台北大安區 al sorriso 餐廳 EZ Table 合作推出秋蟹晚間套餐, 這篇文章除螃蟹套餐 review 外, 也有平常在 al sorriso 微笑餐廳可單點到的菜餚.
al sorriso restaurant, which is one of the Da’an restaurants, cooperates with EZ Table to promote crab dinner set. Besides the crab set review, I also include single-order dishes reviews.

al sorriso 餐廳位於 Home Hotel 大安分館 裡, 直接忠孝復興捷運站三號出口往仁愛路走即可, 馬路對面也有停車場, 交通非常便利. 與其他飯店餐廳類似, al sorriso 餐廳有早餐, 商業午餐, 下午茶和晚餐時段. 我已多次受邀品嚐菜單, 可直接點以下連結看之前的 Review.
al sorriso restaurant is located inside Hotel Hotel Da’an branch. The closest MRT station would be Zhongxiao Fuxing Exit 3. There is also a parking lot across the street. Similar with other hotel restaurants, al sorriso restaurant has breakfast, business lunch, afternoon tea and dinner time. I already got invited several times. 歐式麵包, 手工奶油

Hand-made Bread & Hand-made Butter

al sorriso 餐廳以往都是麵包搭配巴薩米克酒醋和橄欖油, 這次套餐則是換成奶油. 與“168 牛排餐廳“一樣皆是佐餐廳自製奶油, 均勻抹在自製麵包上入口, 濃郁煙燻香氣與少許刺蔥提香, 相較之下, 我個人蠻喜歡佐這款奶油的特殊風味.
al sorriso restaurant usually pairs the bread with balsamic sauce and extra virgin olive oil. Now, in this crab set, they change the dip sauce into butter. Same as “168 Steak House”, al sorriso makes their own butter. The flavor is smoky and quite delicious pairing with the breads.

鹹泡芙, 蟹肉南瓜泥, 刺蔥粉
墨魚餅, 蟹肉絲, 柚子

小點擺盤方式與高級餐廳 “Bencotto Taipei”相似, 皆是 Tapas 份量手指小點置放在長盤上, 右邊是鹹泡芙, 近看隱約可看到蟹肉絲和南瓜泥內餡, 咬一口後, 剛開始蟹肉海鮮味頗明顯, 隨後微甜綿密南瓜泥覆蓋住味蕾. 我偏愛左邊的墨魚餅, 除了墨魚餅的酥脆口感外, 日本毛蟹肉與鮭魚卵爆汁互相襯托勾勒超出預期的海鮮風味.
The plate display is similar with “Bencotto Taipei”, which has tapas size finger foods placing at the long plate. At the right hand side is the puff, which filling is crab meats and mashed pumpkin. At the beginning, the seafood is very obvious. Later on, the mashed pumpkin is sweet and mushy texture covers the tastebuds. I prefer the cuttlefish cake at the left hand side. Besides the crispy texture, the crab meat and roe combines into a great amount of seafood flavor.

香煎干貝, 蟹肉絲, 溫泉土雞蛋

Scallop, Crab Meat, Hot Spring Egg

在拍這道菜餚時, 發現 al sorriso 義大利餐廳竟然沒有把黑松露高級食材名稱放在菜單上, 店員提醒半熟蛋隱藏在干貝切片與蟹肉絲裡, 沾了誘人滑順蛋黃的蟹肉絲相當美味, 我個人反而比較喜歡吃半熟干貝, 因為口感非常嫩軟, 完全搶走蟹肉主角的風光.
Surprisingly, al sorriso doesn’t put the black truffle ingredient into the menu. The staff mentions that the half-boiled egg is hidden under the scallop slice and crab meat. After dipping into the egg yolk, the crab meats becomes quite delicious. But, I personally prefer the half-raw scallop since it is very tender.

 

花蟹清湯, 蟹肉麵餃, 椰子

我原本以為清湯是像 “豐舍 B.B.R Restaurant” 法式澄清湯 (Consommé ), 主廚解釋並沒有澄清湯一樣加蛋白, 單純只有用濾網微過濾. 先是喝了一口湯頭, 湯看似輕薄如水且清甜, 實則濃縮海鮮味道入喉, 品嚐起來類似濃郁酒香, 我個人品嚐起來非常特別也蠻喜歡, 但是若平常不喝酒的人可能會覺得過濃. 在湯裡的意大利麵餃並不會過軟爛, 也可感受到蟹肉存在感.
I thought the soup is similar with “B.B.R Restaurant”’s Consommé. The chef mentions that al sorriso restaurant doesn’t put into egg white. The chef only filters, which technically cannot be called Consommé. First sip brings out quite strong flavor, which is most likely intense seafood flavor. The ravioli with crab meat is not too soft, which is good.

烏魚子, 蟹膏燉飯, 鹹蛋黃

Mullet Roe, Crab Risotto, Salted Egg Yolk

吃到這裡, 我發現al sorriso 餐廳螃蟹都不是需要用到蟹鉗, 很適合像我這種懶得用蟹鉗的人. 燉飯米心硬吃起來不錯, 蟹膏和烏魚子賦予燉飯滿滿的海鮮風味, 間接覆蓋住鹹蛋黃與蟹肉的多層次風味, 雖然可惜, 但是因為太滿意蟹膏燉飯, 我倒是不在意鹹蛋黃.
Unlike other restaurants, al sorriso restaurant crab set doesn’t need the tool to eat crab. Honestly, I am fine since I am a bit lazy to use the tool. This dish is my favorite crab dish of the day. Not only the risotto is in good texture, the mullet roe and crab butter brings out more seafood flavor than expected. Even though the combination flavors covers the salty egg and crab meat, I am still satisfied with this dish.

 

 

紹興調酒

Shaoxing Cocktail

餐廳提到若是有預約秋蟹套餐, 再加 NTD $220 即可有這一杯紹興調酒. 這一杯神秘的調酒端上桌, 我跟朋友皆嗅到酒香, 形容為酒香撲鼻完全不誇張, 用紹興酒作為基酒比較少見, 再加上茉莉花蜜增加女生喜愛的花香與甜香, 餐廳建議可先喝這杯調酒搭配蟹膏燉飯, 朋友喜歡這杯酒.
The restaurant mentioned that if ordering crab set, the customer can add extra NTD $220 to have this special Shaoxing Cocktail. My friend and I both smell the Shaoxing smells right away when serving on the table. With Jasmine honey syrup, the overall taste is flowery and sweet. The restaurant mentions that you can drink the cocktail first and pair with the risotto. My friend likes this cocktail.

 

波士頓龍蝦, 甲殼醬汁, 馬鈴薯千層

Boston Lobster, Layered Potato

我原本以為波士頓龍蝦只會有少量, 孰不知份量是快要到半隻波士頓龍蝦的份量, 甲殼醬汁加強了海鮮風味, 龍蝦吃起來鮮脆, 非常不錯, 馬鈴薯千層若是能夠像 “Stagiaire 實習生餐廳” 千層馬鈴薯一樣脆會更好.
I thought that there will only be small amount of lobster. Instead, the quantity is as much as half Boston Lobster. The lobster tastes fresh and yummy along with the sauce. It would be better if the layered potato is crispy as I experience at “Stagiaire”.

炭烤中卷, 煙燻甜椒醬

這盤菜餚份量比較適合 2 ~ 3 人分享, 單吃中卷先藉著煙燻打開嗅覺, 也有偏硬的口感, 煙燻甜椒佐醬則是偏微辣但並不厚重, 這道蠻適合一邊聊一邊吃的下酒菜.
This dish quantity is suitable for sharing with 2 ~ 3 people. The grilled cuttlefish has a bit of hard texture. the dip sauce has hints of spicy flavor but not too overly too thick.

 

陳年帕馬乾酪手工自製義大利麵 ( 36M )

Parmigiano Reggiano Homemade Pasta (36M)
Price: NTD $580
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍👍

36M 乾酪的意思是陳年熟成 36 個月的乾酪, 先端菜餚上桌, 再現刨乾酪如同雪花般灑落在義大利麵上,  番茄風味也因爲陳年起司而變得並不會過酸, 而是偏溫和, 櫛瓜和芝麻葉有著多層次口感. 我比較推薦與朋友分享.
36 M means Aged 36 months. The staff brings the dish on the table. And using table service to spread Parmigiano Reggiano all over the pasta. Because of the heavy cheese, the tomato flavor doesn’t contain too much acidity. The zucchini and arugula brings layers of texture. I would suggest to share this dish with you friends.

 

法式小羊排佐茄子泥

Roasted Rack of Lamb
Price: NTD $980
Foodelicious 美味程度: 👍👍👍

我跟朋友們都毫不猶豫地拿起小羊排開始啃, 四支小羊排因為有醬的輔佐, 獨特的羊肉味道不會過重, 肉汁充沛且嫩度比想像中地高, 茄子泥本身口感有點像是沾醬, 並沒有過多的風味, 可惜無花果吃起來有些過軟, 我個人是比較喜歡新鮮且爆汁的無花果.
With the sauce, the unique lamb flavor didn’t appear to be too strong. The tenderness of the meat exceeds my expectation. The mashed egg plants is more like a sauce but without any flavor. As for the figs, I personally prefer fresh and juicy figs.
