為何叫做“大快朵頤”, 因為麵屋武藏最出名的梅花叉燒肉超豪邁, 讓人光是想就已經是垂延三尺. 走進跟其他家麵屋武藏截然不同的明亮室內裝潢, 色系已不再是暗黑色, 相同也有吧台座位, 但以舒適的2人和4人沙發座位居多.

我不定期會想品嚐濃郁的湯頭. 特製武藏的招牌湯頭則是雙湯頭- 豚骨與魚介的完美結合, 台灣人所熟悉的濃厚豚骨湯頭結合秋刀魚乾與昆布共同熬煮出來湯頭, 即是甘鮮也是濃郁. 對多數台灣人而言, 特製武藏的湯頭形同死鹹, 但對獨鍾濃厚湯頭的人來說, 尚在接受範圍之內, 且每一口湯頭皆可品嚐到微甘甜的魚介湯頭.
First of all, I like thick soup base instead of light and watery soup texture. Menya Musashi signature soup base actually has two different soup bases – pork bone and fish broth. Two different opposite pork soups are mixed together perfectly. For most Taiwanese, their soup base is over salty. But to me, the flavor is acceptable. Each sip can sense hints of fish sweetness.
微粗捲麵可選擇偏硬, 富有咬勁, 由於麵碗稍微小, 麵份量並不如想像地多, 但可跟服務生要求加麵不加價. 炙燒厚切梅花叉燒則是油脂居多, 咬下一口瘦肉, 軟嫩且多肉汁的叉燒邪惡地招喚, 讓很多人欲罷不能. 事先切半的糖心蛋有著誘人的蛋黃膏, 建議勺起湯跟蛋一起享用. 其實在日本. 筍乾並不是拉麵的必備配置, 但是麵屋武藏將筍乾做的保持軟嫩但具有俐落纖維感也是頗具用心. 若有朋友喜歡濃郁湯頭跟肉食主義, 我都會建議這家餐廳.
The noodle is hard as expected. You can also add more noodles for free. Thick sliced grilled pork shoulder has more fats than other parts. Biting at the thin meat, the meaty flavor is full and the texture is tender and succulent. Pre-cut half boiled egg yolk are also delicious. Most interesting part would be their dried bamboo. In Japan, dried bamboo isn’t a necessity side dish of ramen. But this restaurant makes this side dish easy to chew and not overly dry. If my friend likes thick broth and meats, I would recommend them this restaurant.
