Antico Forno 老烤箱義大利比披薩餐酒 (Antico Forno Pizz Bistro) 榮獲2017與2018 義大利紅蝦評鑑 1 Pizza 獎項, 屬於科技大樓捷運站美食之一.
Antico Forno received 2017 and 2018 Gambero Rosso International One Pizza. This restaurant is one of the restaurants near Technology Building MRT station.

走進義大利小酒館風格裝潢, 與 “La Piola Cucina Italiana 義大利餐廳”相似 , 在昏暗燈光下用餐, 絲毫不覺得用餐時間是太陽高照的中午時間, 當天有不少一人到 Antico Forno Pizz Bistro 用餐. 被安排在廚房前面的兩人座位, 不時地可以聽到主副廚與義籍服務生溝通的對話.
The indoor design is similar with “La Piola Cucina Italiana”. Dining under dim light offers great bistro-dining atmosphere. There are a few people dined alone during the lunch time. Some of the waitress/waiter are Italian but you can communicate with them in English.

 

臘腸先生

原本想點我上次吃的瑪格麗特, 後來看到其中一款Pizza是自製手工腸, 就改點這款臘腸先生, Antico Forno 老烤箱廚房裡並沒有誇張的材燒窯烤爐, 餐廳最出名的是手工桿製披薩餅皮. 義籍服務生將不規則圓形10吋Pizza端上桌, 毫不在乎油膩地拿起一片牽絲Pizza, 餅皮脆且薄, 剛開始吃時, 店家自製酸甜蕃茄醬相當搶風頭, 吃三口後, 自製手工腸與伊比利臘腸的鹹肉香氣十足, 搭配綿密 Mozzarella Cheese 更是所謂的絕配, 不講求創新花俏佐料, 採用最原始配方造就義大利紅蝦評鑑對 Antico Forno 老烤箱的好評.
I was going to order Margarita Pizza, instead. I ordered Ciccio Bello Pizza instead because of the homemade sausage and Iberian Salami. The kitchen doesn’t have the fancy oven. It is famous for its hand-made pizza crust.The waiter/waitress served the 10 inch pizza. The pizza crust is thin and crispy. The tomato paste has both strong acidity and sweetness. After taking three bites, the tastebuds can sense the sausage and salami meaty flavor. it is great pairing with Mozzarella Cheese. The original and traditional recipe has won over Gambero Rosso judge’s recognition.

Antico Forno 老烤箱雖然沒有 “ IL MERCADO” 多種款項, 但除了 House Wine 之外, 也有販售單杯酒, 店家採用 Corvavin 取酒器 (screw cap) 來間接保存酒, Moletto Piave Merlot 2011 是店家新進來自北義 Piave 產區的葡萄酒, 網路上有提到 “存放不鏽鋼桶內發酵25天,酒精發酵後接著進行果酸發酵,接著擺入不鏽鋼桶陳放十個月後裝瓶”, 深色李子顏色, 濃郁櫻桃香氣 單寧並不會過於刺激, 酒體圓潤厚實, 很適合搭配我點的臘腸先生Pizza.
Antico Forno doesn’t have too many wine collection comparing to “IL MERCADO”. However, besides house wine, they also sell single glass wine as well. They use Corvavin screw cap to preserve the wine. Moletta Piave Merlot, which is originated from Northern Italy, is their new wine. Dark plum color with thick cherry aroma. Full-body wine body with mild tannin is perfect pairing with sausage pizza.

 

 

老祖母私房莓果派

English Name: Crostata di Marmellata

經過義籍服務生的介紹, 決定不點 Tiramisu, 點被義大利人稱讚的莓果派. 外型跟美國蘋果派相似, 但塔皮相當厚, 很難切片, 奶油風味相當濃郁, 藍莓內餡是自家甜點師傅製作, 配方如名是義大利傳統配方, 因此甜的程度有點高. 我比較喜歡一旁的泡芙, 奶油內餡並不會過膩.
The Italian waitress recommended Crostata di Marmellata, which is berry filling tart. The appearance looks like American apple pie. The tart crust is very thick with buttery flavor. The blueberry filling is made with traditional Italian recipe. Therefore, the sweet level is a bit higher than expected. I prefer the puffs right next the tart. The cream filling is to overly too sweet.
