麵屋千雲是 2019 新開幕的台北中山區拉麵店, 也是少數販售雞白湯拉麵的台北宵夜餐廳之一.

麵屋千雲拉麵店位於之前 “鏡花水月拉麵店”的地址, 直接從中山捷運站一號出口往中山北路方向走, 再轉進林森北路巷弄內, 餐廳附近日本料理餐廳林立 (例如 新開幕 “江戶川鰻魚飯”). 麵屋千雲拉麵店的外部裝潢與 “小倉屋”相似, 文青裝潢在巷弄內特別顯眼.
Menya Chikumo Ramen is located at the previous “Kyoka Suigetsu Ramen” location. You could walk out of Zhongshan MRT station Exit one and walk toward Zhongshan North Road. There are quite a few Japanese restaurants nearby, for example, “Edogawa Eel Rice”. The restaurant appearance is similar with “Kokuraya Eel Rice”.
麵屋千雲拉麵店內部裝潢與之前昏暗用餐環境截然不同, 座位頗多, 有吧台也有沙發座, 餐廳中午有營業, 下午有休息時間, 晚上則是營業到凌晨過後, 店員會講中日文, 也可以與日本籍師傅溝通和與日本客人聊天. 七味粉與辣椒醬則是擺放在餐桌一旁, 菜單上不僅有湯拉麵, 沾麵, 也有販售飯食類.
The present dining area is different from previous dark doing area. There are bar seats and sofa seats. The restaurant opens during lunch time, closed during afternoon, and opens pass midnight. The staff can speak Chinese and Japanese. The menu has ramen with soup, ramen with dip sauce, and rice.

所謂的招牌拉麵是全部配料食材皆有, 招牌鹽味雞湯拉麵配料裡有雞叉燒, 豬叉燒,雞肉丸,蛋和海苔, 湯頭雖然無法調整, 但是有提供高湯(清湯) 以免台灣客人覺得過於濃郁. 拉麵湯頭偏向 ”雞窩“ 雞湯原色, 一剛開始可嚐到溫醇雞湯精華,柚子皮碎末會給味蕾短暫清香, 但是鹽味後勁頗強, 若是平常有吃重口味的食物, 應該會喜歡這款湯頭.
The so-called signature ramen means it has all of the ingredients – chicken, pork, egg, and seaweed. The broth texture cannot be adjusted. But, they offer clear broth in case customers do not like the thick broth. The ramen broth color is similar with “G-Woo Restaurant”’s broth. I can sense the chicken broth essence at the beginning. The grapefruit minces offer refreshing feeling to the tastebuds. The overall taste is salty. If you often eat strong flavor food, you probably would like the broth.
麵屋千雲拉麵店採用日本製拉麵, 並非像 “台北霸嗎拉麵”在台灣店內製作, 麵可要求硬度, 我是選偏硬麵條, 廚師拿捏地不錯. 雞肉丸子看似平常, 但因有雞軟骨, 吃起來有點脆. 雞叉燒與 “鳥哲“ 的清湯拉麵一樣是舒肥帶有些許微鹹, 可惜豬叉燒油脂過多且膩, 我反而希望拉麵店可跟“盈 豚骨カレー咖哩飯專門” 將舒肥豬叉燒稍微炙燒, 跟“鳥人拉麵” 相比, 我比較喜歡鳥人拉麵的叉燒. 至於蛋, 吃起來就如同白煮蛋, 比較沒有記憶點.
Menya Chikumo Ramen uses Made-in-Japan ramen noodle, unlike “BARI-UMA Ramen”. The customer can ask for hard texture noodle. The small chicken meatball is crisp but without any flavoring. The chicken meat goes through sous vide process with salty flavor, which is similar with “TORI TETSU Restaurant”. As for the sous-vide pork , it has too many fats to cause oily taste. I would rather the staff grill the pork, just like “Yin Curry Rice”. I prefer “Totto Ramen”’s pork. As for the egg, it is just like the regular egg.
