Chateau Zoe 餐廳的逸仙路酒窖相當具有知名度, 且 Chateau Zoe 價位偏高, 被我歸類為國父紀念館捷運站高級餐廳之一.
Chateau Zoe Restaurant is the only Xinyi District Bistro that have professional wine cellar for rent. Since their price is higher, it is considered a fine-dining restaurant.

Chateau Zoe 酒窖餐廳位於逸仙路巷弄裡, 附近有較為平價的”Cin Cin Osteria restaurant ” 和 “神田日式燒肉丼“, 餐廳黑色招牌十分低調, 經過的路人會以為這只是販售酒類的店面, 餐廳裝潢屬於中規中矩,最搶眼的莫過於 Riedel 醒酒器櫥櫃. 菜單簡單, 招牌料理與 “一小步餐廳” 一樣皆是每日現流漁貨, 也會寫在店內黑板上, 可惜運送漁貨的時間並不固定, 當天中午用餐很可惜被店員告知並無現流海鮮可點.
Chateau Zoe Restaurant is located at Yixian Road near SYS Memorial Hall station. There are “Cin Cin Osteria Restaurant” and “Kandayaki Restaurant”. Their restaurant sign is quite low-profile. There isn’t much of indoor design neither. However, their Riedel Decanter Display Shelf is quite eye-catching. The menu is simply. Its signature cuisines is fresh seafood, just like “Un Petit Pas Bistro”. The Fish of the Day is written on the blackboard. However, sadly, the daily seafood is short of storage on my day of dining.
Chateau Zoe 餐廳與 “WINE-derful 餐廳” 最大的不同在於酒窖設計, Chateau Zoe 餐廳的溫溼控酒窖分為 A, B, C 區, A區和C 區皆是與 “WINE-derful 餐廳” 相似, B 區跟其他兩區不同, 屬於較為隱密, 不輕易看得出來保存的是哪種酒. 只是店員告知目前酒窖已滿, 須等餐廳通知.
The difference between Chateau Zoe and “WINE-derful restaurant” is the wine cellar design. Chateau Zoe has A,B,C area. Only the B area section is different from two other areas. B Area has more privacy, just like locker room. However, the staff mentioned that there isn’t any space at the wine cellar.

雖然 Chateau Zoe 酒窖餐廳有開中午用餐時段, 但並沒有提供所謂的商業午餐, 也無所謂的套餐, 且每人中午時段低消為 NTD $500, 晚餐低消為 NTD $1000, 是屬於規則較多的餐廳. 既然現流漁貨缺貨, 礙於碳烤野生小卷價格 NTD $490 達不到中午低消, 就只能點菜單上的酥炸軟殼龍蝦主餐 (NTD $1680), 這是我所沒有預料到的狀況. 軟殼蟹常出現在台北餐廳 (例如: “ La Mole Taipei “) 的菜單上, 但是軟殼龍蝦卻相當少見, 因為需要細心觀察龍蝦脫殼時間和即時急速冷凍.
Even though Chateau Zoe is opened during lunch time. But, they do not have Business Lunch Set. Instead, they have minimum charge of $500/per person during lunch time. NTD $1000/per person during dinner time. Since they are short of daily seafood storage, I order the Deep Fried Soft Shell Lobster with Salted Duck Yolk and Puffed Wild Rice (NTD $1680). Soft Shell Crabs are common in many restaurants (such as “La Mole Taipei”). But, the Soft Shell Lobsters are rare since it is time-consuming.
我只知道有少數高級日本料理店將軟殼龍蝦做成類似炸蝦天婦羅. 這款主菜是一整隻小Size殼龍蝦, 與 “大初鐵板燒”的半隻龍蝦較為不同. 酥炸龍蝦從頭到尾連鬚皆可以吃, 用刀切小塊時會有ㄎㄧㄠˇ的一聲, 白晢龍蝦連同鮮紅龍蝦殼一起入口, 肉Q鮮美卻不會具有太多海鮮風味, 這就是急速冷凍的優點. 外層絲毫沒有一點油膩. 品嚐的時候帶有點鹹味, 也許是來自香氣特別的鹹鴨蛋黃碎末, 配角的長型野米花是來自加拿大, 吃起來極度像爆米香, 整體吃起來再加上 $80 水資的礦泉水一定會有滿足感, 若經濟允許, 酥炸龍蝦會是不錯的選擇.
I only know that a few high-end Japanese Restaurants serve soft-shell lobster as deep-fried Tempura. This dish is a whole but small size lobster, which is different from half lobster at “Da-Chu Teppanyaki”. Since it is soft-shelled lobster, you can eat the whole lobster. The tastes from both shell and lobster meat are crispy without extra oily taste. It tastes a bit of salty, maybe comes from the salty egg yolk. The puffed rice is from Canada, which is considered higher cost. If your budget is allowed, soft-shelled lobster is a good choice.

此款白酒來自西班牙, 白葡萄品種為 Viura. 店員熟練地將白酒倒入杯口徑較大的 Riedel 酒杯中 , 奔放鳳梨與柑橘香氣十足, 酒體並沒有想像中地輕盈, 少許檸檬風味搭配海鮮恰到好處.
The white wine is from Spain. The grape type is Viura. The staff poured the white wine into the Riedel glass. The pineapple and orange aromas are flavorful. The wine body is medium instead of light. Its lemon flavor is a perfect match with seafood.
