走進位於華視附近“Okaeriお帰り吃碗拉麵吧”, 就如傳統的拉麵店有日本設計風格但只有少許位子, 廚師在吧台後的開放式廚房忙碌地烹煮拉麵,隨而散發出微微的豬骨湯底香味.
Entering Okaeri ramen restaurant, you can immediately see the traditional design with a few seats. You can see the chefs working at the open kitchen by the long counter. Mild meaty aroma are mixed with hints of stir-fried aroma appear while sitting down.

雙面單頁且簡單菜單包括拉麵, 炒飯, 限量餃子和大阪炒麵. 端上廚師精心設計的拉麵擺盤, 湯底帶有香醇且濃郁的豬肉風味, 少量膠質佈滿湯的表面, 此款湯底比大部分的台北拉麵店濃厚.微硬細麵(煮20秒)被整齊地擺放至中間, 烹煮麵的時間也可要求煮30秒 (基本), 10秒(較硬), 甚至1秒鐘. 橘黃色的溏心蛋黃讓人忍不住想先從此開始品嚐, 炙燒厚片叉燒帶有適中油脂但不軟爛, 叉燒算是台北拉麵店數一數二美味, 最後吃下一口清脆高麗菜即可讓味蕾歸回至原始的狀態.
Simple menu with various ramen, rice along with limited quantity gyoza and Osaka Stir-fried ramen. When the standard pork broth ramen is served, you can clearly see the instagram-friendly display. The pork broth, with thin layers of collagen on the appearance, is surprisingly thicker than most ramen restaurants in Taipei City. Thin hard ramen, with 20 seconds cooking time, is placed perfectly in the middle. There are also a few other options- 30 seconds (standard) and10 seconds. The cold soft-boiled egg is cut in half with moist egg yolk. The thick smoky sliced pork with fair amount of fats is succulent. The chef puts the cooked and crisp cabbage because you would definitely need to refresh your tastebud after tasting the soup and green onion garnish.
大部分台灣人通常不太適應如此濃厚的湯底, 所以也可請服務生加清湯調成較適合的豚骨湯底, 基本上幾乎每天晚上下班時都要排隊.
Most Taiwanese is not used to this kind of level of thick pork broth. The flavor might cover all other flavors if you order other kind of ramen. But of course, you can always add clear broth into the soup to lighten up the broth. Most of time after works, people line up for this restaurant.
