2017 新開幕紅點熟成肉餐廳 ( Osteria Rossa )台北忠孝敦化捷運餐酒館美食之一, 除了熟成牛排外, 也有販售Pizza跟義大利麵與燉飯.
2017 newly-opened Osteria Rossa is one of the Bistros at Taipei East District. Besides Dry Aged Steaks, this restaurant also offers Pizza, Pasta and Risotto.

走出忠孝敦化捷運站3號出口, 右轉往仁愛路四段方向前進, 香檳金色的餐廳招牌不容易錯過, 一走進餐廳即可看到餐廳的華麗展示櫃,同時也是乾式熟成櫃, 有視覺感極佳的西班牙伊比利黑豬火腿, 細繩綑綁的傳統葫蘆形狀乳酪, 真空包裝熟成牛排…etc, 酒櫃上方放著鮮少人知道的葡萄牙進口Alamos品牌頂級冷壓初榨橄欖油, 不得不說, 光是入口擺設就已經撩起饕客們想嘗試的慾望.
Turning right toward Ren-Ai Road after exiting Exit 3 of Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station. Champion Gold Color restaurant sign is easy to find. Unlike other bistros, their dry aged showcase displays in front of customers. There are Spanish Jamon Ibérico, Cheese and Aged Steak. There are several imported Portugal brand Alamos 5 Litter EVOO on the top of wine cabinet.

 

 

跟 “Chou Chou 法式餐廳”開放式廚房較不ㄧ樣的地方是紅點熟成肉餐廳廚房有玻璃隔開, 與 “慢慢弄乳酪坊”一樣可以看到每位廚師專注在料理的瞬間, 日本籍老闆不惜成本採用日本迅速熟成技術 , 聽說甚至準備要在地下室蓋冰庫, 可想而知, 老闆想做近年來日本受歡迎的熟成系列 – 牛排, 牛舌, 豬肉, 羊排 ..etc. 老闆更從日本聘請義大利籍主廚, 讓菜餚注入義大利料理靈魂.
Osteria Rossa kitchen is slightly different from “Chou Chou French Restaurant”, which has glass to separate customer and chefs. It is more like Man Mano Cheese Lab, which you can observe how the kitchen operates. Their Japanese boss uses Japanese Express Dry Aged Process. They even plan to build a ice bunker at the basement. They seemed to plan to offer series of dry aged food ingredients – steak, ox-tongue, pork, lamb..etc. There are several Italian chefs that work at the kitchen as well.

 

 

乾式熟成紐約客牛排套餐

Le Blanc 餐廳販售的是 10 oz 美國特級肋眼牛排套餐 (NTD $1,000), 紅點熟成肉餐廳 ( Osteria Rossa ) 商業午餐的是 5oz 乾式熟成紐約客牛排. 厚切美國牛排切成五片放置在木盤上, 嫩紅色牛排被油亮深褐色外層包圍, 切下一小塊紐約客牛排放入口中, 油脂均勻分佈在每一條紋路中, 描述成多汁太過於浮誇, 熟成過程讓經典紐約客牛排轉化成口感較嫩但又不失嚼勁, 沾少許研磨海鹽跟玫瑰鹽後, 帶出更多濃郁的牛肉風味, 每一口就像沙漏裡的流沙般慢慢地滿足想吃肉慾望, 我非常推薦這一道乾式熟成紐約客牛排.
Le Blanc Restaurant offers 10oz Prime Rib Eye with fries (NTD $1000). Osteria Rossa offers 5oz Dry Aged Beef Striploin Grill for NTD $680. Thick-sliced steak are placed at the wooden plate. Pinkish meat are surrounded by brown oily appearance. The fats spread evenly at every inch of the steak. Dry Aged process makes the meat texture more tender. With the ground sea salt, it brings out more meaty aroma. Each bite satisfies the craving desire for steak. I strongly recommend this dish.

 

 

手工麵包

English Name: Bread with EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar

店家自製的手工麵包相當出色, 與 La Mole Taipei 的佐餐麵包並列台北第一, 微沾帶有金綠色橄欖油與巴薩米克醋, 橄欖果香味遠蓋過巴薩米克醋風味. 為整個套餐加分.
The store made their own breads. Its texture and quality are as good as La Mole Taipei. The olive oil aroma covers most of the Balsamic Vinegar aroma. It is delightful to taste their bread.

 

 

沙拉

English Name: Salad
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍👍

顏色鮮豔的沙拉份量完勝大多數餐廳的沙拉配置, 新鮮蔬菜清脆度十足, 已到達輕食主角等級, 而非套餐裡的配角之一.
Colorful salad quantity is larger than most restaurants’ set side dish. Fresh and crisp vegetables are high quality. It is almost like an independent dish instead of set side dish.

 

地瓜脆片& 涼拌高麗菜

English Name: Sweet Potato Crisps & Coleslaw
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍
長條炸地瓜脆片很可惜地口感較軟, 至於藏在底下的涼拌高麗菜則是稍微過酸.
Long size sweet potato crisps are soft instead of crispy. As for the coleslaw at the bottom, it is overly dressed with too many vinegars.

 

 

南瓜湯 & 冰紅茶

English Name: Pumpkin Soup and Ice Black Tea
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍
南瓜湯份量較少, 湯頭濃郁度不高, 導致顯得稍微空虛, 冰紅茶的色度飽滿但是稍微混濁.
The pumpkin soup quantity is smaller than expected. And its texture isn’t thick. The ice black tea is not as good as expected though.
