台北大安區餐酒館 》VG Seafood Bar Restaurant (內附菜單)

VG Seafood 餐廳是少數以海鮮為主題的台北餐酒館, 也是信義安和站美食之一, 近期更推出 VG Seafood 午餐時段.
VG The Seafood Bar is categorized as Taipei Bistro. It is also one of the Xinyi Anhe MRT station restaurants.

VG The Seafood Bar, VG Cafe 和 “通庵熟成咖喱” 皆是由陳子洋創立的餐飲品牌.VG Seafood 餐廳最靠近信義安和捷運站二號出口往敦化南路巷弄內, 信義安和站附近餐廳玲瑯滿目, 有異國料理 “Pico Pico Taipei ”和中式料理“雞窩餐廳”. VG The Seafood Bar 裝潢主題是偏工業風, 以灰藍冷色系為主, 除了有像 “ULV Restaurant & Bar” 的吧台和開放式廚房外, 也有B1 的半開式包廂和齊全酒櫃與酒杯. 整體用餐是偏餐酒館輕鬆氣氛, 當天用餐是中午時段, 並沒有提供調酒, 我認為這裡的午餐時段很適合公司部門聚餐.
VG The Seafood Bar, VG Cafe and “Tongan Curry“ are created by Mr. Yang Chen. VG Seafood restaurant is near Exit 2 of Xinyi Anhe MRT station. There are different types of restaurants around the area (For example, “Pico Pico Taipei” and “G Woo Restaurant”. VG Seafood restaurant design is Industrial theme with grey-blue color. It has the bar similar with “ULV Restaurant & Bar” and open kitchen. B1 has half-opened private dining room and completed collection of wine glass and display shelf.The overall dining environment is casual bistro dining. The dining time is lunch. The cocktails are not provided during lunch time. This restaurant is quite suitable for department dining.

Amuse Bouche

這道餐點的設計可以用唯美來形容, 如同花瓣般的甜菜根漬物, 有著些許北歐料理風格, 口感偏脆, 與Cream Cheese 綿密內餡截然不同, 整體比市面上餐廳的開胃小點更具有創意也更加美味.
I have to say that this display is very elegant and beautiful. The appearance is similar with red petals. Pickled beetroots layer is crisp, which is the opposite of the silky cream cheese filling. The Amuse Bouche is much more creative and delicious than other restaurants.

原本以為這道南瓜湯會像松菸 “VJ 義法餐廳“ 只是單純湯品, 孰不知竟然有鮮脆的章魚碎末隱藏於湯裡, 我個人很推薦這道南瓜湯與微鬆軟巧巴達麵包. 從這道湯品可以知道主廚對午餐例湯並不馬虎, 台北海鮮餐酒館的名稱實至名歸. 有趣的是後來得知原來目前 VG The Seafood Bar的主廚曾經在台北東區“一小步餐廳”工作過.
I thought the pumpkin soup would be similar with “VJ Restaurant” pumpkin soup. The minced squids are hidden inside the broth. I would definitely recommend the soup and the bread. The interesting part would be the executive chef is from “Un Petit Pas Bistro”.

炭烤澎湖小卷 (加 NTD $200)

前菜四擇一, 這道炭烤澎湖小卷需要另外加價 NTD $200. 稍作調味的炭烤小卷除了鮮脆外, 也有微煙燻風味, 醬料並沒有像 “S Hotel”的泡菜醬置於一旁, 而是適量淋於小卷與白花椰菜, 甜椒蛋黃醬賦予辛香風味伴隨著堅果碎末, 卻不會搶走主角海鮮的風彩, 若是份量再多一些應該可以成為主菜之一.
This grilled squid dish would need to charge extra NTD $200. The squid’s texture is crisp with smoky flavor. The sauce is not placed at the side like the kimchi sauce at “S Hotel”. Instead, the sauce are spread evenly on the squid and cauliflower. The sweet pepper mayo offers tiny spicy flavor to the tastebuds with the nutty flavor. If there are more quantity, this dish can actually become a main course.

每日精選義大利麵

這次 VG Seafood 每日精選義大利麵是軟殼蟹青醬義大利麵, 用碗裝方式與 “AVENUE TAIPEI”一樣, 可惜 2/3 的義大利細麵浸泡在微稀釋的青醬裡, 我個人比較不喜歡軟口感的義大利麵, 至於軟殼蟹, 雖然有酥脆口感, 我個人比較喜歡 “La Mole Taipei”的整隻軟殼蟹, 而不是已事先切開的軟殼蟹.
Daily pasta today is soft-shell crab pasta with pesto sauce. The pasts are placed in the bowl, just like at “AVENUE TAIPEI”. Sadly, 2/3 of pasts are soaked at sauce. I personally do not like the soft texture pasta. As for the soft-shell crab, I prefer the whole crab at “La Mole Taipei” instead of pre-cut.

甜點

Dessert
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍

蛋糕甜點以焦糖與堅果香為主導, 不會過硬. 香草冰淇淋不錯吃. 以佐餐甜點來說, 比 “La Farfalla 義式餐廳”更有誠意.
The cake dessert is dominated by the caramel and nutty flavor. The texture is not too hard. The vanilla ice cream is yummy as well. As for a set dessert dish, VG Seafood Bar’s dessert is much better than “La Farfalla Taipei”.
