Fly’s Kitchen in Taipei’s East District, where I had a cinnamon roll and an iced Sicilian coffee (see Photos 1 and 2). I originally thought Fly’s Kitchen had relocated and rebranded. It turns out that the shop is now run by the owner’s mother and brother, while the owner opened Fly Cafe Dunbei and Fly Cafe Xinyi Anhe separately.

Fly Cafe 訂位與低消

Fly Cafe Reservation and Minimum Charge

新開幕的 Fly Cafe 信義安和分店地址是臺北市大安區安和路一段78巷8號, 離信義安和捷運站一號出口只需要五分鐘路程. Fly Cafe 的佔地寬敞. 除了有靠窗高腳椅外, 也有櫃檯座位與沙發座. 長型桌更適合大型聚會.

✅ Fly Cafe 信義安和沒有提供訂位.
✅ 低消是一人一杯飲料. 很多人都是點一個肉桂捲與一杯飲料.

The newly opened Fly Cafe Xinyi Anhe branch is located at No. 8, Lane 78, Section 1, Anhe Road, Da’an District, Taipei. It is about a five-minute walk from Exit 1 of Xinyi Anhe MRT Station. The space is quite spacious. In addition to window counter seating, there are bar seats and sofa seats. A long communal table makes it suitable for larger gatherings.

✅ No reservations are available at Fly Cafe Xinyi Anhe.
✅ Minimum charge: one drink per person.
Many customers order one cinnamon roll along with a drink.

信義安和捷運捷運站附近有很多不限時咖啡店, 例如 Oasis Coffee Roasters. Fly Cafe 是不限時, 而且櫃檯座位區有插座, 可以用電腦與 Wifi.
There are many cafés near Xinyi Anhe MRT Station with no time limit, such as Oasis Coffee Roasters. Fly Cafe also offers unlimited dining time, and the counter seating area has power outlets, making it convenient to use a laptop and Wi-Fi.

豪邁地淋上焦糖醬汁. 肉桂香氣與焦糖香氣平衡. 切開肉桂卷即可看到層次. 入口後, 先是核桃的顆粒脆口感, 其次就是濕潤麵包的口感. 味蕾可感受到肉桂的特殊辛香與偏高的甜度. 如果你喜歡濕潤型, 你可以考慮 Fly Cafe 的肉桂卷.
Caramel sauce is generously drizzled over the top. The aroma of cinnamon and caramel is well balanced. Once you cut into the roll, you can clearly see the layered structure.On the first bite, you notice the crunchy texture of walnuts, followed by the moist, soft bread. The palate picks up the distinctive spiced warmth of cinnamon along with a relatively high level of sweetness. If you prefer a moist-style cinnamon roll, Fly Cafe’s version is worth considering.

Fly Cafe 最有名的咖啡是招牌西西里咖啡與韓國維也納咖啡. 我這次點的黑糖卡布奇諾. 奶泡的黑糖表層完美迷人. 建議第二口之後, 將咖啡與黑糖攪拌, 整體咖啡就不會過苦.
Fly Cafe is best known for its signature Sicilian coffee and Korean-style Vienna coffee. This time, I ordered the brown sugar cappuccino. The brown sugar layer over the milk foam is visually appealing. I recommend stirring the coffee with the brown sugar after the first sip to prevent it from tasting too bitter.

朋友點的, 鹹蛋黃風味並沒有預期地厚重.
