未來的文章撰寫，將不只停留在餐盤之上。
我計畫將視角延伸至台灣在地美食與飲食文化, 以更具深度與風格的方式，向國際旅人介紹如何透過日常滋味, 塑造出獨一無二的台灣生活美學。

About Me
My name is Tina. I am the founder of globalfoodelicious.com , which is the bilingual website (Mandarin–English) . It is a platform dedicated to exploring the dialogue between food, wine, and lifestyle.
My earlier work centered on mid- to high-end dining and Michelin-starred restaurants. Yet as 2026 approaches, a single culinary narrative no longer satisfies my Gemini Moon.
Future writing now looks beyond the plate.
With a growing focus on Taiwan’s local cuisine and food culture, I seek to frame everyday flavors through editor’s view. Introducing international readers to the ways in which food shapes Taiwan’s distinctive sense of living, taste, and identity.
