(已結束營業) 寅樂屋咖哩食堂是台北大安區咖哩飯餐廳, 也是信義安和站美食推薦餐廳之一, 只賣 “豬雞咖哩” 與 “牛肉咖哩”的日式咖哩系列. 可惜這裡即將在 2020.7月熄燈.
Torarakuya Taipei is one of the Xinyi Anhe MRT station restaurants. It is in the alley between Xinyi Road and Guangfu South Road. And they only offer Mixed Pork & Chicken Curry and Beef Curry for main courses. Sadly, they will close down on July, 2020.

寅樂屋的所在地感覺就像一個結界, 往外是辦公室林立的信義路四段, 往內是有許多異國料理餐廳, 例如 “LIQUID BREAD COMPANY 美式餐廳”, “El Marqués Tapas Bar” 和 “Hidden by DN 隱丹廚“. 寅樂屋外觀類似日式町, 搭配店前的木色座椅增加少許文青氣息, 也非常 IG – Friendly.即使用餐時間是白天, 店內依舊昏暗, 懷舊海報搭配從黑膠唱片機傳出來的古典音樂鋼琴聲, 小坪數裡的座位不多約 12位, 但翻桌率相當高. 餐廳整修前是老闆爸媽經營, 我就是從第一代經營就已經來這裡吃咖哩飯. 之前簡陋裝潢但價格相當友善, 翻修後雖然用餐氛圍提升, 深受年輕人喜愛, 相對內用價格也調漲, 但依舊比市面上西式日本料理便宜, 慶幸的是外帶的價格維持在 NTD $135.
Inside the alley, there are many foreign cuisine restaurants, such as “LIQUID BREAD COMPANY”, “El Marqués Tapas Bar” 和 “Hidden by DN“. The appearance of this small restaurant is also very IG- Friendly.Even though the dining time is during lunch, the restaurant is still a bit dark with dim light. With the old-time poster and classic piano music from Vinyl record player, the dining atmosphere becomes quite unique. Before remodeling, this place is operated by the present boss’ parents. I have been here to eat curry rice since first generation. Even though the price increased after remodeling, the to-go order is still around NTD $135.

我到寅樂屋幾乎都是吃帶有微辣風味的牛肉咖哩,, 這道日式咖哩料理飯並不會過嗆, 而是有時會暫時攻佔舌尖, 是吃小辣的我可以接受的辣度, 只是牛肉有時軟嫩有時偏乾, 我還是會推薦給可以吃辣的人.
My first visit is to eat the non-spicy pork and chicken curry. The second visit is to eat the beef curry with hints of spicy. The overall spicy level is acceptable for the people who randomly taste spicy food. However, the beef sometimes is a bit dry, but most of time is tender. I would recommend this dish for people who are able to eat spicy food.

與 “史蒂芬斯咖哩專門店 ( STEPHEN’S CURRY )” 最大的不同是 “寅樂屋咖哩”並沒有加多餘香料, 而是像日本家常咖哩. 牛肉咖哩帶有辛辣風味,豬雞咖哩則是不辣. 我點的是豬雞咖哩, 深褐色咖哩非常濃郁, 帶有微甜風味, 就像小時候媽媽會去超市買日式咖哩塊自己煮的特殊懷念風味, 對某些人來說, 這種風味是一種永遠存在記憶中難忘的風味, 豬肉與雞肉的肉質都相當軟嫩, 咖哩裡藏有葡萄乾增加不同口感與風味.我會建議加點半熟荷包蛋與味噌湯. 將白飯像摩西分海一樣分開, 讓咖哩與蛋黃液流入白飯中, 一次將三種食材入口, 相當過癮. 味噌湯並沒有柴魚味, 而是單純清淡味噌風味, 豆腐則是家裡常看到的家常豆腐, 而非商業用的小塊豆腐. 基本上, 我會推薦想吃家常咖哩的人去吃看看.
Different from STEPHEN’S CURRY, Torarakuya doesn’t add various spices. It is more like home-made Japanese curry. There are two types of curry- one is spicy beef curry, and the other one is non-spicy mixed pork and chicken curry. I ordered the non-spicy pork & chicken curry. Thick texture of curry has hints of sweetness. It brings back memories of mom cooked the Japanese curry brick that was from supermarket. The texture of the pork and chicken are both very tender. There are also raisins in the curry to increase different flayers of flavors. I would suggest half-boiled egg and miso soup. First, I separate the rice to leave a tunnel for egg yolk and curry mixing together. So, I can taste all three food ingredients together in one bite. Miso doesn’t have any fish flavor, just has simply miso aroma. The tofu is not the small-size tofu, instead, the restaurant uses the large size regular tofu. I would strongly recommend to people who craves for home-cooked Japanese Curry flavor to try.
