万家紅麵線永吉店已結束營業, 目前只有新開幕的万家紅麵線大安店, 從大安捷運站四號出口往右轉往 101 方向, 抵達安和路二段時會看到好吃的 “感謝您路邊攤“ 在這前方, 右轉進信維市場之後, 再轉入巷弄內, 即可發現不太顯眼的 “万家紅麵線招牌” , 從餐廳門前看進去室內時, 發現這家餐廳裝潢像台北大稻埕的 “麵屋山茶日本拉麵 “, 相當文青, 只差沒有高腳椅.万家紅麵線座位不多, 桌椅排列在兩側, 一個人也可以來吃, 桌上放置烏醋和辣椒醬, 菜單在桌上自己劃到櫃台先付錢, 或是可以直接跟老闆說你要點的紅麵線組合再付錢.
Wanjia Vermicelli Restaurant is located near Da’an MRT Station Exit Number 4. You can turn right from Exit Number 4 and walk toward 101 to the “Thank You Street Vendor“. Then turn right to the 2nd section of Da’an Road and turn right to the alley (I know, it is a bit complicated but the map is at the end of article). The store sign is not obvious but its indoor is attractive, similar with“Sancha Ramen”. There aren’t many seats but it is suitable for one-person dining. There are black rice vinegar and spicy sauce on the table. The self-ordered menu is also on the table. The customer would need to pay before serving food at the counter.

万家紅麵線四種配料有哪些? 四種配料包括嘉義東石蚵仔, 滷大腸, 花枝羹和肉羹. 當店員端上紅麵線時, 我一度認為是大碗, 視覺上這家餐廳的小碗麵線份量算非常有誠意, 店員會先將烏醋與香菜加進紅麵線裡再出菜, 若不想要這兩樣調味配料 （烏醋與香菜), 請記得事先與店員溝通.
What are the four ingredients in Wanjia Vermicelli combination? Chiayi oyster, braised intestine, starch coated squid and starch coated meat. I ordered small size, but the size seemed to be lager than expected. However, the staff would drizzle the black vinegar and parsley prior serving. If you don’t like both, please remember to tell the staff.
每個人心目中都有Number One 的蚵仔麵線, 就像每個人心目中都有一碗完美的滷肉飯, 很多人看到價格可能會覺得跟路邊攤的蚵仔麵線才賣 NTD $30 ~ $45, 但是万家的蚵仔並不是乾扁且小的蚵仔, 而是來自嘉義東石的大顆鮮蚵, 先撈起蚵仔 (aka 台灣生蠔), 飽滿程度直逼“al Sorriso 義大利餐廳“湯品裡廣島牡蠣, 海鮮風味也在我咬下的第一口迫不及待釋出, 多汁到我直覺地將整顆蚵仔在三秒內完勝, 我相當推薦蚵仔配料.
Everyone would have his/her number 1 food. Many people would consider their Vermicelli price is a bit expensive than street vendor ($30 ~ $45). But Wanjia Vermicelli Restaurant uses Taiwan Chiayi Oyster, which is large. The juicy level is as good as “al Sorriso Italian Restaurant” Hiroshima oyster. The seafood flavor is thick and delicious. I strongly recommend this oyster ingredient to everyone.
万家的香滷大腸頭實至名歸, 品嚐時就感覺得到老闆應該有慢煨入味一段時間, 烏醋也蓋不住鹹香風味, 再搭配油脂的美味相當迷人, 我會推薦大腸頭為第二配料. 至於花枝羹與肉羹,花枝羹比肉羹更 Q 彈, 雖然Q 彈程度不及新光三越的 “肉羹霸”, 但以價格來看, 已經算是不錯, 麵線也不會過於軟爛, 整體來說, 我下次如果在大安捷運站附近, 應該會順路再來吃一次万家紅麵線的蚵仔大腸麵線.
Wanjia Vermicelli Restaurant’s braised intestine is braised on the spot, which salty and meaty aroma along with tender texture. I would also recommend this ingredient as well. As for starch coated squid (2nd picture) and starch coated meat (3rd picture), the al dente level is not as good as “BAHGE BAR”. If I ever come to Da’An MRT station, I would definitely come here again for their oyster and braised intestine Vermicelli.
