美國代表性甜點是蘋果派 ,就如義大利代表性甜點是提拉密蘇, 在美國時 .通常會在感恩節與家人一起享受蘋果派. 台灣年輕人會聯想到Rippie cafe 賣的青森蘋果派 ,並無很多台灣烘培店在販售蘋果派, 但是我找到“大笑甜點”有網購蘋果派, 檸檬派和其他甜點.
Apple pie can be recognized as dessert culture symbol in USA. It is as famous as Tiramisu in Italy. Back to US, we usually have Apple Pie during Thanksgiving. Speaking of Apple Pie, young generation might recognize “Rippie cafe” that sells only Aomori ( あおもり) Apple Pie. In Taiwan, there are not much options of bakeries or online sell apple pies. But surprisedly, I found “HAHAHAHA brand” that sells apple pie, lemon pie and other delicious cakes online. Their apple pie is delicious and yet simply!

1. Apple Filling Ingredients 蘋果派內餡豐富
店家採用蘋果, 蔓越莓和核桃當作主內餡, 美國通常都是用葡萄乾, 蔓越莓的酸甜加上蘋果香氣 ,嚐一口就有雙重享受, 店家也不惜成本的加入少許白蘭地和肉桂粉!
They use apple, raspberry and walnut as their major ingredients. In US, we usually use raisin. But with raspberry, you can taste the sweet and sour at the same time for double satisfaction. They also use Brandy and a bit of cinnamon powder. No worries, the cinnamon powder just gives a hint of holiday feeling! It wont cover the apple aroma coming out of the pie.
2. Crispy Pie Crust 酥脆派皮
大家應該都知道蘋果派是要吃熱的吧 這樣派皮才會酥脆, 當咬下去, 甚至可以聽到酥脆的聲音, 你大概覺得派皮本來應該就是要酥脆, 但是市面上有些蘋果派即使烘烤加熱也還是軟的.
The pie crust is extremely essential in a pie eating review. I would recommend to eat hot apple pie! It is always to right way to eat pies. When tasting the hot “HAHAHAHA brand” apple pie, you can clearly hear the crispy sound! You probably think that pie is supposed to be crispy, it is not special at all. But, trust me, there are several brands of apple pie is dull even after re-baking it.
吃完“大笑甜點”的蘋果派之後, 推薦大家可以帶去跟家庭聚會或是朋友派對一起享受囉!
I am satisfied with this dessert! Perfect to bring the 6 inch to share with family or friends.
