L’origine by La Credenza 歐傑洛義式餐廳 》南港捷運站美食餐廳

台北南港捷運站美食名單中有一家 L’origine by La Credenza 餐廳, 是米其林一星 La Credenza 餐廳的台北分店.
L’origine by La Credenza, as Michelin 1 Star La Credenza Taipei Branch restaurant, is one of the Nankang MRT station restaurants.

L’origine 餐廳位於南港洛基飯店的二樓, 跟 “al sorriso 義大利餐廳”一樣是在飯店裡, 直接從南港捷運站二號出口右轉, 放眼望去唯一一棟大樓就是餐廳所在位置. 進入飯店大廳後搭電梯至二樓餐廳, 靠窗位置可以看到街景, 包廂有隔間, 也可合在一起成為 10 ~ 12 個座位 (如圖), 整體設計以白色典雅為主軸, 有 Fine Dining 用餐氛圍.
L’origine restaurant is located at 2nd floor of Green World Hotel Nankang branch. It is similar with “al sorriso restaurant”, which is located inside the hotel. Walking out the Nankang MRT station Number 2 exit and turn right walking toward the only tall building. Entering the hotel and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. I would suggest to sit next to the window, so you can take a look at the street view. This restaurant also have private dining room with 10 ~ 12 seats (see the picture) . Surprisingly, this room can be divided into 2 room. The general design theme would be white with elegant atmosphere,which represents the fine dining.

手工麵包

English Name: Bread

歐式麵包口感是鬆軟, 配置有奶油與莎莎醬, 若搭配微酸番茄莎莎醬, 會有一種吃西班牙 Tapas的感覺, 若是微鹹奶油可以換成像 “Naked Bistro ” 的煙燻奶油會更有特色.
The european style bread is soft, which fits Taiwanese’s particular taste.There are also butter and salsa to pair with bread. With salsa, it would be like eating the tapas. However, if the butter can change to “Naked Bistro” smoked butter would be great, this dish would be far more successful.

 

 

溫泉蛋

English Name: Onsen Egg

新鮮玉米打成鮮黃色的醬放置在盤底, 若單吃濃稠玉米醬, 鹹度過高, 用叉子將低溫烹調的溫泉蛋戳破, 蛋黃流出後, 連同玉米醬一起吃, 顆粒口感更加綿密, 也可以降低鹹度, 切絲皎白筍口感相當脆, 這是一道視覺效果跟美味極佳的菜餚, 也是那天最滿意的一道料理.
Fresh corn sauce, which is salty, is placed at the bottom of the plate. The egg yolk from the onsen egg would balance its saltness. The taste would also becomes more creamy. The sliced bamboo is extremely and delicious. This dish is the best image and most delicious dish among all others.

 

 

每日例湯

English Name: Daily Soup

與 “ Le Blanc 餐廳 ”一樣皆是由服務生將湯倒入碗中, 當天的湯底是雞高湯,餃內餡是豬肉與牛肉混合再加上少許調味, 並不會辛辣, 松露魚子醬對我來說是裝飾用, 因為湯頭過鹹幾乎蓋過所有其他風味.
Same as “Le Blanc restaurant”, the staff will pour the soup into the bowl. The daily soup is chicken broth. The ravioli filling is mixed pork and beef with fair amount of flavoring. The truffle caviar is more like decoration since the broth is too salty and cover all other flavors.

 

紅甜椒燉飯

English Name: Red Pepper Risotto

跟 ”IL MERCATO TAIPEI“一樣, 招牌料理皆是燉飯. 鮮橘紅色來自熬煮燉飯的紅甜椒高湯 (別擔心, 這道料理不辣). 再將綠色巴西里醬與褐色鯷魚醬畫成旋渦狀, 讓每一口都可以品嚐到醬汁, 鹹鯷魚風味主導著整道料理, 並不是每一口的米心都是硬口感, 若沒有搭配水或酒, 可能會到過鹹程度, 建議在點的時候跟廚師說少劃幾圈鯷魚醬.
Same as “IL MERCATO TAIPEI”, this restaurant’s signature dish is risotto. The bright orange-red color comes from the red pepper broth (No worries, this dish is not spicy). The chef draw vortex with green parsley sauce and brown anchovy sauce. Each bite would taste both flavors. However, the salty anchovy sauce dominates the whole dish. If not pair with water or wine, the salty level might be too overwhelmed. So, I would suggest to inform the chef to put less anchovy sauce though.

 

 

Louis Latour Bourgogne Chardonnay 2014

Price: NTD $400/glass
ABV: 13%

這家餐廳有自己的侍酒師, 建議若要搭配紅甜椒燉飯, 可嘗試法國的 Louis Latour Bourgogne Chardonnay 2014. 將酒倒入Riedal 酒杯中, 在尚未吃燉飯先喝一口, 中等酒體, 柑橘與檸檬香氣不是很明顯, 但是礦石風味相當濃烈. 搭配燉飯後, 酒降低強烈鹹鯷魚風味, 顯得較為清爽.
L’origine restaurant has its own sommelier. If pairing with the heavy flavor risotto, the sommelier suggest to try the Louis Latour Bourgogne Chardonnay 2014. I would suggest to take a zip before eating the risotto. The medium wine body along with heavy minerality flavor. The citrus and lemon flavor are both not obvious. After pairing with the risotto, the whole dish becomes less salty and the wine becomes more refreshing.

手工義式冰淇淋

English Name: Home-Made Gelato

小山丘一般的義式冰淇淋 (Gelato) 端上桌, 店員會在顧客面前挖兩球到盤子裡, 比起千奇百怪的冰淇淋, 我比較喜歡單純的口味, 例如這款米黃色雞蛋布丁風味. 平滑柔順口感是Gelato的經典口感, 餐廳也有準備四種配料 – 碎餅、自製酥條, 草莓碎餅和法芙娜巧克力醬 (Valrhona Chocolate) , 我最愛自製酥條, 因為吃起來像吉拿棒 (Churros), 法芙娜巧克力風味過強會搶過義式冰淇淋 (Gelato) 的風味.
I wasn’t expect that the staff brings out this small hill shape Gelato in front of me. The staff would scoop two gelato into the plate in front of the customer. I personally like simply flavor instead of colorful and unknown mixed flavor. This gelato is just simple flan flavor. The restaurant also prepares 4 types of side dish – cookie crust, puff cookies, strawberry flavor cookie crust, and Valrhona chocolate. I personally like the puff cookies because it takes like Churros. But, the Valrhona chocolate flavor would cover the flan flavor from the gelato.

 

拿鐵 & 小點

Latte & Snack
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍

拿鐵是用知名 Lavazza 咖啡豆, 當作餐後休息的飲品很不錯, 其實吃完冰淇淋已經相當飽, 小點 (左到右: 巧克力餅乾, 桑椹軟糖, 綠茶瑪德蓮) 我只各咬了一口, 並不是很滿意, 我個人是覺得小點留給晚餐會更好, 午間套餐停在拿鐵就足夠.
The restaurant uses Lavazza coffee for their coffee. Honestly, I was full after eating gelato. The latte is perfect for me to drink while taking a small break. As for the snack (From left to right, chocolate biscuit, mulberry candy, green tea Madeline), I only took a bite at each item and wasn’t satisfied. It might be better to leave the snack out of the lunch menu.
