DIM SUM TIME is a newly opened Hong Kong–style dim sum restaurant in Taipei. The restaurant carries the halo of the new T+T brand. TDIM SUM TIME menu was designed by Chef Wu Man-Quan, the former dim sum head chef of Silks House.

Prologue 序言

台北單純賣港式點心的餐廳越來越少. 我個人認為兄弟飯店梅花廳與金獅樓的港式逐漸退步. 朧粵 Longyue 與 捌伍添第餐廳的港式點心單價過高.
Restaurants in Taipei that focus purely on Hong Kong dim sum are becoming increasingly rare. Personally, I feel that the dim sum at the Brother Hotel and Golden Lion Restaurant has gradually declined in quality. Meanwhile, the dim sum at Longyue and 85TD Restaurant is priced too high.

三點三 餐廳在 臺北市松山區敦化北路165巷3號. 也是台北小巨蛋捷運站餐廳之一. 三點三餐廳不僅帶有 T+T 新品牌的光環, 更位於T+ T 餐廳隔壁.

DIM SUM TIME is located at No. 3, Lane 165, Dunhua North Road, Songshan District, Taipei. It is also one of the restaurants near Taipei Arena MRT Station.

The restaurant not only benefits from the halo of the T+T brand, but it is also located right next to the T+T restaurant.

✅ 營業時間是 11:30am ~ 7pm.
✅ 最後入座時間 5:15pm. 最後點餐時間 5:30pm

The closing days listed on inline and Google are different.

三點三 低消

DIM SUM TIME Minimum Charge

三點三 餐廳低消有分時段. 我猜原因是附近上班族會到餐廳用餐, 所以午餐時段低消比下午時段低消低.

✅ 11:30 am – 3:30pm 低消: NTD $350/ 人
✅ 3:30pm 以後低消: NTD $500/人
備註: 換句話說, 你如果要避開中午時段人潮, 就需要付更高的低消.

The minimum charge varies by time slot. My guess is that many office workers in the area dine here, which explains why the lunch minimum is lower than the afternoon minimum.

✅ After 3:30 PM: Minimum charge NTD $500 per person
Note: In other words, if you want to avoid the lunchtime crowd, you’ll need to spend more on the minimum charge.

三點三主廚是吳滿權師傅, 之前在晶華軒擔任中式點心行政主廚. 焦蜜鴛鴦黑叉燒 雙拼 是三點三的招牌港點 , 我認為是必點!

必點原因
✅ 費時費工:
看網路寫, 除了醃製時間, 還需要掛爐烘烤一小時
✅ 非常美味:
蜜汁叉燒是豬梅花, 肥瘦得宜, 重點是不會過於甜鹹
黑叉燒則選豬五花, 外層有焦糖風味與焦香, 油脂厚實卻不膩

The head chef at DIM SUM TIME is Chef Wu Man-Quan, who previously served as the Executive Dim Sum Chef at Silks House.The Caramelized “Yuenyeung” BBQ Pork Platter is the restaurant’s signature dim sum dish, and I consider it a must-order.

Reasons to order:
✅ Time-consuming preparation:
According to online sources, aside from the marinating time, the pork also needs to be roasted in a hanging oven for about one hour.
✅ Extremely delicious:
The honey-glazed char siu uses pork collar with a balanced lean-to-fat ratio and is not overly sweet or salty.
The black char siu uses pork belly. The outer layer has a caramelized aroma and slight char, while the fat is rich but not greasy.

香酥鮮蝦腐皮捲

Crispy Shrimp Bean Curd Skin Rolls

往常吃到的鮮蝦腐皮捲都是濕軟. 反而 “香酥” 這兩個字非常吸引人. 長盤端上桌時, 不同於常見黃色芥末美乃滋 , 綠色芥末美乃滋非常顯眼. 鮮蝦腐皮捲口感極為薄脆 , 不會過於油膩. 蝦漿內餡飽滿不減料. 我非常喜歡這一道.
Most shrimp bean curd rolls I’ve had before are soft and slightly soggy. So the word “crispy” immediately caught my attention. When served on a long plate, the green wasabi mayonnaise stands out compared to the usual yellow mustard mayo. The bean curd skin is exceptionally thin and crispy, without being greasy. The shrimp paste filling is generous and flavorful. I would recommend this dish.

 

 

 

浮金蝦餃

Golden Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gow)

浮金蝦餃外型飽滿工整. 十三摺的蝦餃就跟鼎泰豐的小籠包一樣遵守原則. 仔細一看, 蝦餃皮的黑點是海苔粉. 白蝦內餡賦予鮮脆口感. 竹筍切丁的存在感十足. 我個人會推薦點.
The dumplings have a plump and well-structured shape. The 13 folds, similar to the standard used for Din Tai Fung’s xiaolongbao, follow traditional dim sum craftsmanship. Upon closer inspection, the black specks in the wrapper are seaweed powder. The white shrimp filling provides a crisp and fresh texture. The iced bamboo shoots add noticeable crunch. I recommend ordering this.

 

 

手工臘味蘿蔔糕

每家港式點心餐廳都有賣蘿蔔糕. 三點三餐廳堅持手工製作. 頗厚實且不易破碎的蘿蔔糕是優點. 蘿蔔絲清甜搭配鹹香臘味不錯吃. 如果蘿蔔糕外層可以煎得更 “恰”會更好.
Almost every dim sum restaurant serves turnip cake, but DIM SUM TIME insists on making theirs by hand. The cake is thick and firm, making it less likely to fall apart. The sweetness of shredded radish pairs nicely with the savory cured meats. If the exterior were fried a bit crispier, it would be even better.

 

 

玫瑰豉油雞腿

Soy Sauce Chicken Leg (Rose-Infused Cantonese Style)

玫瑰豉油雞腿是一道港式燒臘冷盤. 雞腿肉油脂豐富, 每一口皆細緻且滑嫩. 色澤呈現醬油色且有光澤. 適量豆鼓鹹香不膩, 令人一口接一口. 如果有四人以上, 我個人會推薦點這一道.
This is a classic Cantonese roast meat cold dish. The chicken leg is rich in fat and very tender, with each bite smooth and delicate.The color is deep soy sauce brown with a glossy finish. The subtle fermented soybean seasoning adds savory depth without becoming greasy, making it hard to stop eating.If dining with four people or more, I recommend ordering this dish.

 

 

松露竹菌香餃

Truffle & Bamboo Mushroom Dumplings

此為素食港點. 內餡有多種菇類, 木耳與貢菜. 木耳與貢菜賦予清脆口感. 只是菇類風味對某些人會覺得偏苦.
This is a vegetarian dim sum dish. The filling contains various mushrooms, wood ear fungus, and preserved vegetables.The wood ear and preserved vegetables add crunchy texture, though the mushroom flavor may taste slightly bitter for some people.

 

 

海隨陸行 (燒賣)

經典燒賣通常是以豬後腿肉與蝦仁丁製作而成. 三點三的燒賣則是以雞胸肉代替豬後腿肉. 風味少了些許肉香. 我個人依舊喜歡有豬肉風味的經典燒賣.
Classic shumai is usually made with pork leg meat and shrimp. At DIM SUM TIME, chicken breast replaces the pork, which slightly reduces the meat aroma. Personally, I still prefer the traditional pork-based shumai.

 

瑤柱蝦米蔥腸粉

Rice Noodle Roll with Dried Scallops, Dried Shrimp & Scallions

淋上豉油, 間接凸顯出腸粉內餡的瑤柱與蝦米. 我會建議點另一道招牌港點 – 紅米脆皮腸粉.
The soy sauce poured on top helps highlight the dried scallops and dried shrimp inside the rice noodle roll. However, I would recommend ordering another signature dish instead: Red Rice Crispy Rice Noodle Rolls.

鼎泰豐的鮮蝦紅油炒手依舊是我心目中的 Number 1.
For me, Din Tai Fung’s shrimp wontons in chili oil are still the number one version.

黑椒醬金錢肚

Beef Honeycomb Tripe with Black Pepper Sauce

台灣滷牛肚已經很常見. 這是我第一次吃到港式黑椒醬金錢肚. 彈牙口感十足. 雖然菜餚名稱裡有黑椒醬 , 但不會嗆辣. 味蕾可感受到甜而不膩.
Braised beef tripe is very common in Taiwan, but this was my first time trying the Cantonese version with black pepper sauce. The texture is bouncy and chewy. Although the dish name mentions black pepper sauce, it is not overly spicy. Instead, the flavor is slightly sweet and well balanced.
