Cucina Man Mano 慢慢弄乳酪義大利餐廳 2022 新開幕民生社區餐廳美食, 將在台灣製造的慢慢弄品牌乳酪入菜, 也可直接在延壽街店面購買新鮮乳酪.
Cucina Man Mano is a 2022 newly-opened Italian Restaurant at Taipei Minsheng Community. The chef uses Made-in-Taiwan Man Mano brand cheese as ingredients. You can also purchase fresh cheese at Yanshou Branch Store.

Cucina Man Mano 慢慢弄乳酪餐廳位於台北市松山區延壽街137號, 靠近南京三民捷運站附近. 我之前在慢慢弄迪化街店面內用過, 聽說以後迪化街店面會停止營業. 主要購買與提貨都會在民生社區店面.

Cucina Man Mano Restaurant is at No. 137, Yanshou Street, Songshan District, Taipei City, which is near Nanjing Sanmin MRT Station. I dined at another branch before, which might be closed in the future.

不錯吃的菜餚

從美式料理到歐式料理, 馬鈴薯搭配酸奶油是經典 (例如在 “ Curio Comma Taipei” ) , 這次在慢慢弄餐廳, 主廚則是選擇在 ”Bottless 非瓶餐酒館“ 受歡迎的氮氣馬鈴薯搭配細緻的法式酸奶油, 用來當作沾醬也是很適合. 美國牛小排外層有微焦香, 單吃頗嫩且有足夠肉香, 建議兩人分享這一道 6 oz 牛小排.
From American to European cuisine, potato always pairs with sour cream (For example: “Curio Comma Taipei ” ). In Cucina Man Mano Restaurant, the chef uses Aerated Potato with Crème Fraîche. You can consider it as the dip sauce. The US Short Ribs has fair amount meaty flavor and aroma. It is quite tender too. I would suggest two people to share this 6oz short ribs.

青醬布拉塔起司海鮮燉飯

我相信很多人有疑問 – “羅勒青醬在哪裡?” , 主廚自製羅勒青醬隱藏在 Made n Taiwan 布拉塔起司下方, 這一道的燉飯米心硬度是偏軟的口感, 吸收足夠的高湯不錯吃, 搭配布拉塔起司與青醬更是增加多層次風味. 雖然生食甜蝦並不是像 “草頭西“ 或是 ”PASTi Trattoria “ 用金殼蝦, 整道餐點還是不錯吃.
I am sure that people are asking “Where is the Basil Pesto? “. The peso sauce is under the Made-in-Taiwan Burrata Cheese. The risotto is a bit soft since it absorbs fair amount of broth. The cheese and peso adds layers of flavors. Even though the raw shrimp is not grape shrimps ( at ” PASTi Trattoria” and “Catouxi Bistro” , overall, it is quite delicious.

馬背起司豬肉捲

義式培根與豬肉將馬背起司裹於中間, 烹煮溫度高時, 內餡化成牽絲的乳酪, 老實說, 我比較喜歡一訪在迪化街慢慢弄店面吃到的 “未融化”的馬背乳酪. 至於內餡有紫蘇部分, 基本上被肉香蓋過. 後來我才知道原來這一道是來自義⼤利南部普利亞區的地⽅特色⼩吃.
Italian bacon and pork wraps the melted Caciocavallo Cheese in between. Honestly, I prefer the slightly grilled Caciocavallo Cheese at “Man Mano” at my first visit. The meaty flavor covers the Perilla though. After the dining, I realize that it is the signature local food at Southern Italy.

炸義式甜甜圈

Bomboloni (Italian Donut )

經典的炸義式甜甜圈在台北義大利餐廳比較少見, 反倒是在甜甜圈專賣店 (例如 “ABCD A Better Coffee & Doughnut “ 吃過類似甜甜圈, 內餡比較不一樣而已,這道甜點的元素有馬斯卡彭起司 , 百香果, 葡萄柚與綠茶粉, 很特別的組合, 建議 2 人分享 .
You don’t see Bomboloni (Italian Donut ) in Taipei Italian Restaurant. However, in Special Donut Shop (such as “ABCD A Better Coffee & Doughnut” ) , you can taste the similar donut with different filling. This dessert has Mascarpone, Passion Fruit, Grapefruit Gel, and Green Tea Powder. It is an interesting combination. I would suggest two people to share.

瑞可塔起司麵疙瘩

我在 “SAPORI 義品味小餐屋” 吃過馬鈴薯麵疙瘩, 在 “Gusto Market of Taste 好食多” 吃過玉米粉做的手工麵疙瘩, 這裡的麵疙瘩比較像 “Fermi Pasta” 的手工麵疙瘩, 新鮮瑞可塔與熟成瑞可塔堆疊出濃郁起司風味, 義式香腸番茄醬也有義大利菜餚風格,只是慢慢弄的價格偏高太多, 若有預算請斟酌.
I tasted potato gnocchi at “SAPORI Italian Restaurant “ and corn gnocchi at “Gusto Market of Taste”. This Ricotta Gnocchi is similar with “Fermi Pasta” Gnocchi. Fresh Ricotta and Ricotta Salata creates more cheese flavor. The Sausage Tomato Sauce has the classic Italian cuisine style. However, the price is higher than expected. If you have a budget, please re-consider.

其實來到乳酪專賣店, 例如 “Le Comptoir 康拓洋行起司吧”, 因為起司的多樣化, 我都會建議點起司冷肉切盤. Cucina Man Mano 慢慢弄乳酪餐廳的特色則是在於台灣製新鮮乳酪, 建議你們可以先問今天的四種起司是哪些, 如果有沒聽過的乳酪起司, 則是考慮點.
If visiting special cheese shops (For example “Le Comptoir Cheese Shop” ) , I will suggest to order Cheese platter because of the various cheese types. However, Cucina Man Mano restaurant selling point is Made-in-Taiwan Fresh Cheese. You can ask which 4 cheeses are for today’s cheese platter. If you haven’t hard some of the cheeses, you can consider to order.

布拉塔黑柿蕃茄醬

我在 “Wild Donkey 野驢餐廳“ 吃過 “嘉義布拉塔起司 , 無花果, 與迷迭香橄欖油 “菜餚 , 是屬於輕柔甜美型. 這次在慢慢弄乳酪餐廳吃到比較多調味, 有艾斯佩雷辣椒和蝦夷蔥青醬, 與平常的簡單布拉塔沙拉不太ㄧ樣.
I tasted “Chiayi Burrato Cheese, figs, rosemary EVOO” dish at “Wild Donkey Restaurant”. It is toward the soft style cuisine. Cucina Man Mano’s Burrata Salad has more flavors, which include AOP Piment D’espelette and Chive Pesto. It is not the same as the simply salad.

烏魚子短管麵

這一道短管麵菜餚偏簡約, 凸顯出主角絲綢乳酪與刨絲米莫萊特起司的特色, 兩者推疊出濃郁起司風味, 吃得出隱約烏魚子風味, 整體鹹度偏高, 建議 2 ~ 4 人分享.
The Rigatoni dish is simple, which shows Stracciatella and Mimolette Cheese characters. More thick cheese flavors appear. You can sense hints of Mullet Roe. Overall, this dish is a bit salty, and suitable for 2 ~ 4 people to share.

 

香煎薩索雞胸佐炭烤蔬菜

Chicken with Grilled Vegetable

這一道不在菜單上, 我個人覺得還好, 並不一定要點.
This dish is not on the menu. It is average and you don’t have to order it.

 

炙燒鮪魚柳橙蛋黃醬

Torched Aburi Tuna

我個人覺得還好, 並不一定要點, 初訪我則是建議點有乳酪入菜的菜餚.
Overall, it is average. You don’t need to order it. If it is your first visit, I would suggest to order dishes with cheeses.

 

季節鮮魚

Seasonal Fish with Whey Fumet

雖然魚的外層煎得頗不錯, 美味程度我個人覺得還好, 並不一定要點.
Even though the fish appearance is crisp, the delicious level is all right. You don’t have to order it.

 

半凍冰糕

我個人還是比較喜歡吃 “花滔廚房” 的 Semifreddo.
I still prefer the Semifreddo at “La Cucina di Flora”.

炙燒起司茄子捲

Parmigiana Twist with Mozzarella Sheet

這一道是很多人會點的慢慢弄招牌菜餚, 外層是炙燒的莫札瑞拉捲皮, 我有吃一小塊, 可能是我不常吃茄子, 我個人覺得還好.
Many people will order this signature dish. The appearance is grilled Mozzarella sheet. I ate a slice. Since I don’t eat eggplants much, it tastes a bit average though.

 

慢慢弄乳花

雖然食材特別 – 柿子雪酪,柿子, 桂花紅茶凍 , 吃起來並不是我喜歡的甜點類型.
The ingredients are special, which include Persimmon Sorbet, Persimmon, Osmanthus Black Tea Jelly. It is not my favorite dessert though.

 

綜合麵包盤 (小)

Seasonal Fish with Whey Fumet

這一道有三種沾醬, 紅椒堅果起司, 香草瑞可塔, 芳堤娜起司蔬菜泥, 因為六人比較沒辦法分享, 我選擇沒有品嚐
This dish has three dip sauces – Romesco & Parmigiano Reggiano, Chive & Ricotta, Fontina & Vegetable Puree. Since 6 people is a bit hard to share, I choose not to taste though.

 

結論 – Conclusion⭐

也許是因為房租與 Made In Taiwan 乳酪成本, 慢慢弄餐廳的菜餚偏貴, 而且有低消限制, 請自行斟酌
Maybe because of the rent and Made in Taiwanese Cheese cost, the price is higher at Cucina Man Mano. There are also minimum charge. Please take it into consideration.
