Le Feu 鐵板燒 》台北大安區平價鐵板燒 | Taipei Teppanyaki

台北大安捷運站鐵板燒不多, Le Feu 火鐵板燒則是我在台北唯一遇到用法文取名的鐵板燒, Le Feu 火鐵板燒商業午餐價位是附近上班族可以接受的價位.
Le Feu Teppanyaki is one of Teppanyaki restaurants at Taipei Da’an district. Its Lunch Set is price friendly among others.

Le Feu 火鐵板燒位於 “Le Blanc 餐廳” 的轉角處, 離大安路一段相當近. 鐵灰色餐廳外觀搭配木質色落地窗, 正面招牌為 “Le Feu Teppanyaki” , 只有側面招牌是 “火鐵板燒”, 中文名稱增加了親和度. “Le Feu” 在法文是火的意思, 我其實並沒有詳問為何要用法文, 台北大部分的高級鐵板燒幾乎都是以日語或是國語為主 (例如 “大初鐵板燒”).
Le Feu Teppanyaki is located near “Le Blanc Restaurant”. The iron gray color appearance pairs with wooden color window. The store front sign is “Le Feu Teppanyaki”, which combines both French and English. Le Feu means fire in French. Only the side sign stated its Chinese name, which in my opinion is more friendly. Most Teppanyaki restaurants is named with Japanese or Chinese (For example: “Da-Chu Teppanyaki”)

走進餐廳內, 低調鐵灰色牆壁與銀灰色鐵板互相呼應, 兩側是共桌鐵板燒座位, 我較驚訝的這家 Le Feu 火鐵板燒與 “晶華 Robin’s 鐵板燒“一樣有小包廂, 大致上五位即可入座, 相當適合商務或是朋友聚餐, 餐具則是依舊順序排好, 較為特別的是跟信義區 “Chateau Zoe 酒窖餐廳“ 一樣有提供筷子, 也會提供常見的醬料給客人. 這次趁剛開幕去品嚐 Le Feu 火鐵板燒的日本和牛商業午餐套餐.
There are two long tables on both sides for customers to share with. I am surprised to see Le Feu Teppanyaki has small private dining room, just like “Robin’s Teppanyaki” at Regent Hotel. The private dining room is suitable for 5 people. The utensils are placed perfectly. However, it has the chopsticks utensil, similar with “Chateu Zoe Restaurant”. They also offer the common sauce. I ordered Le Feu Teppanyaki Lunch Set Special – Wagyu Steak.

熱茶與蔬果汁

Hot Tea and Vegetable Juice

一入座, 店員會端上熱茶與一杯蔬果汁, 就跟米其林三星 “頤宮 Le Palais” 相似, 差別在頤宮端上的是果醋. 店員很親切地會不時地加茶與蔬果汁.
After seated, the staff would offer hot tea and vegetable juice. This is similar with “Le Palais Restaurant” . The only difference is that LePalais serves fruit vinegar.

 

前菜

Appetizer

與八德路的 “La Locanda 蘿莎娜小廚房”西式餐廳一樣皆有三道小菜, 圖左到右是中式涼拌黑木耳, 西式鵝肝魚卵小點和港式酥皮培根捲, 內容會隨時更換. 用筷子夾起少許黑木耳, 拌隨著薑絲入口, 木耳具備經典脆口感, 薑絲的微嗆刺激著味蕾, 與當時我在 “nkụ Taipei” 吃到的燒烤黑木耳截然不同, Le Feu 火鐵板燒的黑木耳吃起來像所謂的小清新.
Similar with “La Locanda Restaurant”, Le Feu Teppanyaki serves three small dishes – Black fungus with sliced ginger, Foie gras with roe, crispy roll with bacon. The black fungus is crispy with the spicy impact from the sliced ginger. It is quite different from the grilled black fungus that I tasted at “nkụ Taipei”.

 

位於長盤中央的是鵝肝魚卵小點, 鵝肝切片上放置黑得發亮的魚卵, 底部則是形狀方正挺立的餅, 外觀看似小時候常吃的爆米香, 之後廚師解釋這款餅是店家用不同穀物自製而成. 淋上糖衣的穀物餅稍微黏手, 咬下魚卵瞬間, 海鮮風味衝擊力量極強, 但隨後被穀物香氣與微甜風味而淹蓋住. 酥皮培根捲口感相當酥脆, 也有鹹香味.
The foie gras with roe is placed in the middle. The pastry at the bottom is crispy popped oats. At first, the roe brings the seafood flavor.But after a while, the nuts flavor and sweet flavor take over the tastebuds. The roll is crispy and yet contains meaty flavor.

 

 

沙拉

Salad

沙拉可選醬料, 因為千島和和風太常見, 我選擇主廚特調醬汁, 也就是酸甜風味的藍莓優格醬, 可惜的是這道除了白煮蛋, 並沒有讓人太驚艷, 若以價格來看, “C Bistro” 的馬鈴薯沙拉較優.
I select Chef’s Special salad dressing, which is the blueberry yogurt dressing. It is sweet with hints of acidity. As for the price comparison, “C Bistro” potato salad is better and more delicious.

 

法式洋蔥濃湯

Onion Soup

Le Feu 火鐵板燒採用如蜂巢形狀般的湯碗, 視覺感十足, 深褐色湯品上有少許淺黃色起司絲, 恰巧我上次去“大初鐵板燒” 也是點法式洋蔥濃湯, 最主要不同的差異則是在湯的濃稠度, 我相當喜歡 Le Feu 火鐵板燒洋蔥湯的濃稠感, 將起司攪拌至湯中再喝一口, 焦化洋蔥的微苦味搭配牛肉高湯的鹹香, 這就是經典的洋蔥濃湯啊!! 客人也可與店員要求黑胡椒自行添加.
Le Feu Teppanyaki offers classic Onion Soup. What is the definition of classic? In my opinion, the broth texture must be thick enough. The bitter flavor from the caramelized onion pairs well with the beef broth saltness. The customer can also ask for black pepper from the staffs.

 

麵包 & 沾醬

Bread Stick & Dip Sauce

也許是先前喝了洋蔥濃湯, 原本期待的是像 “JE Kitchen” 的酥脆麵包, 改變口感. 店員端上微熱的鬆軟麵包棒, 搭配著香蒜風味的沾醬.
After tasting the classic onion thick texture soup, I was expected crispy bread like at “JE Kitchen”. Instead, it is soft bread steak along with the garlic flavor dip sauce.

 

季節嫩煎鮮魚

Fish

魚的種類會隨季節而更換, 當日用餐是馬頭魚, 馬頭魚與在 “川賀居酒屋”吃到的午仔魚常出現在日式燒烤店. 這道料理的底層並不是燉飯, 而是少見的米型義大利麵, 搭配奶油醬並不會有燉飯的硬米心口感, 去蒂香菇則是多汁, 再搭配酥脆魚皮與嫩魚肉入口, 這道料理同時具備迷人鹹香與奶油風味.
Daily fish is Tile Fish, which always appear at Japanese Bistro, such as “Kawaga Izakaya”. Instead of Risotto, it is Orzo, which its shape like the large size of grained rice. The texture is not as hard as risotto. Instead, it is very creamy and delicious. The mushroom is juicy. Also, the fish is grilled perfectly, which crispy appearance and tender fish meat.

 

嫩煎日本和牛

Grilled Wagyu Beef

此道套餐的和牛等級並不是 A5, 若是 A5 , 就不會是 NTD $680/套餐. 此道套餐的牛肉是採用日本福岡縣宗像牛和牛, 雖然視覺上並沒有 A5 和牛的經典油花密布, 但其油花存在感十足也相當平均. 師傅熟練地將和牛嫩煎過程中, 也有像在 “但馬家鐵板燒” 一樣隔著鐵架靜置, 油脂沿著鐵架流下時, 間接鎖住肉汁. 在切開5分熟和牛的瞬間, 鐵板滋滋作響, 彷彿就像一道視覺與聽覺的饗宴.
This Wagyu Beef is not Level 5. If it is A5, the price wont be NTD $680/set. The Wagyu Beef is originated from Fukuoka, Japan. The raw beef doesn’t have much fats as A5 Wagyu. But the fats are spread evenly. As a professional Teppanyaki restaurant, the chef placed the grilled Wagyu steak on the iron frame for a while. When the chef cuts down the steak to check, the sizzling sound appears.

 

看到這道淺褐色沙朗牛排表層就像回到我當時在吃 “A CUT 牛排館 ”的時候, 期待地先切開一小塊嫩紅和牛肉, 入口前先嗅到垂延三尺的濃郁肉香, 少量油脂賦予更多飢餓感, 並不會像有些 A5和牛過多油膩. 最特別的是放在黑盤上一旁的日本迷你小洋蔥, 與“No. 168 Prime 牛排館”的烤蒜頭有異曲同工之妙, 風味完全不會過嗆, Le Feu 火鐵板燒也準備了海鹽與蒜味美乃滋沾醬.
When seeing the brown color appearance of the steak, it brings back the memories of “A CUT Steak House”. The meaty aroma is strong along with the tender texture. The fats basically increase my appetite on such delicious dish. The mini Japanese onions are similar with the grilled garlic from “No. 168 Steak House” , but with less stimulation. Le Feu Teppanyaki also offers sea salts and garlic mayo dip sauce.

海膽飯

Rice with Sea Urchin

這道海膽飯上的海膽並非像 “井上禾食“或是 ”川賀居酒屋“, 而是類似蛋黃色的海膽醬料, 溫熱白飯搭配海膽醬與海苔絲入口, 飯香多過於海膽醬香.
The sea urchin is different from “Jin-Shan Japanese Restaurant” and “Kawaga Izakaya”. Its sea urchin is more like sauce. The rice flavor is stronger than eat sea urchin sauce flavor.

 

蔬菜 & 水果

Vegetable
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍

每日蔬菜皆為不同, 當日蔬菜是 A 菜, 雖然調味到位, 蔬菜也相當清脆, 新鮮水果 也不錯, 只是感覺穿插在這款套餐有點不搭.
Daily vegetables and Fruits are different each day. Both qualities are above level. But, it feels a bit odd to include those two dishes at this set.

 

甜點

Dessert
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍👍

主廚將麵糊倒入鐵板上時, 我原本以為會是法式薄餅之類, 卻沒想到再將紅豆餡置中捲起, 完成這道令人期待的鐵板銅鑼燒, 店家自製麵糊相當鬆軟, 綿密紅豆餡的甜度挑逗著味蕾, 相當不錯.
When the chef pours the batch, I think that he is making crepe. Instead, the chef place the red bean paste in the middle. He is making Japanese Dessert – Dorayaki. The texture is fluffy and pairs great with red bean paste. It is a great dessert.

 

紅茶

Black Tea
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍

飲品可選咖啡或是茶, 我依舊是選擇紅茶.
You can select coffee or tea. I still select black tea over coffee though.
